Joe answered my call and came out SO FAST. He was the only one available and able to help on very short notice. He was fast, to the point and did a perfect job installing our hose spigot ( which had fallen completely off the wall and shot water across the yard!!! ) He was in and out, did a thorough job and was kind. A+ service in my book.

Joe Tuttle came out and installed new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and new pipes under my sink, installed new shower heads and fixed my toilets and new toilet seats in both my bathrooms. Called Joe yesterday about my water heater being out. He was unfortunately booked the day of my call but told me he would get back to me promptly. The same evening I got a text back saying hed be by late tomorrow morning. I was so grateful due to having kids here! I sent him the warranty sticker information and he did the homework for me to find out the age of my tank. He did a great job, and took time to educate me (a new home owner) on well water, and the issues with my old tank. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Plan to use again. I got a call back quickly and with text message photo of the issue he was able to confirm he could help me. Next day service, took about 30 minutes to replace my shower valve and fixture.Price for the hardware was $150(external parts)+$65(internal parts) which seems reasonable since I didnt know what I needed beforehand. Labor was $175 which I understand the premium price for speed and efficient service.Because of the hardware he used, future maintenance should be cheaper than this.

Called and he was over within 2 hours. Fixed the leak in under 10 mins, will definitely keep his number on hand.

I called Joe Tuttle Plumbing around 7pm on Thursday evening because my well pump stopped working. Joe told me that he was very busy and would try to squeeze me in at the end of the day Friday. Joe showed up around 12:30pm the next day! I was expecting an evening arrival but shortly after noon, he was there! He did a superb job replacing my well pump! Very much recommend!

I had an issue with a badly leaking pipe in my basement. I hired a plumber initially whose fix then failed and the leaking was worse. Joe Tuttle Plumbing came right out and repaired the work of the inferior plumber. No leaks from his repair! They are very quick in their reponse time and extremely courteous to deal with. Took the time to show me the problems with the first plumbers repair and showed me their work once it was done.. Glad to keep this plumber on my speed dial!

My husband contacted this plumbing service company, while he was at work, and unavailable to be home. He arranged an appointment to have our water heater looked at. Two gentlemen showed up to our home. “Not seeing a car in the driveway”, they didn’t ring the doorbell, but called my husband at work wanting to know where he was. My husband had explained to them, that I would be there to see them in. My husband called me and told me the plumber was in the driveway. I had to go out and get them still sitting In their truck.Their only introduction was the information printed on the truck. I introduced myself, they did not. He did say that he had a five star rating, and I needed to make sure that I left him a good rating as well. He hadn’t made it into the house yet.I lead them to the water heater. They asked where the main water line was. I directed him to it. They spoke to each other. I asked what they thought the problem was with the water heater. He looked at me and said, “I’ll explain it to you when I’m all done. (I thought that was very rude and unprofessional.)They went to “work” on my system. Taking one part off the hot water that had the date that it was put on, which was under a year old, and still under warrenty. They replaced it with what looked like a used one. This should have been under warranty, but I was charged 108.00 for parts.They removed a four foot copper pipe, and replaced it with pvc. This was just a straight overflow tube!!! I asked them why they were not replacing it with copper and they said “PVC will last forever,” I said that I thought that was why plumbers used copper! They said “oh no”.But not to worry as they have a five star google rating.I asked them again, to tell me what needed to be done. Once again, the reply was, “I’ll go over everything when I write it up”. Once again I was reminded, (like they would let me forget), that they had a five star rating and when they were done to give them five stars too.I felt like, I was being taking advantage of, and they had parts off the water heater, and if I said anything they would probably charge me even more.They removed the main water valve, and changed out another part that I can’t read the handwritten invoice to even know what it was.They removed the name of another service business and put stickers on parts they didn’t install. After they were “all done”, the gentlemen walked himself to my kitchen to give me the invoice, but before I could ask about it, he is asking me which kitchen cabinet, I use most! I was totally lost on this until after he asked me three times, I see his business sticker in his hand! Before I can say something he has the kitchen cabinet open telling me to put it there, so I can remember his company and to call him again.I am dumbfounded!!! Then I get an invoice for 544.70. Which I wrote out a check in full.I just so desperately wanted them out of my home!!!I felt like I was totally taking advantage of.I will never let someone railroad me ever again.I learned. I hope you don’t have to!
