I have used Complete Detail many times; most recently to clean the carpets, tile, and couches before I moved out of my furnished apartment. I also had a full home inspection by Holdon, including mold with remediation, before moving into the new house. Isaac made the apartment look and smell brand new! I also had peace of mind moving into the new house, knowing the mold was no longer a problem. Isaac and Daniel are an experienced and hard-working team. They have always been on time, thorough, honest, and respectful of the property. They will tell you if you need additional treatments and make it work for you. It’s amazing the grime they get out of those floors and air ducts! I will be having them clean my old air ducts and dryer vent soon. I will never use any other company!

We have used several different carpet cleaning companies over the years, but this is the first time that I can clearly smell the clean carpet! We have two large dogs and they shed like crazy! Isaac and Daniel cleaned out my dryer vent today. This is the second time I have used the company and been pleased with their work. They cleaned out my dryer vent and checked to make sure the airflow was good on the outside as well. They answered all of my questions and were extremely nice and professional. Awesome, professional service for an affordable price! Complete Detail made it really easy to get my air ducts cleaned. When I called, they set my expectations by telling me exactly what they’d do and the price range to expect. I called around to many companies, and their price was way lower than the competition. I got a call about 30 min before they arrived, I was greeted with a smile, and Daniel and Isaac took their shoes off at the door. They cleaned all the air ducts and left a fresh, light scent in my house. Both of them worked hard and were done in about an hour. I’ll definitely call them again whenever I need any of their services!

Weve used Complete Detail Cleaning and Restoration several times for our carpets. Today, Daniel and Rodney did our carpets as well as a sectional and knocked it out of the park! Two years ago I purchase tile flooring and they told me it did not need to be sealed. They lied. Ever sense then I have been down on my knees trying to get the floor clean but nothing worked and I tried everything! I was looking around for new flooring when I thought about getting a professional could clean it. I called Complete Detail and in a few days they came out and cleaned my floor and it looks almost new. They are wonderful and Dan did a super nice job.

Asked about deodorizer because our dog had a few accidents. He got right to business! Wasnt there more than 40 to 50 minutes. Carpets look amazing and he was such a sweet gentleman! Could have a conversation like we were old friends. His customer service was top notch and I will be calling him again for another clean! Quality, professional and price was amazing! Wont get this back home in Kansas where I am from!

Navigating an insurance claim can be challenging and stressful. Holdon was so compassionate and understanding from the beginning and dealt with our insurance to get the claim moving along very quickly. His team was professional, organized, courteous and did excellent work. I have never dealt with a contractor who actually kept his word when it comes to doing what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Holdon and his crew are the exception. Outstanding job! Amazing crew!! The most professional and respectful contractors I havr ever had. Our dishwasher failed and flooded our kitchen. Since our flooring was continuous throughout the house, it all had to be replaced! Holden was great navigating the insurance after we filed our initial claim. Yhe quality of the flooring was top notch! Our home has never looked so beautiful. When they came to tear out the damaged floor, they were so courteous and respectful. You could tell they all got along with each other. There was no foul language or smoking on site. We always got a call or text before they came. They even cleaned up as they tore out. They used quality dryers and sanitizers to save our cabinets. They even cleaned our air ducts after the installation due to the dust involved. We have had our ducts cleaned professionally twice before and they pulled out old toys and other debris out of our ducts that did not belong to us.These are true professionals. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to have my duct cleanings done by them. Definitely worth it to work with these guys. Honest, trustworthy and dependable!!!

We have off white furniture that has been needing to be cleaned for a while. They did a very good job and even came back to redo the skirt part of our couch that was still a little noticeable soiled. Professional and trust worthy. That says a lot these days. I would use them again.

I really couldnt be happier with the job the two-person crew did on my carpets. Stains that I thought I was just going to have to live with were lifted out entirely, and the cleaning in general was incredibly thorough.
