I wouldnt use any other escrow company!They are well versed in many issues we have to deal with as Real Estate Agents. From Probate Sales, Trust Sales and Short Sales they handle them all!Its always nice to have an escrow company that doesnt close for lunch. Very easy to reach via email or phone. Took money out of mortgage for taxes and paid a $500 fine and an extra $3,500. Now I need a lawyer. Stay away. These people should not be in business.

After cancelling escrow have not refunded my clients money back and it has been two weeks so far. I have asked for their bond and license info and they are not responding. Do not do business with them, they are fraud!
