Friendly staff, decent equipment, could be a little cleaner.

Both the Sylvania and Maumee locations have a good variety of equipment available to use, and both are rarely too crowded.However, if you ever try to end your membership... beware. They were gracious during Covid (or so it seemed) when the gym was shut down and thankfully didnt charge me. My contract was originally supposed to end in November 2020 and I planned to end it then since my wife and I are now using another gym. Then I get a call that since I didnt pay during Covid, my contract now ends in Jan 2021 and I still owe two more months of payment, which I thought was fair enough.However... now they are going to charge both my wife and I the yearly maintenance fee of $30 since I will still be on the customer list in January 2021...Now, obviously there are MUCH worse things in life than having to pay an extra $100 to end a gym membership, but it is still pretty frustrating that this is how they decided to sever their relationship with a customer. I would think twice before singing a contract here.

It was fine as a gym, but theere was miscommunication regarding the final payment due to covid.I canceled my 12 month contract 12 months after the initial start date. I received a cancelation fee despite this.I then issued a chargeback through my credit card, and was then informed that they would be charging ME a chargeback fee through the same card they tried to charge me on in the first place. I immediately issued a stop payment before this could happen5 star gym-2 stars for shady charging practices

Its a very cool place to workout I would be a member but they didnt have a sauna so I joined mad fitness but this would be my 2nd choice and if you like working out without alot of people watching you or around this is a good place too

Update: Id drop it to zero stars, if possible. I tried cancelling before my renewal in January. I was forced to keep going because they stopped drafting me during the months of COVID closure, so I had to keep going until March. I accepted my fate, but then they forced me to pay the annual maintenance fee, despite the fact I am not even renewing for the year. So now I am stuck paying the 36$ yearly fee for a year Im not using while waiting for my annual contract to end that would have ended January 3rd. Management was unwilling to do anything for me, but is simply enjoying taking my money. I used to recommend them. Never again.Getting tired of music being blasted when the boss isnt around. I was at 4 stars. Its overpowering my own personal music that I play. I came to lift, not have a dance party. Employee would barely turn down music when I asked.

Im glad I joined this gym. Its a real gym where people come to because they have real goals and want to be stronger and healthier. The trainers are awesome, too. Ive seen many trainers that go through the motions but this place is different. You know youve had a good workout and not just because the trainer wore you out. They take you through a workout that fits you and your goals. I can say this with confidence as I am a personal trainer and can appreciate the quality service they provide their clients.

Been here a few times and had amazing experiences with other employees, enjoyed the atmosphere and gym. Brought multiple new members here as well. Would drive an hour to come workout and one night i showed up was planning on purchasing a guest pass like i have the nights before had a horrible experience with a very rude judgemental disrespectful and inconsiderate employee and i will never return here again. Offered to pay for a guest pass. I believe his name was andy. I can’t believe great businesses hire such horrible people. Ruins business and lost people that support all locations. Have brought over 10 people here and now none of us will ever return.

Great gym, always a little lacking in the bathroom cleanliness.

Hidden fees. Cant cancel membership over phone or email. Contact auto renews. Was told if I did not pay maintenance fee then it would be sent to collections. Save yourself time + effort and go elsewhere.

Great place to work out

This fitness center is 24 hours which is very nice. There are a good number of free weights. There is an area dedicated to working your legs and a fairly nice chest area. The machines are in good condition. There are a small number of treadmills, elliptical machines, and sit down bikes. Finally, there is a turf area where you can do various CrossFit exercises if thats your thing.

This gym is one of the best in the country. I workout all over, while visiting the area I discovered this gym. Hard core professional trainers to new ppl. Very friendly and helpful

This is the perfect gym if you are serious about fitness / lifting and dont want to pay a bunch of money for things like a sauna or exercise classes. Just a gym with the equipment you need, no hassle. Open 24/7 which is great too.

Best gym in town. Membership prices are reasonable 👌👌.

I attended the now closed Perrysburg location for approximately 3 years and at first it was great. Lots of equipment, clean, not too busy and open 24/7. I always paid for my year in full, by the middle of year 3 it became bad that I left even though I paid for the full year. The staff was rude and unhelpful, on multiple occasions new customers would come in and just stand at the front desk for long periods of time because the staff simply left. Equipment broke down and was not repaired. Tread mills would stop in the middle of a run, TVs wouldnt work, benches had cracks in the vinyl among other things. Though my 1 year contract has expired they continue to contact me and say that I owe them for months that I never agreed to. However in years past when my contract lapsed, I simply lost access until I signed a new contract. Im going to guess they are trying to reach for any penny they can because they closed multiple locations in the past year and a few friends of mine have had similar experiences with this company. Avoid, there are plenty of other gyms

Was a member for 8 years, canceled my membership earlier this month, but was still charged for the 2018 maintenance fee. I reached out to the owner directly (Keith Zoeller), and he has acknowledged my message, but has done nothing about getting me a refund, I even offered to pay a prorated amount for just January, but have heard nothing. Most importantly, the gym has declined within the past 6 months. It’s dirty, mold in the women’s locker room that was just painted over multiple times, but it comes back during the warmer months, no matching and limited weights/plates, half the cardio equipment doesn’t work, leaky ceiling and duct work, no more paper towels, hand dryers that don’t even produce hot air to dry hands, toilets that clog every other week, the list could go on. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, the decline of this gym is saddening. Spend your money elsewhere.

I did enjoy my membership with F4A till they closed the Monroe Street location and moved everybody to the Holland-Sylvania location. Now there is no child care and that is the main reason we joined. Very unhappy customer now.
