Clean, fair price, free dryer service. Impressed

Excellent staff theyre at the laundromat theyre all so baskets of clothing that was left that folks can choose through but theres awesome little caps from laundry soap for you to put your coins in real nice environment and staff are present.

Clean and convenient location. Didnt like that all top load washing machines were out of service. Wash was $4 and $1 for 32 mins drying time. Has snack machines, games for kids and soap and fabric softener machine. Very good

75%-80% of their dryers are out of Order and all of their top loaders are out of order.I can imagine how crazy its in here on the weekends.Go and load my clothes in the dryer and it dont spin. Then I try to go and get my money back and the guy left the building with the place unattended (register and all)This place also has a Expert Wash Dry, and Fold service, which means customers cloths are unattended. Zoom in on the pics (dryer and top loader pics) all the coib slots are covered with tape.Ok, the guy came back 10min passed his 10min ill be back sign (20min). He went and open the dryer door and push the door switch and manually rotate the drum (talking about getto jump start ).He said they are getting new ewuipment soon. Well, the customers sees only, Out of Order, Out of Order, Out of Order. NO APOLOGY SIGN for the inconvenience.Now I cannot talk on the wash and fold service Because I did not use it.I know the owners are angry because of this review period but I am willing to changed my review if you look at a couple of pointers.- put apology signs up instead of Scotch tape over the coin slots and maybe adding on that sign the upcoming date the new equipment- every once in awhile have your employee to walk around and I your customers is everything okay.- more TVs up maybe one one more and that you only have one in the whole building. TVs are cheap now these days. Shop around at Walmart floor model discounted price and you 10 still purchase the warranty for a few more bucks- and get all the fans working it is very warm in the building.

Half of the machines are out of service. Machines smell horrible. And drug addicts everywhere. There was one passing out inside covered in pee and bleeding from his arm. The attendant couldn’t care less. She saw him walked right passed him twice to go back outside and smoke. She was out there almost the entire time I was there.

The good attention is the most important service in this unit. The Team member and management work together for give to the customer an excellent service. They make an effort to keep the unit clean and sanitized. Now with the pick up and delivery help people to safe time an money. I never do my laundry again...They do it for me.

Alot of business and big support to the community they deserve for someone to donate upgrade washers/dryers to them?

Plenty units that actually works. Staff is quick in resolving issues or concerns with machines. Clean facility and bathrooms. Offers free WiFi so you can work and or browse the web while clothes are washing or drying. My go to spot when washing at home is too much due to load amounts. I suggest disregarding any negative comments as it would seem to me one hasnt had a good day.

They people that work there are so nice and they always resolve any issue with the machines very quickly. I recommend this laundromat
