I chose Anthonys II because of the multiple great reviews I read. This auto body shop did not disappoint.I had a deer jump in front of my car; I couldnt stop in time. Anthonys II on Executive Dr is most professional. Repair and restore work is excellent. Customer service is what it should be, efficient, yet friendly.Their work with my auto insurance company was totally transparent. The work was done and my car was ready when I was told it would be ready.

Best Body Shop in Ocean County!!!I hit a huge raccoon on the GSP coming home from work. It ate a huge portion of my front left bumper damaging fog light, windshield reservoir, and etc. Took it the next day the shop to get it looked at they gave me an estimate took a few days for repairs and once again they did it again. I didn’t expect anything less they have a great crew special thanks to Jonathan and Nick for the everything they have done. I trust these men in always getting the job done. Just a side note the paint on my vehicle is a special process called Pearl Tricoat to give it that iridescent effect in the sun. Brought my wife’s car there for repair and they didn’t put the trim back on. I found it in the trunk. They did call and say they were sorry. We did go back and they installed it perfectly. I had a large scrape on my passenger side mirror, I spoke to Jonathan who told me they could paint the mirror cover and it would be done in 2 days. After a week of getting the run around and no return phone calls i was able to pick up the mirror. Jonathan snapped the cover on and walked away not taking any money and telling me it was on him. It was after that that I noticed the color didnt match the rest of the car. I wont recommend this place!!!

Brought my car in last week to have a fender repair. Although the price quoted was higher than another estimate I had received, I decided to use them as Anthony assured me that I would never know it ever happened and it would look as good as new. Came to pick up my car and saw one of the worst auto body jobs I have ever seen. The paint job was touched up by the fender seam and looked like discolored patches of paint. It hadn’t been sanded down so not only was the color off, it had raised patches.The manager Jonathan agreed that it wasn’t a good job and immediately offered me $50 dollars less. He then took off $100 .I was so aggravated because I need to return this leased car next week. It’s obvious that this was just an unprofessional auto body repair. It’s unacceptable to accept an amateur unprofessional job from a so called reputable establishment.I’m so disgusted as well as disappointed!

Brought my fleet vehicle for insured repairs after I was rearended, they were recommended by Allstate. I was blown away by the service, from the waiting area with beverages and friendly staff, to their service replacing my bumper and exhaust system which took less 5 hours to do! The work looks great and the exhaust actually looked better than new factory. They even filled my tire which had a low tire alert and didnt even mention it. Its a minor thing but it shows the attention to detail they are committed to. I would definitely come here for insured or non insured repairs in the future.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews (and its taken a while for me to get to this one), but felt I had to for Anthonys Auto Body II. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repairs, Nick the owner went out of his way to spend time evaluating my car and helping to confirm that, due to the condition of my car, the insurance adjuster was not assigning a fair value for my well maintained car, which they wanted to total and send to a junk yard.I ultimately received a fair value for the car, a reasonable price for the repair and Anthonys did a wonderful job restoring the car to the pre-accident condition.Everyone at Anthonys was professional, friendly, helpful and understanding. Their workmanship is excellent and their people skills are outstanding. I highly recommend them.

As a parent, the worst call you can receive is from one of your kids getting into a car accident. Worse than that? Them being 2 ½ hours away. We received that call on a Friday night. Thank goodness – no one was hurt, and our daughter walked away without a scratch. The car? Didn’t fare as well.My husband’s first call was to Anthony’s – after 5pm on a Friday. Fortunately, someone was in the shop to answer the phone. “Not to worry” is what they told us. We gave them the name of the tow company up in Connecticut – and Anthony’s had the car picked up and in their Toms River shop by Sunday afternoon.The personal attention that we received from everyone at Anthony’s goes above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. From that first call, straight through to the day we picked up the car – the staff at Anthony’s kept us informed every step of the way. I brought my SUV brand new in July. December I was hit head on. I took my car to Anthonys and my car looks just like new! I had my car repaired here through Toms River Volkswagen. The actual repair looks good but they made a mess of my car with a pile of sand in the floor mat and carpet, glue from the tape all over the windows, white finger prints all over the inside of the doors and windows, white polishing compound residue was all over the windows, roof, and the dust from it in every door jam. There are also white specs of what look like over spray from another vehicle that I cant get off.

