I brought over my van from a couple hours away from my location since other locations werent able to work on my vehicle. The level of professionalism was outstanding. When I called he was able to give me a quote of about how much it would be and I brought in the van from out of state to get the work done because I saw the amazing previous reviews. I got an air lift kit and an alarm installed while I was here and he did it really fast. He was able to work himself around my weird wiring situation with interior done lights since its a conversation vehicle. I cant recommend this place enough. Before my van was sagging quite a bit in the back, and rides much better now because of the lift.

This is the best car audio shop! Sean is outstanding. Friendly and knowledgeable.I had bought a second car to use as a commuter car. Nothing fancy, but the radio in it was awful. It sounded bad.My wife bought me a new system as a gift thinking I could install it myself. I probably could have but I really couldnt so I found Automotive Elegance and it truly is a 5 star business.I also bought a backup camera as a retrofit and they had one that is true HD. Everything was installed properly. It sounds great.A job well done!I highly recommend Automotive Elegance.

I brought in my 2008 Toytoa Tundra for a new radio head unit. Sean was extremely professional and helped me pick out a Kenwood unit with built in GPS. He even installed a front and rear camera set up which makes parking my truck so much easier. The best part is how dependable this new head unit is. Several months later, and I have no issues with it. Ill definitely be back in the future for more upgrades.

This place has awesome and nice workers. They are a lot cheaper than auto image. I got a backup camera installed and my dash cam hardwired here. I bought a cheap backup camera, 7 inch monitor and dash camera off Amazon. I wanted my backup installed inside my dash compartment. My model of Mazda has an issue with dash compartments lid breaking and not closing. So I didnt buy a new dash compartment to have the same thing happen again. I had automotive elegance remove the compartment lid and mount my monitor inside so the 7 inch monitor wouldnt really block my windshield view a lot. My backup camera helps me so much. They give you a lifetime labor warranty on work they do. I had an issue with my hardwired dash camera and took it back. They honored their warranty and fixed it fast with no hassles. I had to change my license plates after I got my backup camera installed and when I took off my back license plate with my backup camera I noticed some tar around the hole where my wires go into the trunk. So I called them and they use this so no water gets in. So make sure if you change your license plates to remove the tar that comes off with your old plate and reapply it to the hole.

This place is awesome. The personal touch these guys will do to your car, truck or even boat is impressive. My truck looks so much better with the lift, the wheels, the remote start and the sound system just blew me away. I am now going to have them do a system in my boat.. if you can dream it, they can do it

Was rude and did give us a refund but the lights he installed were not bright enough, instead of owning up about the fact that he sold us bad lights, he got angry and said he wouldnt install anymore lights into our car. We initially did not want a refund we just wanted him to fix the lights he gave us with a brand that we picked out. He said he wouldnt go down that route with us he didnt want to go through the annoyance of having to take the lights out again if they werent good enough. As long as the customer pays shouldnt it be alright to do it as many times as possible? Its not like he wasnt getting paid to do it. So we left with a refund and his word that he was DONE with us basically we cannot go back to this store now. Very upsetting that as a paying customer we were called annoying and basically kicked out of the store and also he was not the one who took the headlights out we went to AutoZone to get that done so he didnt have to do the work SMH...

Highly Recommended!!!After bringing my year old Cadillac to Pine Belt 3 times for a check engine light that they COULD NOT fix, I decided to stop in and see the guys at AE, (who my fiance and I did business with many of times). They hooked thier machine up to my ATSs computer and printed out the diagnostic codes for me of what the issue was. They also gave me a print out of steps to take to fix the issue. They ALSO told me that it seemed like Pinebelt was just clearing out the codes instead of getting down to the root of the check engine light.Later that day I went to Pine Belt with the print outs and basically told them how to do their job! No problems with it ever since! AE should get the reimbursement from GM instead if Pine Belt.Thanks again Automotive Elegance!! A+ in my book.
