Matt and his men came all the way to Louisiana to help with the rebuilding process after Hurricane Ida. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently, they were completely respectful to my elderly mother, helping her navigate through this very difficult time. Patrick came to our home to access the water damage from the busted pipe. He was very professional and courteous but very thorough. Explained in detail to my wife and I are what would have to be done to our home to mitigate the water. He also told us what day to expect the mitigation crew.The crew arrived at the same time introduce themselves and started the work. Christian, the person in charge of the crew, was very professional courteous outgoing and understanding about the questions that we had and took the time to explain to us what was going to happen and why. Throughout the entire process he was an absolute gentleman, a pure professional, and very thorough.The entire process including the drying took approximately five days. Christian was very good to let us know how things were going. When the entire process was complete, Christian and Patrick return to our home and recovered all of the drying and related equipment. They took the time to explain to us what had happened through the process, and also insured us that our home was dry and ready to be repaired.I can not say enough about these 2 men. I feel they went above the call to make sure that we felt comfortable about the entire process.It is only my option, but 911 Restoration should be sure they do what necessary to hold on to these 2 men because they are a true asset to their company.

Prompt response when we were in a dire situation. They got the carpet out of our flooded basement and installed fans/dehumidifiers the same day that we had the water. They saved us from much greater damage.

I was talking to Patrick and he even came to look at my basement while it was flooded. He was calling me throughout the week to see what was going on with my home owners insurance. He told me if I had a hard time with them that he would call and talk to them. Again, he was calling me to see what the progress was with my claim. However, once I called to tell him that State Farm wasnt giving me anything for my claim, he will NOT answer my calls, texts or call me back! I was still wanting him to do the work and get a quote but he is blatantly ignoring me!!!
