Great group of guys. They came and helped us when we needed it most. Now, just to have them come remediate the asbestos. They work hard and go above and beyond.

Elvis and his team were the only ones who cared about our mold situation and got it tested and removed asap. I called several companies and it was going to be weeks out before someone could even test the mold. Elvis came the very next day to test it and scheduled for the removal the very next week. His team was very professional and Elvis was very responsive if I had any questions. I would 100 percent use this company again.

We had the unfortunate experience of our washing machine overflooding on new flooring. The thought of having water under my new hardwood floor was gut-wrenching. This all happened at a very unfortunate time. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with during the holidays. A quick Google search popped up MGM. Kelly was at my house within an hour and quickly assessed the situation. After his initial inspection, Kelly advised me that we needed to act right away to preserve my precious new hardwood. The MGM team was excellent throughout the entire process. It was easy to get ahold of Kelly the PM assigned to my project. The team was very professional, and they went above and beyond to make I was satisfied with the work they performed. It was effortless to do business with MGM. They provided all the information required by my insurance company.

A company that stands behind their work!! Had a tub overflow that flooded over half are house and mgm came right out and worked until all the water was cleaned up and then put out dryer fans and dehumidifier for several days. Ken communicated with very well and was always their via phone for any questions. His workers worked hard and was very careful in are home. We found a area of water under are homes underbelly that got past them (it was a big job) but they are coming back out to rectify the situation even after its been a few months ago and just found...Ken had no issue and told me to call him with any new info or questions with his direct cell. We shouldve had these guys do the remodel as well but instead went with jonny on the spot due to his good reviews and that turned out to be a mistake. Mgm has my future bussiness. Honest and trustworthy and quality work.

I’m on the Board of a Babcock Coop Apartment building. One evening our building had a horrible incident. We didn’t know what to do, so our President called MGM. The supervisor was at our building within the hour and the cleanup crew was there within 2 hours. This was on a Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. They cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, and removed our affected carpeting and disposed of it. After they were done, except for the missing carpet, you’d never have known that anything had happened. A+ service. They were very reasonably priced. We recommend and would use their services again.

Al and his team did an amazing job fixing up my damaged condo! During the big freeze in the beginning of 2019, a pipe burst and damaged the whole condo. Al was great at keeping me informed as to what was going on. He kept my mind at ease and guided me through the whole process of renovating the whole unit. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable company!

He was most concerned for our family’s health and safety and took all the measures necessary to quickly and efficiently restore our house. Great service! Our clinic flooded and we placed a call and their team was here within a half an hour and cleaning was done by the end of the day. Theyre very professional and prompt and I appreciated how they walked us through the entire process. Would highly recommend for anyone who has to deal with an emergency restoration situation.

When my neighbors water pipes froze and there was major water damage to my condo, I called MGM Restoration to complete the remediation and the restoration work. Steve, the project manager was very knowledgeable about the process and empathetic towards my family needs. He covered with me the next steps and the MGM crew came in and started the cleanup process. Excellent work and attention to detail. Great communication. Design suggestions were provided even if it resulted in lower cost, having choices was nice. Estimates are provided with detail broken down which was much appreciated and costs were reasonable.I worked with Steve exclusively​ but met most of the team of project managers throughout the remodel. Each added experience and background whenever possible. After dealing with multiple previous rude and overpriced remodel companies MGM was a blessing.There is nothing MGM wont do to make the project vision come to reality. Thank you guys! I look forward to future projects.(Project was a kitchen gut and first floor remodel which included removing walls, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring.)

MGM team did an effective job remediating mold in a damp storage area. I had to call to remind them to provide services which were in the contract, which they promptly did. Im confident it was a simple mistake or likely mis-communication between project manager and work team - not a big deal and most importantly, they handled the feedback promptly and completely. Oh, and their rates are very competitive.

Stay away from this company. The project manager we met did not do what he promised. Our experience with them was horrible !
