I really wanted to love after such a fun name and good reviews, but he was grumpy, left toe nails sharp and roughAnd i selected a soft peach color he pulled neon orange ..which i noticed right away he grabbed another color again no where close.... then argued with me... i finally picked a color he liked and i thought i could put up with...but really not what I am use to in treatment or results.

Rude staff and not accommodating. When the color didn’t match i asked them if they had anything else and they said no lol (all I wanted was nude pink). He told me to paint my nails at home! I was being very nice to them too. I literally asked them if I could paint my nails while I was getting a pedicure and i did. Toes look TERRIBLE as well and paint is all over my skin.

My appointment for both a full set and a pedicure started at 3:30. My full set was done by 4 and my toes are just about done. Speedy service and good communication. They did exactly what I asked and I like the turn out. Thank you both tons for taking care of me on such short notice and making me feel cute and classy.

My nails are 100% real now and they look as beautiful as they would if I had acrylic tips on them! Great job as always!

Called to ask if I needed to make an appointment and was told no we dont have appointments today I asked can I walk in? and was told no we dont have appointments today. Can I make an appointment no we dont have appointments today? Thought maybe it was a rogue employee or something. Called another day and was told no we dont have appointments today I said can I come in tomorrow and was told yes I said what are your hours he said 10-7. I said ok I will come in tomorrow, do I need an appointment and was told no we dont have appointments. I came in the next day and was told no we dont have any appointments today I was never asked if I wanted to make an appointment! I think there is some kind of communication issue.

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday at 6pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and the place was completely empty and dark. The sign on the door said they are open until 7pm. Called 5 times with no answer and unable to leave a message because it was full. Clearly the people here are severely incompetent and have no management skills. Highly disappointed, will never attempt to go here again. Big shout out to Pro Nails, they are absolutely amazing, one of the only places in town that actually have the correct hours listed online.

I had a really great experience here! I called ahead and they took me as soon as I got there. The best part was they were super fast! The fastest I’ve ever gotten acrylics and gel! My nails look perfect! I really recommend this place! Good pricing, lots of colors to choose from, and very friendly, funny nail techs! 🤩

The male owner did my nails, he did a fantastic job, very reasonable price, and just as importantly I have never felt so relaxed getting my nails done ever. Him and the man next to him, who was working on another client, had all of us laughing and just plain happy to be there. I’m actually looking forward to my upcoming fill which I will be needing in the next cpl of days. My search is finally over. 🏠

Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and this is by far the best Ive ever been to! My nails are perfect every time.

Ive been going there every two weeks for almost a year. I get a fill twice a month and a pedicure once a month . Very satisfied. Always laughing when there. Kevin and his wife a very nice and professional.

Told the guy what I wanted and didn’t, the length I told him he said no, and at the end my nails look like a block of acrylic. I never had such a bad experience with my nails like I had in this place. And he had the nerve to ask me for tip when My nails look like a mess.

Love this place..Have been getting my nails done for years at another nail place and recently went here to get them done and will never go anywhere else..When I leave there my nails are done n dry..Dont have to worry about messing them up when Im getting in my car. Everyone is very friendly..

The male empolyee there is so nice and does a wonderful job but last time I went I had a female empolyee that rushed my acrylics and my nails when finished were terrible, bumpy, and really thick. I had to have them removed a couple days later because one just popped off.

Stopped in today for their waxing services. Kim took good care of me and did a great job on my eyebrows. I will most definitely be back - next time for a pedi & mani too!

My very first expirence in this store and I have to say, compared to other stores it was amazing. No waite time 20% through December and the shellac nails are by far the quickest and nicest Ive ever gotten. The literally felt like a spa!! Oh and there was a guy that checked us in took the order in english;) so there wasnt even a language barrier at all so I got exactly what I wanted! Ill never go anywhere else again thank the Lord my Christmas photos will be perfect now:)