My fiat spider was hit less than 2 months after I bought it. As upsetting as that was, I was extremely pleased with the work done at Anthonys. They made the car look like new; the paint job was perfect and the owner was meticulous. I would highly recommend Anthonys for any type of body work

A++++ service, took in my 2014 Focus that had passage side damage in. Worked very well with my insurance to get me taken care of. Even went out of their way to email me pictures while I was on vacation out of state. Repairs took a little longer then expected, however I believe a job worth doing is worth doing right. Received my car back and they had cleaned, vacuumed, washed and waxed my car and you can no longer tell there is or was any damage to the car. You cant even tell where they blended the paint to match! Overall a VERY satisfied customer and if I EVER need body work done again I know that the people here will take good care of me.

Ive never wrote a single review on a place before but this place and the people that work there are seriously awesome! They helped me out soo much with getting into a rental for cheap, going through my insurance and situating all of that and then getting my car fixed right on time. And then my car was spotless when I picked it up which was for sure an added bonus. Very arrogant and very confrontational staff. They seem to prey on the elderly and seemed irritated when you question how they arrived at their price when several other auto collision prices were thousands cheaper. If you dont want to get ripped off go somewhere else.

My Honda Accord was T-Boned on the passenger side. It required replacing the 2 doors and center column. Jason kept me well informed on the additional work required and dealt with the insurance company himself. When I first went to the shop for the estimate, both Jason and Courtney we friendly and clear in explaining the procedure. They just took over and ran with it but kept me in the loop along the way.The work performed was excellent. You can’t tell the car was ever repaired. Even the paint stripe matched the driver’s side perfectly. No leaks or road noise as a result of the repairs. The work was done on time and for the quoted price.The customer waiting area is clean and they even offer you a fresh coffee. When I picked up the car they gave me a mug with some candy inside. This shows their appreciation for my business.I also had the opportunity to meet Nick, one of the partners. He seemed to be very interested in my overall opinion on the quality of the work performed and the customer relations. I reassured him that it was the very best.I will definitely go back to Anthony’s if the need arises. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. I highly recommend Anthony’s body shop.

Amazing people, great company.

I took the car to get repair here after a car accident. When I got the call to pick the car up, it had an antifreeze leak, and a really loud noise coming out of the engine, it sounded like a an air hose wasn’t attached. After pointing it out they repaired correctly. I give the low review based on the quality control. I don’t understand how they miss such a huge problems antifreeze leaking and a very abnormal loud sound when the car was running.

If you want the job done right bring your vehicle here. They do amazing work. Insurance claims or custom work, this shop always put 110% into to it.

My vehicle was unfortunately vandalized and I was looking all over for trustworthy body shops. After looking at reviews I decided to head over to Anthony’s for a quote. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nick the owner. He was welcoming and my fiancée and I both agreed to have this shop do the work. My truck is my baby and I am very particular where I take it to get washed and detailed, so finding a body shop I trusted was hard. I scheduled an appointment and had my truck in the shop within a week. There was some miscommunication between the shop and the insurance company but all in al,l every time I called the shop was understanding and helpful beyond belief. (I was also very annoying, my apologies). When I got my truck back they did an absolutely amazing job. Again there was some hiccups along the way but the shop did the right thing by their customer and I couldn’t be happier than to of choose Anthony’s and give them my business. I stopped by today and they offered to clean my truck for me, free of charge. I highly recommend this shop and all of their workers that work here. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me !

