These ladies are amazing! My son has autism and has a hard time with haircuts usually. They were so patient and caring with him. I was in awe at the great lengths they went to as a team to make my son both comfortable and happy during his haircut. Tiffany did a perfect job on his hair. They gained our business forever for being absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely go here! This is the only place he will get his hair cut. Even after moving away he still comes back. All of the ladies working here are friendly and helpful.

Great place with friendly barbers and reasonably priced haircuts. I was very pleased with the time taken even though I have a fairly easy haircut style. I also appreciated the hot lather shaved neck. I will definitely be back as this is likely my new barbershop as I have recently moved to the area. Be aware they only take cash or check.

I attended the grand reopening on the 15th of June. Arrived at about 9 am and signed the customer list. I was about the 5th or the 6th entry on the second page, then I waited outside until called to enter and sit in one of the waiting chairs. Went with the next available of 4 barbers and got my overgrown hair cut. All I can say is THANK YOU!, I was out the door by 10am.

Best place that I know of for a man to get a haircut. Shop is always busy, which is a testament to how good they are. All ladies doing the haircutting and the atmosphere they create just makes you want to go there. A throwback to a time when you actually get the back of your neck shaved. Old school to a t. Youll love it! 🤗

Ive been there about 5 times. Always had a great experience. They have cut my hair very precisely and the way I described. Reasonably priced and The Stylist always have a great attitude and are very friendly. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes.

Tiffany is the only one who has cut my hair for years and years! Before she showed up at Captains, she was in my hair!! ♥️😍My hubby wont go anywhere else, even if Tiffany is not working, I trust her when she says we can trust all the girls there!!! The best, all the time, every time!!!! 😍♥️

I went in for second time in 3 years. first time the hair cut was not good..this morning was a complete hack job..the worst hair cut I have had in 60 years..I asked for a trim and she almost cut me bald..I will never go back there again and will tell my friends to avoid it.My wife is still complaining about how terrible it is.There is nothing that can be done.. they should give me double my money back.

I wouldnt call this place a barber shop, its more like a hack shop... the people that work there are not up to date on barber or cosmetology traditions and theory... when I was watching them cut hair, not all combs were washed and sanitized and they used the powered brush to clean hair of the neck..which is a Big NO,NO, which can transfer lice from customer to customer..The women that work at Captains look like a take off from pit bull and parolees... purple, pink hair, tattooed all over... Really?Why would anyone, get their haircut here..I wouldnt take my dog here...

Staff was friendly but the haircut was average quality. They do not accept debit cards so I was forced to have to go to the ATM just to pay them. Im not sure why people are still stuck in the dinosaur age.

Hair cut was ok. Beard trim was absolutely terrible!! The lady took a huge chunk out of the side of my beard. I left so disappointed. I feel like the poor lighting and lack of mirrors make it almost impossible to get anything more than just ok.

I have really unruly hair, Tiffany and Crystal make me look like a million bucks.

Went in wanting a haircut and a beard trim. Haircut was ok, but the beard trim was pretty bad. Quite a few stragglers and very uneven. Didnt trim my moustache very well. She had plenty of time to get the job done because no other customers were there. She just hurried through it instead of doing a good job.
