This escrow company has handled a recent transaction for me and has failed to follow industry standard protocol at every step of the way.The obvious reason for this is that the seller in this transaction selected them for services, so they charged me (Buyer) triple the going rate for escrow services - without any warning or explanation.When we asked for the HUD statement to show how the charges were distributed they refused to share it with us. WHY? Why not be transparent and truthful unless you are trying to cover up unethical business practices?I recommend to stay away from this business as they will most likely take advantage of their clients as soon as an opportunity presents itself.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are crooks. I have used hundreds of escrow companies and this is by far the worst one of the bunch. Not sure how they are still in business. I reported them to the Department of Business Oversight and hopefully they will shut down their doors as soon as possible.
