Stay away from this company, far far away!! RUN ....

I have pictures and texts going back over 3 years ago. Took good care of my rental and notified Frederick of any maintenance issues immediately. Paid every month on time for 3 years. Moved out with proper notice according to lease etc..and they are now 10 days late returning my security deposit.

They were completed worthless. More trouble than being helpful to me, the Owner. Stay away from Frederick or Falcon or whatever they are calling themselves these days.

The most unprofessional and rude management team youll ever meet, if you find a property that has their name on it run away. Our AC unit was not working for more than a month and when we ask for discount in the rent they say having an AC is a luxury and be thankful that it is working now!!!!!! So fed up with the senior manager and seeking to move out as soon as possible

Unprofessional, horrible property managers - we finally had to sue and obtained our money back !!