I like writing reviews when I have a good experience.I had a great experience with Anthonys Auto Body.I had a minor accident on the GSP in early October 2018. While on the scene I reported the accident to my insurance company who referred me to Anthony’s Auto Body.They were close to where I live so I called them right then and there. When I called Anthony’s I was not put on hold or given a computer voice menu – a lovely person answered the phone – Courtney. Courtney was immediately helpful, kind, patient and reassuring. I felt I was in good hands. My car was drivable so I took it right over to Anthonys in Toms River.As soon as I arrived I could see this was a major, well established Auto Body shop.I parked my car and went into the office and there was Courtney. She took all my info – already had a claim number from Allstate and had already made arrangements for an Enterprise rental. I left my car there. Two days later I received a detailed estimate from Kurt – very detailed. They not only listed every part but had unit pricing and identified the source of the major parts like hood and fender. Very professional.I became even more confident that this ordeal would have a good ending.The estimate also had a projected completion date which was 11 days out from the date of the estimate. That was a relief because Allstate only covers for 30 days of rental. During the time my car was being repaired I received automatic updates on the progress. I felt like I was their only customer because when I called they were always on top of it.I received a phone call that my car was ready on the day they said it would be ready. When does that happen?When I saw my repaired car I just smiled a big grin. It was beautiful.I love my car – it has always been good to me and now it was looking almost new. I have been to many bodyshops in my time, including the ones in Brooklyn, which is another story in itself. I dont consider myself an expert, but know enough to have developed a sixth sense, if you will...about this subject matter. The treatment I got at aa2 was memorable, Ill never forget when I first walked into their office for an estimate on a fender bender I had. Immediately I was greeted with a smile by the very beautiful Courtney, ( the receptionist.) She Explained everything that was needed to proceed with repairing my vehicle, and she wasnt technical about it either . Then the owner Nick introduced himself, very professional and made me feel at ease with the process of the claim. I felt as though I was talking to a family member. Very pleasant and strait foward....no b.s......genuine man with a great pesonality. He then introduced me to the shop manager, Jon. What a respectful young man. Very patient, and pleasant as well. Jon then immediately escorted me to my vehicle to look at the damage. Very honest in his evaluation. I know enough about the business to know when Im being taken. Let me tell you something, not only are they knowledgeable and honest about their profession, they gave a more than fair estimate for the repair. I was told the repair would be completed within 4days if I decided to proceed, which is what a repair of this type would take to complete. I agreed to leave my car there and Didnt have to do anything else, from arranging a rental, thanks to courtney, to communicating with the insurance company .Anthonys did it all. The whole visit took 20 minutes. Before I knew it I had a copy of the work estimate, a claim in with the ins. Co., and keys in my hand to an upgraded rental, courtesy of the staff at Anthonys 2. To good to be true, right? Wrong I got my car back when promised and it all went without a hitch. Thank you Courtney, Jon, and Nick, for your honesty, integrity, courtesy, and the complimentary coffee, lol. By the way the car came out better than it looked before the accident. They also gave me a complimentary detailed carwash in and out! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. i feel like Ive got a family member in the car business now😁. P.S. thanks for the complimentary coffee mug filled with chocolates!......class act.

I bought my car in May of this year and in November it was involved in an accident. I needed to find the best body shop to get my car back to how perfect it was before. I took the chance on Anthonys from previous reviews and they sure did not let me down. My car came back exactly as I pictured. They even washed and detailed my car! The paint job was precise and the door was put back together exactly as it was before! Courteney and Kurt made the process so much easier, they dealt with the insurance company and the rental car directly and everything that was promised went through as said. Many problems here, some of which never got resolved. My vehicle left J&M in worse condition than when I brought it in. Some parts were never ordered or never installed, Paint peeling and chipping off (blamed the paint manufacturer), missing many fasteners that hold the front end on (blamed his employees), ordered wrong part and never re-ordered proper items), PLUS it took over 31 days for what was a 3-day job. Repeated lies and broken promises that my vehicle would be ready tomorrow which stretched out over weeks. Stay far away. Im still trying to get my Air conditioner working again, and still have ABS lights going off due to the missing part never installed.

They are very friendly. They helped me out when I got in a car accident and also they were very quick with the repairs.
