My gel set was okay but does not look professional! From far is looks okay but up close you can see discolorations where the polish was not done evenly and the nail is not smooth. The nail is all bumpy and not even at all! I think for the price, you should just go else where. The service was great so I wish I liked my nails better.

It’s my first time to get my nails done at this place it was recommended by a friend. Great place. Nice worker. They are so patient and professional. It took almost 2 hours to do my nails which is totally worthy. The results are amazing!!! I got exactly what I wanted.

My nails were really rushed through and didnt have the shape or length consistency anywhere. I had tk remind the lady to cut and shape a few nails but the finishing product was worse the more i looked at it.They dont look natural whatsoever and theres no arch at the tips. Just looks like flat tabs on my nails. I had to reshape them up at home because I was legit going insane looking at them. I appreciated their kindness but I wish they took the time to critique their work.

I got a anc ombré with gems, my eyebrows & a pedicure. My daughter got her feet and hands painted as well. They were very professional, very clean and made me feel welcomed as well . I’m definitely going to keep coming back .

After finally being seen 35 minutes after my appointment time, I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up. My shape was completely changed and over waxed. The waxer also dripped wax onto my hair during application and cut my skin tweezing. I have visited this business a few times over the last three years and can say the services are always hit and miss. I would seek another business if you’re looking for any cosmetic treatment.

This the first Full-Set&Pedicure,I got since Relocating from NYC,My Pedicure was Everything!💃🏾Unfortunately,My Full-Set is the reason,I would not B a Returning Customer!The Acrylic is not reaching, the nail bed,Walked out looking like I needed a Fill-in,Gel polish is not completely covering the Nail!Not the Color I requested,But the, only thing I Like!I had 2 apply the cuticle oil!This is Not Satisfactory, or Acceptable,Waste of my 50$ Bucks!😒

I would go with a 3.5 rating If there was such a rating. This salon is greatly saved by their well thought out interior. When you first walk in you feel as if you are in for a real good treat. The short stick is served when it comes to customer service. In my opinion, when you get your nails done you pay for a service and an experience. My experience felt very rushed, and walked a thin line between rudeness and efficiency. Their quality of nail work is good, but not what would be expected. There massages leave much to be desired. They do have an excellent eyelash tech. In summary, if you want to get serviced here- minus a massage, and can pass on customer service, this place is for you. They can get the job done.

The guy that does the eyelashes and the receptionist are very pleasant and polite, but there is another guy who works there that was going to do my nails but I changed my mind because he was very rude and unpleasant. His body language and movements were as if he didnt even want to be bothered by me, he got aggravated very quickly when asking questions about the products. I will NEVER EVER go back. First impression is everything

I loved this place!! I read reviews all morning and finally at 4:30pm on a Sunday, I decided to go. It’s so big! It was a great atmosphere with lavender walls and so many stations! I loved it. When I was leaving, they were cleaning diligently. Definitely going back!

This place is a hit or miss. My first time was quite meh. But I went again because of the convenience. The second guy did such a good job I literally had those nails for a month with no chipping whatsoever. Hope I remember him the next time I’m there.

This salon is very clean and spacious with such a kind staff! Im impressed with how gentle they are; some nail salons could really learn a thing or two from this place. I dont always go out to get my nails done, but when I do, Ill go here.

I walked right in to a warm greeting and a very nice basic pedicure. No waiting and the nail technician was very good. She gave me a shoulder massage, leg and foot massage with the basic pedicure! The place is clean, bright, cheery and I got many good coupons as well as a punch card to return with discounts for spending money.

They are good but sometimes they have bubbles or the chip easily. They are so nice and they have great colors.

Your quality of service is completely based on who does your service. Ive had great experiences and awful experiences here. Cannot recommend this place more highly! I went on a whim, never been before. I got the Happy Feet massage, which is actually upper back, shoulders, neck, head, arms, hands, legs, AND feet, PLUS hot stones, 45 minutes total for only $28. An absolute steal. Then I got a standard pedicure which was great and very precise with the polish, finishing with a gel manicure. Kitty was the lovely woman who took care of me through all of these services, so if you visit, ask for her! My manicure was perfect. Thank you!!

Talented nail spa. They also do great pedicures and eyelashes. You can even enjoy a cup of tea or soda while being pampered.

