I can only speak for my recruiter but I have had a terrible experience with this company. The recruiter was extremely deceptive. He was never in the office or available. He barely responded to my emails or phone calls. He didn’t do any follow up once I started the assignment. He said whatever it took for me to take the assignment. He lied about the cost of insurance that would be provided. The insurance they provide is extremely expensive. Only use this staffing agency if you’re desperate.

I would do less but 1 is the lowest I can go. Recruiters dont have the professionalism to even return calls or follow up. Ghosting is not acceptable. My time i valuable - probably more expensive than yours! I would not deal with them again. Not worth the time.

Randstad Technologies is a great place to start if you are in the job market. At the time, I was unhappy with the company I was working for. I got in contact with Mike Latocha and he did all the leg work for me. Obviously, I provided my current resume and Mike was able to find a match for me. I am happy to report that I am now in a new company with the job title I have been working very hard for and being compensated handsomely. Finding a job can be a painful process when you haven’t been in the job market in over 6 years. Mike and Randstad coordinate the phone and in-person interviews and frequently kept me in the loop of any new updates. The in-person interview with the company that Mike matched me up with was at the Randstad office in La Jolla, California. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and inviting.
