So far its been a great place to live, got one of the recently renovated units and its pretty nice and spacious. Fair pricing compared to other places, I mean it could be less but with the economy and cost of living going up its decent enough. Ants are currently renting out a corner in my living room but set a couple ant attractants out and youll never see them again unless you live in a candy factory and dont clean up. Im assuming its because Im on the 1st floor and its starting to get hot so theyre coming out of the woodworks but Im sure the upper levels have no problems but still this isnt a big deal, youll get over it. More important things to worry about. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

While the prices are ok, the units need work, and the parking is ATROCIOUS. They have one assigned spot with a pass for the units, but the limited visitor parking is filled up by extra vehicles that rarely move, if ever. There needs to be a pass system for visitor parking as well. One assigned spot, one visitor vehicle, tow the rest. Guests are constantly forced to drive around the whole complex (with very rough speed bumps) often to not even find a spot and are forced to park at a transit center because our visitor parking is always filled up with extra vehicles.

I requested a tour here, and had told the leasing office my move in date time. Upon arrival they told me they have no available rooms but insisted I do their self guided tour. I tried to use their given key but it wouldnt open the door, i went back to the leasing office and tried their second key but that didnt even fit in the door. I took off work to come here and they wasted my time. They’re just trying to make a sale, no regard for your time

My family and I lived here for almost two years and we loved our stay here. We never had a problem here, and if we ever had an issue with our apartment maintenance would come to inspect and fix the problem very quickly. Todd Village is a quiet and family friendly community. You get one parking spot per unit, but there is plenty of visitor parking, and there was never a time that we couldnt find any parking. Mold was somewhat an issue, but thats to be expected in the northwest. Staff was super friendly and understanding. They also have a small playground that our little one loved. Overall this is a fantastic place to live.

My family moved into this apartment complex in September of 2018 and just recently moved. While living in the apartment complex we had no issues and if we needed something fixed (which we rarely did) it was fixed promptly. Lexi and Ashley were really helpful since the moment we decided to live at Todd Village. They were both always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment for rent! Its very family friendly.I am going to add a couple of side notes for anyone interested in this apartment complex. This complex only allows 1 parking space to be reserved per household but they have plenty of visitor spaces and also you are able to rent a garage for an extra amount. If you have more than 2 cars it will be very difficult for you. I unfortunately have a work van that I have to take care of and thats one of the reasons we decided to move. That being said you will almost always find a vistor parking spot as long as youre not opposed to walking. If you have to have your vehicle close by your apartment such as a work vehicle or something. You may have to switch parking spots constantly. When you move from Todd Village you will be pleased to see that the amount they take from your deposit is reasonable. The last thing I will add is about mold. Unfortunately we are in the Pacific Northwest and that means you will have mold if you dont do anything to keep it at bay. Make sure to keep your bathroom exhaust fan on for 30 minutes after you shower. Clean any mold as soon as you see it. The area (Oregon) you will be renting in has a good amount of humidity. Humidity is a great place for mold to grow. A lot of people complain about mold in apartment complex but it is not the fault of the apartment complex. Learn to deal with mold and you will be mold free as long as you keep up with it.

I have lived at Todd Village for a little over half a year now and have been satisfied with my experience. I put up with construction for a lower rent price and I think that is more than fair! The staff, especially Lexi, is extremely helpful. Lexi is the reason for me writing the review in the first place. She truly cares about the residents and wants to make sure that we are all comfortable and happy in our homes! Todd Village has created a pleasant, family-oriented environment that I feel safe living in. Thanks!

The only negative is parking; its one car per unit. Otherwise, nice management, low crime, low noise, decent construction quality. Two buses within a block, WES Train 1/3 mile, plus Tualatin Shuttle (free). 1/2 mile to I-5, one exit N. of I-205, 3 exits S. of OR-217. Freddies 3 long blocks away; Sharis, Starbucks, liquor store, many restaurants close.

When I first became a tenant I knew that I wasnt going to be living in the nicest apartment but everything they offered was transparent and easy. Since then Ive noticed a lot of construction and efforts to improve the apartments. Their app is easy to use. and maintenance has fixed/responded to my problems within a couple days of issuing a maintenance request. No real complaints from me. Great job you guys!

I have lived here for about 3 months and love it. I dont understand why it got bad reviews. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The area seems peaceful and private. If you have any maintenance issues just report it and they will work with you to fix it promptly. The rate to rent is also not bad compared to some of the other places in the area. I would take a tour and decide for yourself if you like it or not, dont go by the reviews.

Staff have been super helpful and nice, Maintenance always comes ASAP when needed. Its loud at times, but not disruptive-it is a complex with hundreds of people living in it. Have only been here a couple of months. No surprises, I knew what I was going to get when I toured and signed my lease. Parking is kind of a joke, but not something they can really do anything about. I have had no issues so far!

