I had my AC fail, and I had to make the call on Sunday morning. Artur was able to make it a few hours later. He was professional and was able to fix my AC in about 20 minutes. Prompt, professional, and effective. Great service!

I called Central Star heating and cooling very late at night and they came out within 20 minutes after calling to fix our furnace. We had been having issues with our furnace for a month and they figured out the problem quickly and repaired it and also explained to us what was going on. Unfortunately my furnace broke down right before the weather started warming up a bit. Most of the companies I had used before were fully booked and I couldnt get anyone to show up at reasonable time to do my repairs and waiting around in the cold wasnt an option. I stumbled upon Central Star and although there didnt seem to be many reviews on this company I had no choice so I decided to go for it.I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response after I left them a voicemail in the middle of the night. Their crew arrived early in the morning as promised. They were happy to walk me step by step through the diagnostic process. In a short timeframe they figured out the problem instead of wasting time to charge me for their time on the premises. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner, best of all the pricing didnt break the bank!Lastly one of their guys also pointed out some of the issues which may arise in the future due to the fact that my furnace is now almost 15+ years old. He left it up to me if I wanted anything done for it or not and did not push me into any extra repairs. Though he did want me to realize that should one of those older parts fail which is inevitable, that they would be happy to stop by again and that I understood it may be a completely different issue the next time around due to the fact that my furnace is old.Thanks Central Star!!!

5 stars for Central Star Heating and Cooling... My AC stopped working at the end of a 95 degree weekend in July. I called the Heating and Cooling company that I have used multiple times in the past and they would not return my call. Another company said they can schedule me a week out. I read some good reviews on Central Star Heating and Cooling, so thought I would give them a shot. My call was answered on the second ring and they were between jobs, so told me they could stop by in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later they showed up at my house, figured out the problem, and had my AC working within an hour of making the original call to them. Both guys were extremely professional and worked good together. This is truly the first review (good or bad) i have ever written about a company... A stressed out situation turned into a blessing as now i have found a new Heating and Cooling Company that I can rely on!

I called a around Troy Area for furnace repair at 8:30pm on a hiliday weekend and an overnight forecast of 2°. Of the 6 numbers listed on google for 24hr service, they were the only that promptly retirned my call and with 30 mins were at my home. Art and Aurthur were very nice, professional, and effective.
