Zach was awesome, he helped every step of the way putting my mind at ease. He coordinated all the subcontractors in a timely fashion helping me with something that was foreign to me. Sean who is on his team was also great and very knowledgeable. I was referred to them by a friend and Im glad I was, because the experience was very good. They helped restore my home back to as good as new after I had tree fall on my home during the last storm that hit. I would use them again.

My basement flooded due to sump failure and Servpro was very quick and responsive. The technicians who were out were very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. They were very professional and did a great job with the cleanup. Experiencing a flood is a stressful event and Servpro helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing they were going to take care of my basement. I would definitely recommend this restoration company to anyone going through a disaster/damage in their home or business!

From the first call to SERVEPRO everyone was friendly and sympathetic about my basement flooding after a huge storm. They explained the options over the phone and then someone came out to review the situation. They didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need and gave me options to think about. When the team arrived they moved everything and were very professional. My grandchilds toy kitchen was in the flood and they were especially fastidious about getting that sanitized as they knew that was important to me. I had a sense of relief knowing that everything was clean and sanitized. Thank you for your work.

This is the first time I have had to call a service to cleanup water intrusion from severe rain. ServPro came within an hour on a Friday night and immediately took charge of the situation, using high powered vacuums and large dryer fans. They checked in a couple days later to see how things were going and eventually came back for all their equipment. Greg Dean and his very professional staff did a great job for us.

I feel like they took advantage of my 85 year old widowed mother who probably should have called a service like Molly Maid instead of a company like ServPro.The ads on TV say call for a free quote, but she was charge $125 for a quote and was told the money would be refunded if she used their service - sorry thats not FREE if we decide not to go with your service. Also this was not automatically deducted from the bill she had to call to have it deducted.She really just wanted the cobwebs gone, the rafters dusted, walls wiped down and floors cleaned.We had water in the basement that was seeping in from hydro static pressure. This was NOT sewer water, but they sold her a steam clean for the floor and disinfecting service for walls, ceiling and floor. This was really in excess of what she needed.We had someone out from an abatement company that also does mold remediation. He told us the white spots near the bottom of our cupboards was mold and could easily be cleaned with bleach and water. Since ServPro was coming we asked them to do this. They wiped down the fronts of the cupboards in the center, but did not clean the cupboards off to the side and also did not clean the mold on the inside of the cupboard doors.Upstairs they were supposed to clean the windows and the blinds. They left the windows very streaky and had to be reminded to do the blinds (also whatever they used on the blinds left a very musty odor.)My mother had retreated to her room to stay out of their way while they worked on the upstairs. She noticed that things were very quiet for awhile and when she ventured out of her room she realized that they had all left and no one bothered to speak to her and tell her they were leaving.Very disappointed with the oversell and the quality of their work.UPDATE: I emailed Perry with a list of additional concerns that I did not include in this post. I never received a reply.

Zach and his team from SERVPRO were phenomenal. They arrived almost immediately after I called them (at 11pm on a Monday) with water gushing from my roof into the living room and went to work immediately. They assured me that everything would be handled and that they would take it from there to work with my insurance company. They went above and beyond. The whole cleanup process was fast and thorough. Everything with insurance went smooth as well. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of North Oakland County!

I guess bad luck comes in waves. We had our water line to our refrigerator come loose over night just two days ago and we also used SERVPRO of North Oakland County, like my friend in Bloomfield Hills. They were fantastic in helping out with all of the damage to the basement ceiling, carpet and flooring. I highly recommend them.

Back in August we had a huge amount of water get in our basement after a huge rainfall. Im an avid vinyl collector and the basement is where most of my collection is. I lost quite a few, unfortunately and probably would have lost more if it had not been for the people of SERVPRO of North Oakland County. They did a fantastic job with the relocation and storage of all our valuables and things in the basement that potentially could have been ruined for good. They did such an amazing job.

ServPro was fantastic. They responded immediately to my emergency request (we had water in the basement after a heavy rain). They were at my house that day to assess damage and begin the cleanup. They also followed-up with me over the next week or so to make sure everything remained in good shape even after they left. Would highly recommend them!

Quick to respond when a water fountain broke and flooded areas of our warehouse but were not thorough. They were in and out as quick as possible and did not bother to ask for assistance with moving large items and pallets to ensure full removal. There are still large amounts of standing water under areas they ignored. I expected more from this company being restoration experts.

They do not know or have the slightest clue of what they are doing. crooks. they dont pay the sub contractors they use to do their work either.

On August 11th, 2014 metro Detroit had an epic rainfall and I was one of many thousands of people who were effected. I had 6” of water in my basement and didn’t know what to do. I called a friend and they referred me to SERVPRO of North Oakland County. Not only did they save me from many hours of cleanup, they saved many personal belongings that I had because of their quick action. They were very professional, timely and most importantly... receptive to my needs. The water extraction, the drying out, the dehumidification... everything was solid.
