The mechanic had gotten my wifes personal number that was only given to the lady at the front desk. He had called my wifes phone at 1am then again while we was at the movie. Dont know how he got her number. It made her uncomfortable witch made me upset. I wouldnt take my truck their again. Plus they would look for my oil leak said my engine was to dirty to even look at it. Hes a mechanic for hells sake.

Very nice experience. Royal auto group got my truck in immediately and repaired the same day for their quoted price. They were faster and more friendly than two other repair shops I had contacted. Next time I wont bother with anyone else. Thank you Royal Auto !

This is the best mechanic in town! He called me back - twice! - to make sure I understood what needed to be fixed, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take. I hope my truck gives me trouble again soon so I can take it back! I was so impressed!

These guys put in some overtime on the weekend to make sure I had cold A/C in my old Freightliner Century during a triple digit heat wave.

My Diesel truck was throwing codes and going into limp mode. I was visiting from out of town on a Friday afternoon and no one could get me in for days.Royal told me to come in and they would see what was going on. He ended up staying late to get me finished, and I was able to get back to Missouri without any problems. The Price was way less than I was expecting, as well.I am extremely grateful to them and I would highly recommend them.
