I stumbled upon this gym from a friend/Groupon. So far I love it, its like a little family. Everyone is super helpful and the trainers really work with you. Ive noticed they care more about proper technique rather then bells which makes me feel less stressed and more focused during workouts. I think this gym promotes you to be self motivating which is important! I like that I am encouraged to go at my own pace and focus on doing each move correctly !!! I highly recommend.. classes are hard but moves can be modified and the trainers work close with you to give u the individual attention u need starting out!
