They came out and checked out the situation with our roof, and got the process going with our insurance co.(Citizens ins. were great.) and from that point on everything went smooth. The roofing team they sent out did a great job. They made sure to clean up and protect our landscaping best they could, and left no trace that they were even there. The roof looks great! Awesome company! Had a lots of damage at my house due to a flood. Auto Owners insurance tried to get me to accept an amount that wouldnt cover 5% of the damage. Vince Orlando stepped in and took care of everything making sure that my house was restored to its original condition and the Insurance company paid for the claim.

URDS was fantastic to work. I worked with Dennis as my sales rep, and he was always able to be reached, very punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. When he talked to me and made me the sales pitch it seemed to good to be true, but everything happened exactly how it said it would for the price he said it would. We highly recommend URDS. They worked with our homeowners and got a LOT of the expense covered. We didnt even realize that storm damage to the roof could be covered by our homeowners insurance. The roofers were there early and worked late to get ghe job completed. And, the left the yard and shrubs in pristine condition, cleaning up every single shred of materials.
