Im over this place... its always only half of the washers and dryers that work the othershave pink tape on the card section and the other half of the time people just leave their clothes in the waahers well after rimehas expired.... spincycle across the street is better.

High efficiency washers are a rip off. You cant wash a blanket because it will tear up the machine, per the attendant. I use detergent pods and the washer pushed it forward to the door. Since water doesnt fill up, it didnt dissolve so I had to wash two loads again in another washer. The prices are too high for the machine size but less crowded than my favorite coin laundry down the street.

I come here to wash my comforters and I must say its always clean, quiet and the machines work 😊

Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s really messy and broken machines aren’t labeled. The biggest issue now is that their hours aren’t posted or consistent. Google still says they close at 11. Used to post a sign that said last wash at 10. Now there’s no sign and they just make up their own hours by the day. Found out they closed at 8:30 this time.

This place seems to be less crowded than the laundromat right on Moreland, one block north of this place. Last wash is at 10:00 PM. Floors and machines appear clean at 8:00 PM on a Tuesday. You can purchase a wash card with cash ($1, $5, $10 or $20s accepted). The big washers are $7.50 per wash for a huge load (I put two baskets of clothes in one of these machines). I think this machine takes 22 minutes. The dryers run for 10 minute increments. I would come back if I needed to use a laundromat again.Edit: This is my 3rd time here (once on a Saturday or Sunday at 8 AM and a Monday at 1 PM). The place was both clean and not packed. People are respecting others by wearing masks. The nice older Black dude in the blue coat keeps the place clean. I recommend coming here. The small $2.99 machine takes 30 minutes if you add an extra rinse cycle.

It use to be a great clean place to wash. Now they have bad customer service, they be closing early and some homeless man saying he the owner and won’t let me in at 9:30. They need some new workers in my honest opinion

Needed A dryer and theirs are SUPER hot! 24/7 service is helpful, only thing I didnt Care for is you can only use their laundry card. Thanks to A nice patron I was able to dry the clothes. From what I saw space was clean.

Always clean. Only thing that kind of messed up the perfect score is the attitude of ONE of the workers. One is so pleasant & inviting while the other lady couldnt care less! Otherwise a great laundromat prices are I guess reasonable considering the high prices of EVERYTHING ELSE. 😱

My dryer broke, so I had to wash my clothes at a laundromat for the first time ever. A friend recommended Tropical Breeze and I was not disappointed. The staff member there (I believe her name was Lina) was exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful. She calmly guided me through the process- from obtaining a cash card to selecting the appropriate washing machine- and answered all my questions professionally and with a smile. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I hadnt had to go here in years, but My dryer went out during laundry at home, so I had to run here to finish drying my items. I was pleasantly surprised on how well the place is being maintained. Clean, well lit up at night, everything works and its affordable.👍🏼

Came in to use the half off machines during the late hours. Clothes smelled like urine after the wash so I had to rewash them. Which I had to pay for and I feel like it should have been free but instead of complaining I just reward her them. While getting change for a $20 to wash the second time the machine take five of my dollars. Attendant was very nice and told me to wait on the manager who was outside. The manager didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. She told me to talk to the attendant who told me to wait on management. Long story short I can’t get my money back today I have to wait for days on another manager. I was originally suppose to spend only $3 to wash a small load of clothes and ended up spending $13 and wasted four hours of my time. The attendants are always nice it’s always management that is rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t wash my dog at this place. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

This laundry center has a high turn over with employees. You dont know who work there.

This is a really good laundry. You can get two small loads washed (with extra wash and rinse turned on for free) for 6 dollars. The card costs 1 dollar, and drying probably costs a dollar if you put everything together. 8 bucks for two well washed loads.

Ive been here 3 times over a month and the person keeps saying the restroom is out of order... on one occasion I pleaded for my grandbaby to use it even after she said it was a mess but decided to let us go in only to find out there was nothing wrong with it.. clean and perfectly in tack... during this time of covid19 everyone should at least be able to use restroom and wash their hands...

Both female attendants on the morning and night shift are extremely rude with horrible customer service skills. The older one sits out front and smoke cigarettes with drug addicts and the younger women is nasty towards the customer’s when asking a question or in need of help.

Very helpful place to do laundry

I came on Christmas morning overnight around 530 am. The side doors was locked and I had to walk to the front door with 4 loads of clothes. The pl employee was sleep with two other men in the building. I been going there for two years and never experience anything like that. I wish the other guy was there but it was a new guy that was sleep on the clock. Not professional at all. I was very upset and cold.

RIP OFF ALERT!!! DO NOT WASH HERE !!!The owner of this laundromat is deliberately attempting to rip off customers. Instead of quarters, every machine in the business requires you use their proprietary debit cards. While you can only add money to the card in whole dollar increments, all of the washer and dryers are intentionally priced in unusual increments.For instance, the washing machines cost $2.59, $5.19, etc. The dryers are .35 and .55 cents. I purchased a plastic laundry bag and the machine billed my card .83 cents. All of this is done to guarantee EVERY customer is forced to leave a few extra cents behind at best. If you put $20 on your card and only use an odd number like $15.17, you are forced to walk away with your change on a debit card that you cannot use anywhere else. If you are not from the area, like I am not, that money is lost forever.DUE TO THE OWNER FORCING YOU TO USE PROPRIETARY DEBIT CARDS AND DELIBERATELY CHARGING UNUSUAL WASHER AND DRYER PRICES, IT IS MATHEMATICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK AWAY WITHOUT LEAVING MONEY BEHIND.Greed at its worst!

Very friendly staff. Ms.Shirley helped me through the process of loading the card, buying detergent, picking the right machines and so forth. The interior is bright, fun, and tropical themed. There are large TVs, a few tables and chairs, carts for loading and unloading, counters for folding, and wifi.

Absolutely idiotic. Was trying to insert my debit card for several minutes before someone finally told me that you have to get some kind of card from the other side of the laundromat out of the machine (which doesn’t take coins). HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT WHEN ITS NOT ON THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THERE ISNT A SIGN?? Then getting this card to work is even more of a fiasco, and it’s not obvious at all how more time gets added. The security guy was then a complete jerk to me about sitting in my car while it was running so my dogs can have some shade. Said it ‘wasn’t his fault that I have dogs’. Didn’t seem to mind the dozen people loitering and staring down his customers right outside tho 🤦‍♂️Avoid like the plague! 🤢🤮

Oka I am here at the laundromat and i have walked around 10mins trying to find some1 that works here and there is nobody 2b found.So this is another time I came n and my clothes wasn’t dry and I asked can they put more time on my dryer since I had put 40 mins n already an she said she was not allowed to put more than 10 mins more so I asked can she call the manager an the manager said only 10 mins as well an hung up the phone.So I’m guessing if I was like most customers that come here an pay her to wash so that she can pocket the money then I could have gotten more then 10 mins but since I don’t, there is no special treatment!!!For now on I will be taking my coins next door!!!
