They really did a fabulous job

Lack of customer service, employees are on the phone, eating food while doing hair. They will take their spanish customers before you. I waited almost 2 hours for a blow out just to come from under the dryer and another client be in my seat, mind u a spanish client, who had walked in a half hour after me, and was receiving the same style.

The barbers are great, friendly, and really try to get to know you. They share their life with you and in this impersonal world, it is a delight to go there.

Go here for healthy hair

Been coming here for a while and now the manager is not here today and the staff is nasty. An older lady complained about me washing my hair and conditioning my hair saying it was bad. African American hair needs to be protected from heat and moisturized. As I thought I was about to just the blow out I asked for the other lady working with her with a waist trainer on told her to let me wait and to take another customer that came in after me because I had conditioning for my hair still in my hair when all she had to do was just blow dry and it would be out. I did not like the treatment here today and as I write I am still sitting in this chair waiting on an associate to blow my hair out while they have done other customers and they have left. I think its a disgrace that someone of a different country can look down on me as an African American because my hair is not straight enough. I will be sure to voice my opinion to the manager and I will definitely find another place to go because of this incident. If you are African American I suggest not coming here unless you want to be talked about in another language that they clearly dont think you understand.

I have never felt so disrespected at any establishment until i stepped foot into their doors. It was very clear that they were not educated in caring for African-American hair, not sure why i continued allowing them to style my hair. Before she--the manager, began to wash my hair she was practically yanking my hair to detangle it. I asked for a blow out and she didnt use heat protection until i asked her too...which is sad since this is supposed to be a professional hair salon right?? So after getting my hair straightened, i waited for about a week to wash out. My hair did not return back to my natural coils! And not only that, my hair began to fall out into clumps! so bad that I actually have a bag of hair. My hair smelled like Nair products. it was horrible. When I went back to the hair salon, the manager again, refused to listen to my complaint, she acted as if she didnt know me, but then proceeded to tell me that I came in with my mom...i thought she didnt know who I was?? In the middle of my complaint FIOR the manager walked-off and said when you find out what happened to your hair, you let me know. If you want to have healthy hair DONT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
