We used Shannon and his crew to remodel our Master Bedroom. They did an amazing job! From start to finish Shannon was there with us and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Living through a project like this can be stressful but Shannon and his guys made it easy! Very happy with these guys, would use them again!

I highly recommend Shannon and his team. He was super easy to work with and I appreciated his expertise and advice. Ive had experiences before with other contractors where Im talked down to and not explained things clearly because Im a woman - I didnt have that experience with Shannon at all. Hes respectful and responsible.

Shannon O’Brien is a waste of time unless you’re a big client willing to spend a lot of money. Think I’m making this up? He told US this when we called him in to remodel our bathroom after a flood. Backstory: my parents called this contractor to come take a look at their downstairs half bath after a flood riddle the room destroyed. Actually, they didn’t just call once, try 40 times to try and get a hold of Shannon and his team. After finally getting a hold of him, Shannon came over to see the job. He expressed how this was a small job and a he had “more important and bigger” clients who are spending a lot more money. Okay? Thanks for making us feel like a valued customer PAYING you money for your time and work. With much consideration, my parents decided to move forward with another (MUCH NICER) contractor. They called Shannon and told him this and with no surprise, Shannon started telling OFF my father. Calling my parents a “waste of time” was hands down the biggest and I professional move Shannon could have made. If it were me on the phone with him, I would have blown him out of the water. How do you get off treating your clients like this? YOU, sir are a big waste of time because nobody should ever be treated like this, whether it’s a small and less profitable job or a big one. Go screw yourself, pun intended.

We had a great experience with Premier Remodeling and Design. We are in the process of converting our old garage into a bedroom. They did the dry wall, molding, hung doors and painted. Everything looks great and the men who came into our home to work were professional, friendly, and fast, they worked none stop. We will use them with some of our other projects! I have had Premier work on two large projects in my house the last couple of years. First was a kitchen remodel which required walls to come down and others to go up. The second was to replace all the interior doors in our house and reframe the inside of our skylights along with painting. Both times I have been impressed by the creativity and execution of all the their ideas. This team stands by their word and makes sure everything is done to perfection before they leave. Fantastic job by Shannon and his crew at Premier Remodeling...we got all new windows, all new vinyl trim, other trim repaired, new shutters and a paint job! House looks brand new after 35 years! Crew was neat as a pin too!