Ive lived at Todd Village for almost 4 years and love it. Yes, the office staff has switched several times but the team in place now is pretty great. They respond very quickly to emails. The grounds are clean, its relatively quiet in my section, and the new construction on the windows, balcony and stairwells are beautiful and much safer than before.I havent had any major problems with appliances or repairs and have only needed 3 or 4 work orders. My only gripe is that my unit doesnt have laundry but there is a laundry room downstairs that is always locked and clean....so not too much of an issue really!I work from home, so Im here A LOT!! This is a great place to live and I have no plans to move any time soon.

The apartments are outdated and moldy. Old windows, no weather stripping, the cabinets smell like mildew and are cheap and probably from the 70s. The appliances are older than I am, also a few decades old. There is no ventilation to keep the mold under control...Im sure it is going to keep us sick until the lease is up and we can move. The grounds are disgusting and have cigarette butts everywhere. There are ducks living in the pool, which is rapidly becoming a pond with duck poop everywhere although there is a pool cover in a heap getting moldy right next to the pool. The maintenance people are completely unskilled, they do not clean up their mess after work is completed, nor do they give you any indication as to when work will be done or whether they fixed the problem and they dont have any respect for your personal belongings when in your apartment. The management isnt any better. They dont care about their tenants or maintenance issues once the lease is signed. This place is a complete dump for the amount of rent they are asking. Keep looking...there are much nicer complexes in this same area for less money. I wish I knew all of this before I moved in and I cant wait for the lease to be up. Gross...I wish I could give this review less than 1 star.

Im surprised to see all the negative reviews about Todd Village. Its been a great place to live so far. They made moving in very easy and the staff was more then helpful every step of the way. They are certainly looking to improve and its good to know that theyre looking at past feedback and building from their mistakes. Other than a few minor issues with the toilet Ive had no problems in my new apartment and Im glad I chose to move into Todd Village. Give them another try!

This is the worst apartment I have ever had in my life. I have been living in this apartment for a almost year. I felt alright when I moved to this place until in the last three months. I am a full time college student. Also, I have to work until 10 PM. I spent 20 minutes to find a parking, no any visitor parking available at that day. My roommate had tough time to find parking, thats why he didnt save parking for me. When I got back, no place to parked, so I parked disable parking. I understand thats illegal, but I didnt have any other options. The next day morning, I was going to move my car, the towing company took my car. I paid $240 fee to get my car back. I talked this issues to manager because I saw a lot of cars parked in the same areas for more than 24 hours. Manager said that she couldnt do anything unless I have to go out at night to record these cars, and tell them in the next day. Basically, she meant if I dont find parking at the moment, I screw up. What A bullshit! Sorry for my language, I pay rent on time to live here without my parking. After my contract is over, I wont ever come back to live this place again. (I already want to move out right now)!!!!! I am so mad to pay $240 fee, this is ridiculous. I worked so hard until 10 PM, no parking at all. two days salary to pay the fee. The only empty parking was disable parking. Do you want me to sleep in the car? What a poor apartment management !!!!!!

I lived at Todd Village for about 5 years. It turns out I had to move out a few months before my lease expired, and it would have cost me almost as much to break my lease early as to pay for the three months I wasnt living there. I posted ads on craigslist etc but no one showed much interest after looking at the terrible reviews on Google. So I figured Id add some highlights from my long standing bad experience. The construction projects seem to be a never ending inconvenient and noisy mess. (During some work near my building, workers put a 2 foot crack in my windshield but of course the story is no one was anywhere near there on that day so go pay for it yourself since you have no proof. They also turned off water several times and the only time I was notified was after I moved out (go figure). As icing on the cake they just gouged me an extra $130 several months after moving out stating the carpet cleaning costs were more than projected. The carpet was serviceable but by no means new when I moved in, and five years later apparently they are still too cheap to replace it even though its going threadbare in higher traffic areas. Part of me wants to dispute this on principle and maybe even counter-sue to get my windshield paid for, but Im not a litigious person and I dont the a few hundred dollars are worth the aggravation of dealing with this slimy corporation one minute longer than I need to. At least not when I can write a nasty review to vent about it.And to whatever social media manager is going to reply to this with some worthless platitude apologizing for this or that in a totally insincere way, dont bother. You dont care. If you did youd pay for my f*ing windshield.

Not as pricey as other places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Apts are clean, spacious, and well kept. Much nicer when you have a wood burning fireplace and a washer/dryer in your unit. Complex has a movie rental program for eceryone living there. Only one parking space per unit though and not to many visitor parking for a second vehicle or for guests. Close to several bus stops.