This was an horrible 1st time experience! I was charged $47 for a regular pedicure with gel polish, okay not a problem. Then when I asked if they have any callous remover the lady says Yes! Thatll be an extra $6. Wow! Okay . The lady begins to get very aggressively complaining about how much dry skin is under my foot. I automatically got defensive and ask for her to stop. I was willing to pay for whatever little service she did and leave. One of the guys working there finished a little work that the lady started. I only receive a light pass over my feet, a rub and polish for $51 plus a slight tip for the lady who finished polishing my toes. While also there I noticed a lot of racism/segregation. When a Caucasian is getting a pedicure they put plastic protector inside the foot basins. When an African American gets a pedicure there isnt any plastic protector inside. Overall the service I received was totally unprofessional and I will never go back here again! Ive spent my money at much better places and receive superb customer service.

Extremely disappointing visit! I made an appointment for noon, was specifically told to come 5-10 minutes early, when I arrive I am told that the one guy that has to do my lashes was waxing eyebrows & had to finish doing eye lashes on another girl. Knowing how long lashes take, I specifically said that if it is going to be a half hour I got to go because I dont have time to wait. They replied that she was almost done & it would only be a few minutes. 30 minutes passed before I finally walked out the door. I cant believe how inconsiderate they could be to not only completely miss my appointment but keep me waiting after I specifically told them I didnt have time to wait. Wish I left when I first walked in...

The massage was nice and they an ombre effect on my nails but instead they came out lumpy and my cuticle werent cleaned completely and feet werent scrub right. If it was done right I wouldnt mind the 80 charge..

Really liked the comfort and feel of the place. Staff is friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, and they dont rush the job. If they make a slight mistake they fix it. Unlike other salons Ive been to, who just let the mistake go. I feel happy every time I leave here. Heading there soon to get wedding nails done! :)

My manicure took almost two hours... The technician seemed distracted and flustered with the process. I had tips put on and wound up with glue all over my fingers. She was pretty aggressive with filing and not one or two of my fingers ended up cut from the file but four of them. One or two nicks I can forgive but four is excessive. She didnt use the drill under the artificial top to remove access powder/glue. It was cheaper than other places but I wont be back.

I used to come here all the time and now I remember why I stopped. I would absolutely come back for Happy Feet and the woman that did this service was pleasant. A different woman did my nails and she was extremely rude, didnt ask how long I wanted my nails or if I was happy with the length she made them, and she just proceeded to do them. She also claimed that in order to make my nails round it would cost an additional $5, when my mom was there the day before and this wasnt the case. I find this charge to be absurd, shaping your nails is an expected aspect of a manicure.

Horrible customer service. I asked them to do ombré they said ok, when I picked out the colors the guy laughed and took me to my chair. Halfway through I was told they couldn’t do what I had asked them to do.. I now know the reason he laughed.. but instead Of laughing they should have explained they couldn’t do it.. and I hated the color they applied and they didn’t even fix it! Waste of my time & money.

My 13 year-old daughter has what look like burns and/or abrasions where the wax was from her eyebrow wax.

Way too expensive just for a simple acrylic set. Did a bad paint job on my nails. My 3yo couldve done better. The message at the end was short but ok i guess. Aside from that the place is very clean and they are friendly but Id never go here again.

This place is filthy!!!! I had to go to the Dr. because I have deep open wounds in my fingers that wont heal. Turns out I have a fungal infection.

When I whent there it was all good kinda at night time the man who did my nails rushed (I feel) my nails came out a little bumpy and the right after the man whent out side to smoke idk if he was in the rush to smoke but I give this three star cuz my nails weren’t that bad

I have given this place many chances and feel my experiences could have been much better. The communication is terrible, the technican I had today cut the cuticle on several fingers (not the first time, didnt even apologize) was constantly wrenching my hand into position. Nevermind the sniffling, sneezing and snorting his boogers the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable and grossed out. Soaking ANC off in straight acetone burns and dries out my fingers. And while getting a relaxing pedicure id rather read instead of burning my fingers in acetone. These are only SOME of the reasons. I have been to other nail salons which are more welcoming with helpful and friendly technicians. Today is the last time I will go here. No more chances.
