With regard to the post of Eileen Johnson, it is unfortunate that a lack of understanding of the process and knowledge of who is responsible for each piece of the transaction, can lead to a response such as this. The concerns of this first time Buyer were addressed in several correspondence prior to the close of escrow in which a more clearer understanding of the issues at hand were explained ending in an email from Mrs. Johnson dated 7/5/13 beginning with I apologize and ending with Again, I am sorry I took out my frustrations on you, and I appreciate you.... With a further email from Mr. Johnson dated 7/12/13 consisting of one sentence Thanks again for all your hard work on our case.... In the event that Mrs. Johnson has any further concerns, my door remains open to her and she is welcome to call me for an appointment to discuss any further questions or concerns that she may have.
Seller chose this office and we didnt know any better so went along with it. They sucked. Didnt answer our questions clearly, didnt explain anything, asked us questions about the timeline that they should have asked our real estate agent as we had no idea what escrow was talking about - then escrow claimed that we slowed things down by continually changing our minds. Horrible experience. I would never use them again.
Great management, Low Fees & superior service..... what more could you ask for?
