Great staff and office! The dentist is very friendly and informative. He laid out all of the options that I had and was sincere in me choosing the correct procedure to be done.

I haven’t been to a dentist since covid started… I have a hard a few tough experiences before, so when I went to research a dentist in the area Troy Metro Dental came up; after reading the reviews I told myself I had to check it out for myself. Let’s just say Dr. Ansari is amazing!!! I have never been so comfortable and relaxed in a dentist office as I have been here.

I was Very happy with my service. They got me in immediately to look at a tooth I have issue with. The lady who was doing the FD was super friendly, quick and patient.The doctor was great! Today was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and professional. The office was very clean and well maintained. I have always been apprehensive about dental visits but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire experience was incredible. I’ve been coming here since 2017. Very quick and efficient service and up to date. I had Kim as my hygienist and she was very good at her job, got me cleaned up without any pain. They offered me whitening zoom service and now my teeth are whiter than snow.Dr. Ansari is a very dorky down to earth kind of a guy, very friendly like I’ve known him all my life. I really liked his bedside manners, professionalism, and hairstyle. Overall, the convenience and efficiency was my favorite in the whole process. I will def be coming back. I would love to see TikTok or Instagram videos of Dr. Ansari in the future.

Went in today for my 6 month cleaning, the staff is pleasant, professional and prompt. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very gentle yet thorough. Dr. Ansari came in to examine my teeth and make sure he answered any questions I had. He is kind and personable, very easy to talk to & does not judge. I was looking for the dentist I can afford for the dental treatment. Dr. Ansari is the best dentist I found to get the best treatment. I recommend Dr. Ansari to get the best and affordable treatment .The staff is great and sweet listens and understands each patient like the family members.

Unfortunately I was in pain and needed to see someone very quick. So I called and they fitted me in to see what was wrong. Once there the whole staff did everything to make me feel comfortable. I had a cracked tooth and they took me step by step of what will happen and what options I have. Also gave 3 estimates for each option. No one likes going to the dentist. But they cared about me, how I’m feeling, how my pain was and it was less stressful then my past experiences.

Troy Metro Dental is by far the best quality oral care practice in the Midwest. They are thorough with the dental cleaning and have all the services needed to make sure my teeth are taken care of. I personally flew from Los Angeles to Troy, just to be able to be taken care of by this top tier dental team.

Very pleasant staffs and amazing doctor. The great thing is they open on SaturdayDr. Omar goes above and beyond than any dentist i went to. He takes his time to make sure I understand what’s going on with my teeth. I had ongoing issue with one of my fillings causing pain while eating. He took care of it in 1 visit and since then I have not had any toothache. He also took pictures of my tooth before and after the procedure. Check in and check out process is so easy.

Not overcrowded and properly spaced appointments, so patients do not feel rushed out. All questions properly answered by doctor with options provided and explained. They follow up after every visit. Additional highlight - most procedures (like space maintainer) done in-house. We are blessed to have found this dental practice.

I originally came here for a cracked filling that was bothering me, and they were open on a Saturday! I was relieved they could get me in last minute because it was as a Friday and I couldn’t bear the pain any longer. I have now switched dentists and haven’t looked back. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. I have a very low pain tolerance and haven’t had any issues (or fear lol) since coming here. 10/10 would recommend!

Very friendly staff with fast service!Went back for the surgery and had little to no swelling or pain. Dr and team we’re fun and made the process easier than I imagined.It’s been four days and the doctor has checked on me three of the days. I appreciated that. Little pain, very minimal swelling, little soreness but overall almost back.Everything went great. All the spots healed nicely. Still a little sore but feeling good.I would recommend coming here for dental work.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Troy Metro Dental and Dr.Ansari. Im one of those people who avoid the dentist, until something serious happens. The office and the personnel are so professional and friendly at the same time. Everything is run with safety because of Covid and the place is immaculate. Dr. Ansari is so gentle, you hardly feel his hands. He had a very difficult tooth to remove and I was so sure (from previous experience) that the pain after the numbness would be unbearable. Its been 30 hours and all I took for pain was 2 Advil tablets. I need a lot of work done for my teeth and of course Ill continue with Dr. Ansari because I really trust him!

Everyone is absolutely amazing. I found this office when I was looking for a dentist for my husband, it was an emergency, my husband had very severe tooth pain and dr Ansari personally spoke to him on the phone to discuss the pain and called him in the same day. That was our first ever call to them. Hes now both of our dentist. Dr Ansari is very good at what he does, and is able to make uncomfortable dental procedures as smooth as possible. This practice is wonderful! The customer service by not only the front desk and team but also from Dr. Ansari himself, was above and beyond. I was in bad pain from a wisdom tooth and the doctor personally messaged me after I reached out to them and I was in their office the next day, ahead of my original appointment. Within no time Dr. Ansari and his team fixed me up, it was the quickest tooth extraction I have ever had and I have had no pain during my healing process. I am also usually terrified of the dentist but I felt extremely comfortable and at ease during my visit to Troy Metro Dental and I highly recommend this practice to everyone. The dentist explained very well with my current teeth condition. He is very thorough and does all the dental work himself. The staff was also very friendly and nice.

I have pretty bad teeth that need a lot of work. At no point during my visit did I feel bad about this! I was not shamed, and my hygienist was the best I have EVER had. She was kind, empathetic and took the time to teach me about even more dental care that would improve my teeth. Dr. Ansari was incredibly professional and nice. He even asked why I had dental anxiety and made sure to ease my nerves about our future treatments together. Literally the BEST dental experience I have ever had. I will be back and I’m actually excited to get this dental work completed!Update edit 02/2021: this is about 8 hours after I had a bunch of fillings filled but my goodness I still love this place! I never thought I’d say that about a dentist. Dr. Ansari checked in with me the whole time consistently to make sure my anxiety and pain were ok. They look great AND it was speedy but quality work. Best drilling dentist experience ever. He also had a tv for you to watch during and wheel of fortune made it all better :) I’m a little sore obviously but nothing terrible. I will be back!

I just wanted to add some words to my review. This place is excellent. Everyone from dr. Ansari to Yasmeen to the dental hygienists are both kind and personable. They actually listen which is a big thing. Plus being a younger staff all around makes me feel much more comfortable. Another perk is the Netflix they play in each room, lol. You won’t regret coming here.
