My truck broke down and I called them to make an appointment, when I did they were booked out until mid July. So I was looking at other places to get my truck in they called me back a few hours later and said hey we talked to our manager, and we can get you in bring it down so I got it towed there and dropped it off they found a repair that they was it but it didnt fix it, so I left it with them and they called me the next morning and said we have found the offical cause and it will be ready by Monday. To have a company do that and take the the time to get it fixed and make it right is truly a great company. Cant wait to do more business with them in the future.

I recently bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium that I am obsessed with from Brandon Verde at Tooele Motor Company. I was in quickly and they had multiple options in my price range ready for me to take a look at. Cars are kept clean and in good condition. While we were there my diabetic father was getting low and Brandon brought him a snickers. He is a sweetheart. Bought a vehicle today which was mostly a good experience. Riley our salesman wss cool. The guy doing our paperwork was a bit abraisive and it is weird for a company priding itself on customer service to only give a full tank of gas to someone that buys a new car and half tank for a used one. I Felt a bit jaded I was only worth a half a tank.

Excellent customer service! It’s cool to have three brands in one location. I was able to compare trucks side by side. Ram, F-150, and Silverado! I don’t know if any other place in Utah that you can do that. Even the customer waiting area was very comfortable and plenty of refreshments from Coke to popcorn and candies.

The last 3 vehicles I bought I have try here 1st because I am in tooele. The cost of the new vehicles (a Cherokee a f150 and a month ago a Pacifica) was about the same as west valley ken garff but the trade in values where way less. Also the fact that there are no electric certified vehicle techs means I have taken my car in slc and now also my hybrid pacifica cant be worked on at tooele motor company.

Mark was willing to make the deal work for us on a new F 350 super duty. He also went the extra step and made sure we were happy with our trade in value. I went in to trade in a car for my daughter and get something more practical. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long day but our sales person, Katie Ozmun stayed with us during the wait and was enjoyable and participated with us in our silliness. We did have a small issue with the tire pressure but the service guys were enjoyable to work with. They fixed the problem quickly. And my daughter is enjoying her vehicle.

My wife and I had not purchased a new vehicle in close to 35 years. Several lightly used vehicles but nothing new. We studied ads for F-150s from all over Utah but really wanted to buy locally in Tooele to hel support our local local businesses and because we both are now retired here and really want to set some roots down. So we drove our 17 YO heavily used, Explorer over to Tooele Motors to look at an F-150 Sport 4x4 that was on sale. I prepared myself with the numbers I had seen at other dealers and put on my battle gear, remembering all the sales tricks a fleet sales manager friend of mine had told me about many years ago. When we got there we were able to look around without the immediate attack of a salesman. After a short time a sales manager, Daryl, came out and started helping. No pressure, which was refreshing. We looked at the truck that was on sale and a couple others, but kept coming back to the sales truck as it was a really good deal. Finally, we took it for a test drive, by ourselves, no salesman in the back seat telling us what a great deal this was, and how quickly it will sell.We finally decided to buy the truck and asked about the trade. Daryl went out and came back with a low offer but it was what we expected and it was fair.We were introduced to Devin in finance who made the financing of a small amount easy and quick. With that financing we got an extra discount for using Ford Motor Credit. Finally, after the sale, Justin came over to give us a brief tutorial on all the features of the new truck. He spent about and hour with us. We set up the FordPass account, showed us how all the electronics worked and there were several. It was really great. The truck had been washed filled with gas and ready for us to take it home. Everyone at the dealership was really pleasant. I didnt need my battle gear because their one low price is really true and there was 0 pressure. All the staff at Tooele Motor Company seem really pleasant and seemed to like being there. Had a great experience with Tooele Motor Company. Decided to make the drive from Spanish Fork, called ahead and let them know we were on the way. We arrived 5 minutes after they were supposed to close. They had their whole team there ready to help us. We decided to buy and it took less than one hour. Simply the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. No pressure, no need to haggle. They offered a fair price and kept it simple.After purchase we realized we only received one of the keys. We asked if they could help us. They contacted the previous owner and had the second key to us in less than a week. They didnt have to do that, but they went above and beyond.I would highly recommend them to any friend or family. I have to admit it was worth the drive.
