The team was very friendly, respectful, kept me in the loop the whole time and they were efficent in their work!!! I hope to not have another accident but should that happen, I will be going back to them!!!

My car looks amazing! I was always in the know with what was happening to my car and when I picked up the car, I was treated so well and they went over everything with me again and made sure I was happy. I hope I never need to go back lol but will definitely take my car next time if need be.

Horrible. GO somewhere else. Typical car-business hustle and scam artists, like the worst used car dealer stereotypes.First...Do not EVER leave a rental car there after picking up your repaired car. Even if the friendly service advisor says Enterprise will come get it, dont worry we do this all the time, just leave the keys at the desk.Dont be fooled.Its a tidy little scam they have set up with Enterprise car rental.The rental car will end up scuffed up with some easy to fix damage before enterprise picks it up, and you will get socked with ANOTHER repair bill for THAT.Imagine my surprise when my free rental car (paid for by the other guys insurance company who rear ended me) ended up costing more than $1000.00 for alleged damage. The car was driven 13 miles over 6 days and actually just sat in my garage. The pictures looked like the bumper was dragged alongside a concrete wall, no license plate or anything identifying shown in the pictures, either. The car did not look like that when I dropped it off!!!And guess who gets to repair the rental car!!! Yes, you guessed it, Service King.Not only that, but the repair to my car (that I actually took there top be repaired to begin with) left a crease in the plastic of the bumper. They made a big show of taking around back again to buff it out but eventually I just gave up.Ok, buyer beware, of course. But you shouldnt have to be on your guard like you are at war when you patronize a business. Leaving your car with these folks is like an invitation to get scammed. You are warned. Please patronize a different business with ethical business practices.

We were quoted 12 days for our car to be fixed, but they were done in 3! It was great! The staff waa so nice and helpful!.i would totally come back here again!

Just want to give kudos to service king in tooele, along with bob and fran. bob was right on top of things the whole way, we were informed regularly through the whole process and our vehicle was completed sooner than expected and with professionalism. I highly recommend bob and his crew at service king.

100% above and beyond my expectations. Brock and amber were Great to work with for sure but the real pros were behind the scenes.My truck came out better then it was even befor the crunched fender. Im assuming they buffed up a few marks I couldnt get off and I sure wasnt expecting that.They did an excellent job putting my truck back together.Heaven forbid I get in another wreck, but service king in Tooele will be my go to place till Im gone from this planet😂 Hell of job guys/gals thanks you.G. I am not one to write reviews, however, when praise is well deserved I will put pen to paper and scribe a kudo. Recently I had the misfortune of being rear ended. The delay, mess and confusion on the freeway had my mind spinning.Thankfully my car made its way to Central Collision Center in Tooele. Soon thereafter, I was contacted by informative staff and kept up to date as my car made its quick paces through the repair process.What started as chaos on the side of the road, ended with my car returned to me in short order. Id have to say, the two best parts of my experience were; I knew what was going on with my car the entire time and no matter how hard I try, I cant see where they did the repairs.Outstanding work by outstanding people. Thank you.

I had a broken turn light on my van and went to CCC in Tooele to get the lamp installed and the bulb replaced.Jake took care of it very quickly and efficiently and didnt even charge for the bulb.Im very impressed with the service and attention. Ill be using CCC in Tooele from now on, and will recommend it as well.Thank you.
