Can we leave 10/5 stars? We broke down just north of lingle, called Chris, he was there super fast, got the truck loaded onto the tow truck, had already set up the repair at a great shop in torrington. Dropped the dead truck off at the shop and offered to take us to a restaurant and/or hotel if needed. So helpful! So professional! Best experience ever, besides our truck breaking down.

Great people, Ive delt with them on several occasions from getting salvaged parts to the tow business. Ill definitely keep using them.

We sat on the side if the highway waiting for Good Sam, who said it would be at least 5 hours. I called Butlers, and in less than an hour, we were on our way. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. So happy they answered my distress call! Thank you so much!!

Great service and surprising selection of used parts

I needed a local tow. The tow truck driver was quick to show up. He did a great job getting the truck towed. I needed a front wheel spindle, and a hub for my truck. They were able to provide the parts to me quickly and at a good price from their yard. So overall thumbs up to all a Butlers.

The have used parts at a good price. they always come across as angry though.

The driver offered to try to jump my car. He saved me from having my car towed. Very helpful.

Great. Helped out when we were flipped

We hit a deer late at night in the middle of no where and they responded quickly. The driver was very kind and even dropped us of at our hotel for us. I would highly recommended Butlers Towing!

Negative. Never applied, I actually have a degree so I dont have to work a junkyard. Do you research. Poor service, poor parts, overpriced. Wasnt going to say anything more, yet here you are replying. If anyone reads this make the trip to scottsbluff to amy one of those yards, its very much worth the trip.

Really helped us out when my kids got locked in the car. I was out of town and they came through. And after the rush of getting the car unlocked they didnt even charge us anything. Outstanding people!

We called AAA and they sent a driver who told us his name is Chris from this company out to tow us and he came in his normal car with a starter kit and told us it would of been a hassle and expensive to go back and get the tow truck. It was weird all around and he kept talking about how expensive his equipment is and how were lucky he even brought it and only did because it was already in his truck. Huge waste of time because now were stuck here for the night because the other tow companies around are closed.
