I scheduled an appointment on Monday for a Thursday, but USA Pro-Vac has an on call option to schedule an earlier appointment based on availability. They came within 24 hours after the initial call to clean out my dryer vent and duct, and were done within 15 minutes. The technician walked me through the process and what he needed from me clearly and easily. After we finished up the vent cleaning, he recommended that I install a trap to avoid squirrels from entering my dryer vent line. As weve had problems with ingress in the past year, I appreciated he was able to provide those suggestions and act to add a vent cage for me.Excellent, quick service with great communication. Their prices are very reasonable.

Leo came out right on time, walked me through the process and made excellent recommendations on what we can do to prevent animals from making nests inside the vent. He was very friendly and personable as well. We had him install a more efficient cover on our outside vent and be cleaned the inner vents perfectly (no more fire hazard!)Definitely will be using this company in the future. Highly recommend.

USA Pro-Vac was very professional, on time, and did a great job. Leo and his crew were very courteous, efficient, and informative. This style of duct and vent cleaning is very thorough and is much more effective than the companies that just vacuum near the top of the vents. This process that USA Pro-Vac uses removes the dust by blowing it down with high pressure air at each vent down the ducts and down to the furnace location where it is efficiently removed. We will definitely use their services again.

This company tried to remove or cover over the humidifier and air cleaner model numbers and brands with their stickers so that you cant know the correct sizes unless you buy them from them. They do not leave a date saying when the ducts were cleaned although it does say next cleaning due (Dated about 2 years after previous cleaning).

The guys did a great job! They were very upfront about what they were doing I did not feel anything was left out in their explanation of their process. not going to lie they were a bit more expensive than other companies but I truly believe you get what you pay for just because one company service looks the same as the other the proof is in the pudding. better performing trucks and higher power motors may clearly a difference just like anything when it comes to vacuuming out ductwork. They were thorough and did a great job I also had my dryer vent clean along with the ductwork.

USA Pro Vac was great! From setting up the appointment to the actual day of service, it was a positive experience. They communicated what the process was, called you the day before, and when they were on the way. The techs were very considerate of our home and our family, and did not pressure us for up sells. They are very competitively priced and do an excellent job. I feel so much better having our ducts cleaned as the previous home owners never had it done. USA Pro-Vac was very professional from start to finish. I placed an inquiry online and had a return call within a few hours. They followed up about the time of the appointment the day before. When they arrived, they explained everything thoroughly and showed me just how dirty everything was. Everyone I dealt with from office staff to on-site technicians were beyond polite. I had the 8-10am time slot and they were at my house starting by 8:15. Entire process took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.
