I wanted bleach blonde and got highlights. I wanted my money back and they refused. The hairdresser was rude too the whole time. I left crying...awful customer service.

Dont bothers going on to this place went 2 times in a week and couldnt get a haircut 1st time there I was told by the gentleman all his employees called in because of snow and the second time I was told at 1230 in the afternoon that he wouldnt be cutting anymore hair that day