I dont really understand the negative reviews here. Ive lived at Todd Village for about a year and a half and have had nothing but good things to say. The community isnt new by any stretch, but any minor maintenance things have always been resolved super quickly for us. The only huge thing that happened while we were here was our water heater breaking. I put in a service request in the afternoon and even though the service team had to call someone off of their vacation on a Saturday, it was fixed by early evening. AMAZING! And for all of the people who whine about parking or pets or kids or other completely normal signs of life around the place you live, grow up. Were all adults, or at least we should be if were reviewing apartments.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ridiculous policies laid down by CTL. Avoid any complexes that are owned by CTL. Ive lived here when I was a kid and Im here now. The apartments have not changed. The walls are thin. The interior insulation lining is garbage. There is never any visitor parking after 7:00pm. Most people do not leave their apartments on the weekends so definitely dont expect to find a spot then.If you plan on having someone visit you for an extended period ( Not move in ), for more than two weeks, the office will raise your rent if they find out, no questions asked. If you allow a friend that is not on lease to send a package to your mailing address for whatever reason, they will not allow that person to pick up the package. The maintenance crew has done a terrible job of repairing holes in the wall, chipped paint, damaged doors or closets from previous tenants. Most people who live here are too poor to afford AC in the summer ( if youre top floor, its like the seventh level of hell in your apartment ). The maintenance crew is garbage. They will come in and do your work order and leave messes. Theyre not knowledgeable. ( Four visits to fix a busted fridge. Even after insisting on them replacing it to start with. )This office is now trying to scam residents who move out by discretely contacting your renters insurance company and demanding that they contact you to repair any damages they can find in the apartment, regardless if you have not made those damages. If you move here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!But seriously, dont move into this lot.

Renter beware. Do not even consider this awful place to live. They have construction crews working starting at 7:30 am. They walk in to your apartment unannounced, thinking that a paper notice a week prior gives them the right to not knock. When I moved in I paid 1050, and now pay 1500 only 3 years later. The main lady in the office is always super rude. Absolutely no where to park, and when asked if I could park in the office spot only 10 minutes heifer closing they said nope sorry you can park at the trimet park and ride down the road. Because I guess 1500 a month isnt enough for me to be able to park. As if it wasnt limited already you guys had your construction ppl block of even more of our residential parking. I have also noticed that there are areas marked off for those crews to park so that they dont use residential parking. Yet every morning I see ppl from gores parking in the visitor spots near my apartment. The people at the office dont care about residents, why would they? Theres new office ppl every time I go to the office. Not even the workers like to be here it seems with a turn over rate that high! Wish I could afford to move out of this place.

I wish there was a way to give less stars to Todd Village. im not even sure where to begin. The staff has changed 6 times since I moved in, and anytime you call the office or need something you have to deal with someone who has no idea who you are or where your file is. When I renewed my lease, they gave me an agreement thats cheaper then the quoted price, then when they told me theyd be sending an updated version, I didnt get it for 2 weeks, but would continuously get phone calls twice a day threatening eviction if I didnt sign the document (that was never given to me) they will not notify you if a package is dropped off at the office instead of your door or mailbox, and maintenance request are a total joke. The guys who fix things for you are nice enough, but having them come to you is an udder mess. I even once had a maintenance guy say this place has so many problems... on top of that a mole burrowed a huge hole in the side of my apartment by the front door, and even those that Ive made a request to have it fixed, still to this day I have a gaping hole in the front of my apartment. Do yourself a favor and choose homelessness before making the same mistake I have made.

Who the heck charges 1300+ per month on a single bedroom apartment just because your lease changed to a month to month basis.I would never dare to renew the lease with this place for many reasons. the architecture is really bad and the roads are super noisy; fire department + boones ferry rd + the railroad, also there is a lumber mill that have people banging and sawing on things late and early in the morning.Moving out of here is gonna be tough, I did do to myself really, I did not realise the severity of what would happen after my lease had ended. never did I think things could be this bad, I went from 995 a month to 1300, I let my gaurd down. I never worried once about how and when I was gonna move and that was my biggest downfall.1300 for a single bedroom after a year of ocupying the place, that is highway robbery. Im still not sure how much this all gonna cost me to move out, Ill try to update.

I do not understand how these guys were able to delete all the reviews they have had in the past. The apartment complex is horrible. I understand it is the cheapeast option in Tualatin but if you think you are saving money you are not. They overcharge cleaning fees and will find a way to charge for painting fees in your apartment. I disputet my claims and they wanted to take me to court. The apartments dont have enough parking, so if you have more than one car be ready to have to find parking somewhere else. They also dont have enough trash bins what makes the complex smells like trash oftenly. The apartments are not well maintened and things constantly break. I have had to call maintenance 3x in a matter of 1 month to fix shower, and food disposer. I reapeat DO NOT LIVE IN TODD VILLAGE!
