I love the gym but this place needs new management. It’s constantly dirty, needs a vacuum, and the walls and mirrors look like they never get property cleaned. The workers who close don’t do much to pick up the place before they leave, equipment is everywhere in the morning. Equipment is constantly broken and there is a gap in the rubber flooring that management is aware of and said they were “working on” getting fixed (that was about 3 months ago and nothing as been done). The squat racks aren’t centered to the mirrors so you are only able to see yourself in one of them then you use it.I don’t think members should have to deal with things like this considering they are paying to be here. Even former employees have said that this is is not as important to the owner as the 2 they have in Monroe so sad

Go M.A.D Fitness offers so much. There is something to fit everyone’s needs. The facility is very clean. The staff is very helpful.

Love Go MAD. The gym is not overly crowded, the classes are fun and they have smoothies!

Super great place to workout and the staff is phenomenal and they have a sauna that is great and the a water jet massage chairs feel so good after a workout and I havent had the smoothies they have here but from what I heard they are amazing I would say if you want a fun great gym to workout at this is the place to be plus they are open 24/7 so you can leave or come back or maybe just wake up in the middle of the night and get a good sweat on lol .

Ive been coming to Go M.A.D. for almost 2 years and find this gym to be the best. Any issues regarding equipment or the facility are addressed when brought forward. Owners, trainers and staff are friendly and accommodating. The gym is large with a great layout. I fully endorse Go M.A.D.

I have a love/hate relationship here. I love it but the selection of equipment makes me hate it lol. Great atmosphere, I like the people there, everyone is focused on their own goals which is inspiring. I hope they open up more space for more (and better) equipment. It being 24/7 is the best part for me. I also like the owner. Hes approachable.

Definitely a good decision becoming a member here. I cant find one negative thing to say about this place. An all around great place, regardless of what your workout level is, and goals are. 5 stars hands down.

Beware of hidden fees and billing practices. Purchasing a annual membership is basically a long term billing trap. Additional periodic account services charges are not disclosed at account opening. Copies of membership agreement are not provided when signing up or when requested. Without any prior notice I received a past due balance invoice stating I was 60 days late incurring late fees and finance charges and was going to be sent to collections if I didnt pay my account service fees which I had no knowledge of being charged. Was told if I cancel my membership early before my annual term expires it is a $100 fee plus additional applicable charges, even though Ive already paid in full for the annual membership. Was also told membership auto rolls over into a monthly plan after annual membership term lapses and would be subject to further membership charges along with account and cancellation fees, If I do choose to cancel after annual term.

I’ve been training here for over a year now, great place if you’re looking to actually train. Staff and equipment are great .. the more time spent here the more they make you feel at home .. everyone is kind and well spoken. 10/10 great gym 24/7 hours your card scans and unlocks the door even when unstaffed! Love it!

Just a great place to workout at. Lowkey never extremely busy, new up to date equipment, nice mix of free weights and machine. I miss working out at this gym.

I have been a member for a little more than a year. Since the start there have been a decline in quality when it comes to cleanliness and consideration of members. I will not post pictures today but next week if the situation has not changed then I will post each week it is the same. It has been 32 days since I have taken notice that the mens locker room has not be properly cleaned.1.The floor is a tile floor which you would think would make it easy to pour bleach or whatever get a scrub broom and clean it. You can see the high traffic area becoming dirtier by the week.2. The sinks have not been cleaned well there is a slimy grey substance forming in them.3. There is water that is dripping from the ceiling over the paper towel dispenser, the water sits on the ground and is turning black.4. The sauna I know for a fact has not been cleaned this since June 1. There is dried on who knows what on sitting area and the floor. And though the gym is 24hrs the sauna is not... [which they fail to mention when you sign up.]5. The shower clogs up and there is a urine smell when you shower, the floor around and in the showers - as well as the curtains need a thorough cleaning.Stay tuned next week for photos. Hopefully the manager will take care of it if the problem becomes public.Next on the agenda.The spin room-The spin room is rarely, if ever, open for members...I have been given so many excuses as to why they are not available but if Im paying to use the gym and all of the amenities and machines that come with it then why are those off limits?there is a calendar with spin times that are TBA and on the chance there is an instructor you will never know. The majority of the time there is no spin instructor. Again, next week I will post a pic for validation. Wanted to give them time to make the necessary adjustments.On a good note, the weight area is kept very tidy, little to no dust, and machines are kept clean. I have been here at all times of the day and its never been so busy I cant get a good lift.As of now the owner has not shown himself to be trust worthy enough to take him at his word.Here we are a week later... nothing has changed

Mens Sauna never works, owner is prob to cheap to fix it. place used to have potential being its a good location.

SUPER Clean with plenty of room and selection of weights and equipment. A nice bonus is that, EVERYTHING is brand new here. The staff is friendly and seem to be helpful, including the owner who is often in greeting people and assuring things are moving in a great direction.I love the fact that it is locally owned as I prefer to give my business to the community over large chains where youre just a number. Im excited for GoMad to be here in Toledo and I look forward to seeing them prosper and continue to provide a great place for Toledo to go in order to get fit and healthy.I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for the last 2 decades and have seen a lot of gyms and different levels of service. All being said and in short, I would absolutely recommend this GoMad Fitness gym.

Everything any gym has to offer fitness classes, free weights, cables, great place for power lifting. Small but never to busy to get a great workout or to have to wait on a machine! OH YEAH SAUNA TOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! 😉

I went here with my home boy Ant to work out its a nice work out center they have a sauna. Its a nice size gym.

This is a great gym because Its very clean and big in size and they have a great work staff and its not ever too busy to get a great workout and for a plus they have a on site smoothie bar and they sell pre workout and protein drinks and last this gym is 24 hours

The staff will tell you one thing just to get you to sign up then throw the paperwork in your face when you have a problem and tell you “oh well, this is what you signed” avoid this gym at all cost and support a reputable gym because this is far from that. Well I go into mad fitness in January to check out a new gym I told them I only wanted to pay by month to check it out.so they charged me extra for my down payment which was ridiculously high and charge me extra monthly payments .then when I go to cancel my membership today saying February will be my last month they charge a hidden “30 day notice” fee making me pay for March on the spot saying if I don’t they send me to collections .not happy with the customer service at all .i paid month to month for this reason.

Wonderful facility with new equipment and open 24/7. They also have free classes and a staffed kids club during certain staffed hours.

Excellent service and they aim to please.
