This place is amazing first off the front staff is awesome they are all extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about there job a big thanks to them and Dan who was in charge of my truck was the best he made sure everything was perfect to my needs and kept me updated with progress couldn’t ask for a better man on the job. This was the best decision I made was to bring my new 2019 Ram Truck to them I had less then 12 hours on it before I got hit on the driver side rear door and bed area. Dan and the collision department went through my truck with a fine tooth comb and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor if not better and of course the detailing of it after it was all completed was great. I am extremely happy with the way it came out and you can’t tell that it was ever in a accident after the work they did trust me you be extremely happy. Thank you again Dan and Staff.

Amazing Experience! Recently, I had my Infiniti repaired at Lester Glenn Collision Center with Dan and his crew. Everyone was so helpful and efficient. Absolutely horrific experience with this auto body. I would never bring any vechile there! True scam work done there!! Out for the money not the customer at all!!! They will put in supplements after supplements to fix a vechile that should of been totalted...now I have to deal with the headache!! Then they recently had my vechile and I get it back with yet another noise that was not there when I dropped off my vechile!! STAYYYYY AWAYYYYY

I brought my Hyundai Sonata to the Collision Center after an accident where someone hit the front of my car at a gas station. If I could rate them 100 stars, I would. Lester Glenn was absolutely amazing in handling everything and in repairing my car well beyond what I expected. They handled the insurance company, the rental and repaired my vehicle quickly and perfectly. I was more than satisfied and happy when I picked it up from them. They truly did an outstanding job and I am very thankful that I brought my vehicle to them. The repair is amazing, the paint work is perfect and the car was returned in clean, immaculate condition. Samantha has been so informative and knowledgeable through this whole process. I seriously did not have to lift a finger and because of this It made my life easier. Samantha contacted insurance, rental car and kept in contact with me. In speaking with Dave I know my car is with a great team. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Collision Center.

The entire staff is very professional. Their service was exceptional. They treated my mother like she was their mother. Cannot say enough about the staff and manager. First I would like to thank Dave for not getting back to me. Its been three weeks now & its giving me plenty of time to go to not one but three auto body collision companies...that, funny they all seem to agree that my hatch back is not lined up correctly & that is something that Lester Glenn should have noticed & taken care of. It should have never been returned to me this way. The rest that was discussed by myself & my husband...let me remind you of one...the back Chevy emblem plate that you admided you chipped in two different spots & now has a big gap in it, also wasnt done correctly. So my husband & I would like to thank you for the Lester Glenn experience to the point that we, our family & friends will never buy anything from Lester Glenn or have anything to do with Lester Glenn again. I could have went anywhere to have my car repaired but, I picked Lester Glenn because of its so called reputation. Boy was I mistaken. We are going to be purchasing a new car next year. I would drive an hour away to buy a new car before I would get the Lester Glenn experience again.WOW!!! Nice try! However your information is incorrect. Im done playing this game. I was recently struck by a deer in my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I immediately called Lester Glenn collision center to have my work done. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating . Jonathan helped me deal with the insurance company and even though it took longer than expected due to some complications he kept in touch every step of the way. I got my van back today not only fixed but with a full detailing and it looks better than new! I am so happy with the service i received and although i hope to never have to return for any repairs I would definitely deal with them again!

My car was pretty badly damaged as a result of someone elses bad driving.I purchased my car from Lester Glenn so I naturally had my car towed to the LG Collision Center.It was late and they were closed at the time but the next morning at 7AM I got a call from Walter.He told me what to do and assured me everything would be OK.Later that day, when I arrived at the body shop to pick up my rental car, which was beautiful by the way, I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and overall appearance of the staff and the facility.My car was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and when I received the call that it was done I went to pick it up.That was when I was really impressed.It looked beautiful!! Like it never happened...They showed me pictures of the entire step by step process of the repair of my vehicle. It was truly amazing to me.Thank you so much to the LG Collision Center staff especially Walter and Sam!

Manager is exellent Chevy( gm has my car tied up 2 months now and tried blaming Lester Glenn)now 4 1/2 month wait cancelled and gm gave me an indefinite wait time on brand new car.with 0 help .Lester Glenn awesome as usual Chevy gm treats blue line 1st responders like shit.wish I could get over customer executives heads.

Although I am not big on writing reviews, I had to write one for the world (whoever is reading), to know that Lester Glenn Collision is THE PLACE TO GO!!!!. I will try not to sound like I work for Lester Glenn, because I dont but I have nothing but praise for this facility. Their level of professionalism, communication, friendliness and most importantly body of work, is incredible. I worked with Jonathan Hall, and He was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. My vehicle looks like nothing happened to it. It was restored to better than original, if possible. The car was fully detailed thereafter. The coffee, and popcorn was always nice :-). Jon even offered me his personal number in the event I had any questions, after hours. If I could give a 100stars I would. I felt the need to write this review, as I have never ever experience such incredible service from anywhere before. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. This was the first time Ive had to bring my Hyundai Elantra in for body-work due to a dented fender. The whole process from start to finish couldnt have been smoother! The repair work was done beautifully and the car was ready in the time frame promised. The dent is gone, paint was matched perfectly, and as an added plus the car was detailed, which I was not expecting! I had the misfortune of getting rear ended by a reckless driver and having a lot of damage done to the back of my 2013 Chevy Sonic. This was my first new car I ever owned which I also purchased from Lester Glenn. I was bummed out thinking my car wouldnt be the same again.I Dropped the car off to Lester Glenn Collision and they were very friendly. Bill ran me through the process of getting it repaired and gave me an estimate for the completion date. They were very responsive through the whole ordeal and updated along the way about the status of my car and the extent of repairs.Today I went to pick up the car and I was shocked. The work they did on my car is phenomenal! You cant even tell the car was in an accident and I inspected the entire vehicle. They even detailed the whole car so it looked like I was driving it off the showroom floor brand new again.Really cant thank them enough for their excellent work from start to finish. As far as Im concerned, Lester Glenn is the only place that will be touching my car from here on out. Thank You!!!

