Although the older ladies in the outfit are so rude and unfriendly. One of them does speak a word of English always yelling and screaming at the customers. Whereas the other Jamaican woman is lazy she does not want to do anything yet she is a thief... she refuses to return the money the customers placed in the machines. Then later retrieved the money...The owner needs to upgrade the machines... they always break down .

Nice people clean place to do laundry. Big and small washers average dryers.

Only problem is that there aint 24/7 but other than that they are clutch

This is the WORST Laundromat I EVER been at! First of the Dryer doesnt do its job and the Owner knows this but doesnt tell you nor put a sign up. Last time when I did my clothes here, I washed my clothes then I put them in the dryer and left to run some errands. I came back and they were still wet so I told the guy that works there and he starts yelling at me telling it it my fault that it still wet because I left and didnt give me money to dry my clothes because its My Fault . Smfh this place sucks, DONT GO HERE!! GO to the Spanish Laundromat on Hamilton ave next to Dunkin Donuts its way better!! Trust me!

Very bad customer service and very old machines 2 weeks ago I went to wash and pz I only had a $ 20 bill I asked the lady if she had change 2 10 or whatever you have and well I think she does not understand English or I do not I speak well but what she answered was that is what the machines are for and if you need change bring it from your house and added that I am no longer her client and that she has no change for me the way she spoke to me was a person aggressive and I told him to calm down that I only asked him for change and if he does not have no problem but there are many ways to answer the client. She said Im not going to give you change so I told her no problem thank you and then I went to wash in a better place.Im sorry because the owner because I know him and hes very good but most of the employees have a very bad attitude ...... 😥😥😥😥
