New Carrier furnace and AC install was very fast and professional. Very happy overall. Since its a review Ill nitpick and say the AC should probably come with a cover, and the open vent pipes should have screen covers to keep critters out. Thanks guys the AC feels great.

Chris and his team take customer service to a whole new level. I got home this evening to a house that was over 80 degrees just after 8:00 PM and after trying to see if I could fix the AC on my own, I called comfort Plus at 8:40 and while I was just hoping to have someone call me tomorrow, I got a call back from Chris and he asked if I would mind if he came over tonight? Without hesitation, I said absolutely and within a short period of time he was here and able to replace the blown part to get us back up and running. I’m quite sure he had something better to do on a Friday night and we are beyond appreciative of the willingness to help make sure we were taken care of so quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!

Worst experience ever first day was called out AC unit was looked at and repairman was asking the most pointless questions as if he did not know what he was doing, insisted on work that did not need to be done at the moment stated everything was running and working fine. Had to have them return a second day only to clean a few things/work on something else that the day before he stated was working fine, was NOT ever told price before labor. Would definitely not recommend to anyone unless you want to be scammed out of your money.

I Do not recommend this company. guy came out yesterday said everything was good, but then the next day still having the same problem. same guy comes out today cleans the blower and says it going to be 180 dollars. but he didn’t even tell me a price before cleaning it. In that case I would’ve cleaned it my self at no charge. Now I’m out 280 dollars. i call the office the guy says yea he’s supposed to tell you the Price before doing anything. now theres nothing they can do. some BS. i will make sure no one goes thru this company, they just want peoples money. I knew I should’ve went with a different heating and cooling company. Never will do business with these guys ever.

They fixed what the builder and original contractor could and would not! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very quickly found an issue with our only 3 year old furnace and replaced the parts. Also remedied and error with the venting location and design.

We had Comfort Plus out this past week to replace our furnace and AC. We called a few companies out for quotes but, Chris stood out from the rest. He was highly recommended by our friends. We have used Comfort Plus Heating and Cooing on 3 occasion now. The first was an emergency call the morning that we were to leave for vacation when our hot water heater sprung a leak. Chris and his time replaced the system while were away. They also installed and new heating and AC system in my mother in laws condo. Recently, our AC unit of 22+ years had died and the furnace on an earlier inspection was on its last leg. We call Comfort Plus, received an estimate and approved the work order. Their team of technicians arrived ahead of the schedule. They took great care to insure that our personal belongings were protected during the installation. They were very professional and kept me up to speed as the installation progress. When completed, they lead technician walked me through the operation of the newly installed system. I had an off brand furnace installed by a company who moved out of state. Four years later the furnace started to develop problems. It failed to start and the weather was getting cold in November. The original installer was gone. So, I called Comfort Plus through many recommendations..All I can say is that I am extremely happy with the effort Chris and his team put into this job vs. what they charged. The technicians are top notch. They answered every one of my technical questions correctly and worked really hard. Chris did the same on his end with thorough research into the problem.It took a few trips and some minor inconvenience. Our AC was not working when we woke up this morning. I called Comfort Plus and they said they would get here this afternoon. Their tech showed up (with a mask due to Covid 19 and shoe covers) came in, evaluated the system, quickly told us what was wrong, and made the repair. There was a wire that had arc’d and tripped the system (I think I got that right). Thankful to have the AC running again! Thank you Chris from Comfort Plus. This is the third time you’ve quickly made a repair to our Furnace or AC. We regularly recommend you to others!

Had Comfort Plus come out to install a fireplace blower unit, Tim & Nick came promptly at the appointment time and did the install that was a bit more difficult than originally anticipated. My unit has a same model # as more recent fireplaces, but its an older unit. They had to remove the log and gas line to install the unit. They put it in seamlessly and made sure the unit worked properly and cleaned up and the charge was very reasonable. Will use again for sure for Furnace and A/C check ups.

We were very impressed with this company in the summer when our AC stopped working. They were friendly, honest, and very proficient. That being said, when our furnace started having issues, we didnt hesitate to call Comfort Plus for help again. They arrived within 30 minutes of calling. We were again thoroughly impressed and very happy with our service. Our problem was promptly identified and quickly fixed. We would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for saving us a second time!

Sorry to say, I was not satisfied with their service. They came out to do a health check on my moms A/C, gave it a good rating. They told her the unit is getting old and she should replace it. She went to use it and it didnt work. Called another company to fix it, she was uncomfortable using them again, and they said the unit has no freon. The new company said the cap on the valve was loose and the freon leaked out. They filled it and it works great. Called Comfort Plus for a refund on the health check and they refused. Hid behind the 30-day warranty on their work if she would have called them instead.***Good customer service is not always just doing what the agreement says.