My car was hit in a shopping center parking lot. Fortunately, the driver waited for me and gave me their insurance information. Unfortunately, their insurance company was not easy to deal with at all. When it finally came time for repairs, they were really tough about agreeing to parts that were new and in really good condition. Dave at Lester Glenn really worked to get everything that we needed to be approved so that things would be right again with my car. I really appreciate the effort he put forth to make sure things would be done right, even if he wasnt making much money on the job. If I ever need repairs on my car again, Ill definitely go back to Lester Glenn.

My wifes 2012 Acadia was hit from behind about a month ago as she was stopped at a light. The damage was fairly extensive and we even had some frame damage.We bought the car from Lester Glenn GMC and had a real positive experience, so we brought the car back to the Lester Glenn Collision Center figuring it would be as good.It was actually even better. The stress of the accident was quickly suppressed as the team over at the auto body center lead by Dan jumped into action and had us in a loaner Acadia immediately (which was important as we need the three rows). We received multiple updates as the car was being serviced and repaired, and they delivered a like new car faster than we expected.Everyone over at Lester Glenn Collision was so nice and accommodating to our schedule, from drop off to picking up the car. When we (I) picked it up, we couldnt even tell it was almost three years old.Fixed, Washed, Waxed and ready to roll.Thanks again Dan and the wonderful team over at Lester Glenn.

My 2004 mazda mpv looks brand new thanks to the expert staff at Lester glen collision center! The most important thing during the whole accident / repair process is communication and they are on top of it . The day we left for vacation my van was involved in an accident and they had the ability to calm me down and set me back into vacation mode with a sense of relief . Amazing ! Just got my car back today and it rides better than it did when I first bought it!! I leased my car from Hyundai and this was repaired with the highest level of precision. HONORABLE MENTION: I have a VERY tight stressful schedule and these people worked with me helping me grab my rental car, droppin off and picking up! They were so pleasant, friendly and professional I was in great hands. Dan even spoke with my father (who is annoying but loving) with no issue. They are a great group over there. Fast, friendly, and thorough. Excellent work done with a smile. Dont give these guys a hard time. I can assure you they work from opening to closing at your mercy. I have long dreaded being in a car accident, and managed to go over 10 years without one before being rear ended on the parkway a few months ago. It took about two weeks to get everything straightened out with the insurance company and I chose to bring my car to the Lester Glenn Collision Center since I purchased my car from Lester Glenn Mazda a little less than 3 years ago.Everyone at the Collision Center was amazing and Jonathan helped me out tremendously, after I dropped my car off he took care of everything! My only regret was not bringing it in sooner! I had a prior inspection of damage from a third party by the insurance company which wound up being far short of the actual damage, but they took care of all of that for me. Ill never bring a car anywhere else for body work, the entire side of my car was removed and replaced and it is impossible to tell anything happened at all, it looked even better than before the accident!

The Lester Glenn Collision Center and the team at the HUB could not have been better. I was hit from behind on Friday the 13th and one call solved my problem. Took my car to the HUB - got a loaner and they moved my car to the collision center. I cant praise enough about the repair on my 2018 Forester by Dave Lipfert at the subaru collision center. I did a stupid thing and backed out of my garage with the passenger back door open. Doh! Bent the door up by the window. It seriously now looks like it just came out of the showroom. I felt like an idiot but Dave was so nice and caring and really did go above and beyond to help me out. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this body shop.

Edit: After repairing the vehicle and receiving it back, everything seemed corrected the first week. However, this brand new car now has new issues. The radio/nav interface had frozen up on multiple occasions (after they tinker with car computers), they gave the car back to me with the alignment being far off (brand new car) and the bumper that was repainted already has a bubble.Gave Lester Glen another shot after my less then stellar sales experience. Now, it is their service/technician team who are unable to diagnose my car repair properly . . . holding my car for 16 days. They fixed my bumper damage in 4 days; ok good. However the Car is now inoperable due to electrical issues. They also informed me they replaced the incorrect module. It was corrected, it did take a while to get me on the road again

I recently was in a car accident and had to have major repairs done on my car. Dan and Jeff took care of the details. Due to the extent of the damage my car was there awhile and I was given a loaner car to use. Both Dan and Jeff returned my calls promptly and took care of even the smallest aspects of the repair. Jeff even drove the completed car to my house once the repairs were done--1.5 hours away!