Sold me an offbrand AC unit that they “highly recommend.” 14 months later the unit blew a fuse because of an accumulation of cottonwood fibers on the fins, according to the maintenance technician. Comfort Plus charged me $168 to replace the fuse! Told me it’s not covered under 2-year warranty because it was due to lack of maintenance. Instead I would contend that you gouged me on a fuse that blew because you sold me a POS unit. My prior unit lasted almost 40 years and never blew a fuse under the exact same conditions. I hope that $168 was worth losing a customer.

Ive used this company several times knowing that I needed to replace my furnace and AC,. The last time I called them I was calling to have everything replaced. They were the only company that came out to give me a quote that day and replace my AC 1 day later. I urge you to go with this company, they resound whisky quickly and explain what they are doing and giving you.

My furnace broke on new years eve. Another company I contacted didnt have the part to fix it until a couple days later so I called Comfort Plus and left them a message new years eve night, and Chris got back to me very shortly after. He had the part and came to my house and fixed it early on new years day which was awesome and very much appreciated since it was like 5 degrees outside! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed it in a fairly short time and gave me the rundown of it. Definitely would recommend them!

I found water leaking out of my utility closet in the basement on Saturday around noon. Just an hour later, I had a technician here who had diagnosed the problem with a leaky drain pipe. He said that the problem developed from the pipe being installed incorrectly (not by Comfort Plus) so he repaired the pitch on the pipe, replace the elbow to fix the leak, then tested and cleaned my system along with changing my filter. The unit is working great now, and I very much appreciate the quick response on a Saturday. The price for all of these services was also very reasonable.

I called them at 9am, they were here by 9:25am and gone by 9:50. Our furnace seems to be working again after they changed our flame sensor. Reasonable price as well (under $150) and very friendly. They will be our go-to guys in the future.

Called around 6am when my furnace went out on a 10 degree night. Got back to me within 15 minutes and told me hed be there by 10am. Ended up getting there at 9am and was in and out within 45 minutes. Very professional and timely. Great customer service!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night, we woke up and it was 56 degrees! We called Comfort Plus and we had heat within hours!No one does anything the same day anymore, Comfort Plus does!Cost was lower than I expected and we were well informed on everything that was going on, no hidden fees, upfront and honest, we wont use anyone else, thank you TONS!

Not impressed, we have this old gas wall heater located in our family room needed a good look on it ( weve tried to fix it following Google videos however the fire was very small and wont last when we stop pressing the On/Off knob) they did came in quickly within 3 hours however without any specific explanation after a 5 minutes quick exam by knocking on the cooper gas tubes try to led up the fire after that simple try I was told our heater is not working which is why I paid him here and said we have to replace it with his $2600 recommended wall heater or other option $4800 for both heater &cooler function heater, (Im a woman but please I am not stupid, but maybe I am :(asked if any chance if he could fix my furnace but still, without any explaination the answer was: no, I wouldnt n then took $90 service fee from me.Anyhow, bad service guy was in big hurry.. in my opinion no matter how many stars theyve got before but thumb down here.

Absolutely stellar customer service!In the middle of this crushing February winter, our heat went out on a late Friday night meaning we were going to be without heat all weekend if we didnt get service. Tim and Nick were already finishing their last job of the night and Im sure they were exhausted from a long week and looking forward to relaxing at home. Instead of going straight home off their last job, they decided that they could make it to my place and check out my furnace. They arrived quickly and were friendly from the start. They didnt seem irritated whatsoever. They seemed genuinely happy to be helping. They worked for a few minutes and showed me some parts needed to be replaced, but unfortunately he didnt have one of the parts on his truck and would have to return the next morning. Not only that, but he wasnt certain that replacing these parts would get me heat again. Tim informed me a couple of times that it was going to be brutally cold this night going down to the negatives and asked me several times if we were going to be fine without heat. I assured him we had space heaters, heating pads, and tons of blankets. We can make it. Both Tim and Nick wished us a good night and left.Maybe 30 minutes later, I get a call from Tim saying he found one of the parts at the shop and could return the same night, and within 30 minutes, actually. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, he shows up, still friendly. He works quietly for a few minutes and our heat kicks in! I sincerely thanked him for his service and staying out so late. We wished each other well and he went home.They could have easily said that it was too late and that they wouldnt be able to help and I would have completely understood. After all, according to the website they had technically been closed for a while. Not only did Tim and Nick go out of their way on this Friday night to help us stay warm all weekend once, but TWICE! After they had left the first time, I figured that was already more than they needed to do and was certainly not expecting a phone call back the same night and on top of that having it fixed before I went to sleep!Thank you so much! Ive never in my life had better service from a company like it. I am stunned by their commitment to making their customers happy!

Chris gave me a furnance and A/C quote in February. I wasnt ready but two weeks ago, my air conditioning died. He installed my furnance and air conditioning, last Friday. He charged me, the same price he quoted in February. Didnt jack up the price of the A/C because of the extreme heat. The crew installed my new furnance and A/C. Cleaned up . I highly recommend them.
