Love this little gym! The crew are the sweetest guys. DJ Steve and Mark are very personable. I needed to find a place that works with my schedule and I love that I have my own key fob to come in and work out. Any issues I’ve ever had they were right there. I see the guys cleaning all the time. Which is great

I just joined this location, after attending anytime fitness in Florida for the last year +. Walked in and DJ provided me with great customer service. Got my membership all set up and switched over in minutes .The gym is very well kept and clean . Plenty of medical grade disinfectant and wipes all around the gym for your convenience .Small gym and though it doesn’t have all the extras such as saunas and a pool it’s perfect for your average get in and out style member.If you’re in the area check it out. You won’t be disappointed

Recently joined, great facility, super friendly staff, very clean equipment. Every time I come in the place looks nice and neat. Everything is easily accessible. Has all the equipment I need and plenty of cleaning supplies located in easy to find spots to clean up after yourself. I’m enjoying my workouts very much. They even have a platform in the corner to do deadlifts which is great!

I am a returning member of the anytime fitness family. I just moved to Carrollton and was welcomed by DJ, who signed me up for a 12 month plan. I look forward to getting back into the swing of self care and making this gym my new home. Thank you to the anytime fitness team for being so welcoming, I doubted my return to the gym and they made it so easy.

This is a great gym, very low key, not crowded at all. The place and the equipment is kept nice and clean. DJ is great! If you need anything he’ll take care of you.

This gym is great! Very clean workout areas, very clean bathrooms and showers! MaintainedVery good. There never more than 10 people at a time around the time fame of 9:00 am to 5:00 Pm. There is always plenty of space to social distance. The owner is A Great guy, so are the staff. The head trainer Mark is very detailed and motivated to push your limits for great results!I highly recommend this gym for those reasons.5 stars!

Really is an amazing place! The staff working there truly care about the customers and easily show it. I decided to first call, and the phone call went very smooth. They handle being in a pandemic very nice, and the gym is never over-filled. There is multiple cleaning stations to sanitize the equipment, which is really neat as well.

The facility and the staff are great! It has been especially important for our family to stay safe during the Covid-19 pandemic and the gym is always clean. The atmosphere really inspires a good workout.

Being a little older, the decision to join a gym involves a little more than just being convenient to my house. This place has a great mix of free weights and machines that allow for a variety of compound muscle activity that facilitates a great full-body workout. Add to that a number of cardio choices that allow you to change it up during your week. There is a nice space for floor work allowing for flexibility and core conditioning for functional strength development. Another concern is the laid back, unintimidating atmosphere that allows you to power through your workout on your own or with one of their trainers. Its never crowded and the members are respectful, non-judgmental, helpful, and open to questions allowing you to improve your routine. Add to that its open 24/7, clean, neat and up to date, you really couldnt make a better choice. Hats off to DJ and the ownership for providing a wonderful resource and committing to being a quality part of our neighborhood. I would recommend this facility to anyone at any level that wants to improve their life and health by being a part of something positive. 5 stars is the best I can give but thats more due to the limits of this avenue of review.

Clean facilities, great equipment, and an awesome staff!

Just bought a place about 0.5 miles away from this gym. The intention was to go gym shopping in the area but after the incredible tour I got from the gym rep, DJ, I told myself I dont need to check out neighboring gyms in the area.Best part about this place was that it generally has no more than 10 people in the gym at one time. Im somebody who really dislikes crowded gyms and dudes asking how many more sets you got? or mind if I work in with you?. Wont be a problem here! The equipment is very nice and modern too!The sign-up process was very straightforward and painless as well! Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot!(Shoutout to DJ for the assistance during sign-up. You were great to work with!)

The place is very open, always clean, and friendly. Front desk staff members are always helpful and ready to answer any question you might have. This gym has enough space to add more equipment.

I just love my new fitness center. It’s perfect with all the cardio and machines I like to use plus I love the functional training area for stretching and core work. Best part is I can go anytime I want based on my crazy schedule since it’s never closed. Heather and the new Owner are super nice and helped me make adjustments to my membership. Also considering one of the Personal Training sessions. This is my gym for life!!! Thanks Anytime Fitness in The Colony - you are the best!

This is a great Anytime Fitness! Not alot of gyms have bumper plates and free weight squat racks anymore but this place does and its bigger than alot of other affiliate locations!

Ive been going here about a year and Ive gotta say its the nicest gym Ive been to. Its always clean and the staff is very friendly and approachable. They even added towels and more machines so you know theyre always looking to improve. Heather has been the best since day 1. She always takes time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured and always there with a smile and a greeting for everyone who walks in or out the door. Theres only a few times Ive been when its busy but even then the other members werent rude and everyone shared space so overall a good community.

One of my favorite Anytime locations in DFW. Very clean, lots of space, and friendly crowd.

The staff here are genuinely wonderful people. The equipment meets my needs and looks brand new. They offer clean fresh towels, facial tissue and emergency assist buttons... like life alert.

I loved working out at this Anytime Fitness. I am eager for the crisis to end so that Steve can re-open and we can get back to our workouts.I got a notice last week that Steve has suspended billings during the closing. That is a class act on his part to recognize that, while he has on-going expenses he must absorb, many of his clients have lost their jobs or are suffering from reduced income during this time. Such action on the part of the owner makes me more eager than ever to get to back to my workouts. Thanks, Steve, for having empathy with your clients.

I absolutely hate public gyms. Way too many negative experiences in the past. I popped in after a friend suggested this place to me and wow. The staff was extremely upbeat and positive, but not in the fake way. Heather was so sincere and understanding of what I was looking for and answered ALL of my questions. I literally felt like I walked into a friends house and was welcomed without hesitation. The atmosphere is amazing here. No judgment and no negativity. I can’t wait to see my progress! It’s so nice to find such a gem after all the bad experiences I had endured before.

I have been coming to this gym on and off for a year or so. While small that doesn’t take away from the atmosphere of this gym. The management is always open to recommendations and keeps the facility clean! My favorite Anytime that I have been a member of. If you aren’t a fan of the experience of large commercial gyms, I would recommend coming into Anytime Fitness The Colony!

Nice facilities, owner and staff are friendly, and well equipped for a neighborhood gym. Plus they have a fridge to store my protein shakes in which is nice.

Despite this location getting progressively more busy since they first opened - Preston and Randy keep the place looking nice and the equipment and facilities well maintained. Theyre always helpful and friendly when you need assistance or if youre just looking for someone to shoot the breeze with. I would like to see some more equipment added like an additional power rack or maybe a dedicated bench press rack but I understand why they dont - its more of a small family gym or for more casual users.

Brand new beautiful equipments, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help out, AMAZING energy.Ive been working out here since they opened and so far EVERYONE that works out here, re-rack/clean their equipment unlike at 24HR Fitness. In general, everyone seems to enjoy the gym. And I have yet to see Preston(owner)be anything but nice to everyone. Ive seen him spend time talking to people and get to know them better. As long as Im still in the area, this will always be the gym that I go to.Update: Its been 2.5 years and Ive finally got a 6 pack because of these two amazing trainers Heather and Mark. Also Ive met the new owner Steve(amazing guy) who added even more equipments to this location 🇺🇸👍

My fiance and I have been going here for pre-wedding weight loss. The facility is always clean and there are never too many people there. There are instructions on all of the machines and the workers are always happy to help. The owner even texts my fiance sometimes when hes missed a few days and asks him how its going. I gave four stars instead of five because I wish there was a deal for couples / families.

Small gym, but clean and personable staff. Equipment is kept tighty and best part is its open 24/7. Yes holidays too!

I have decided to cancel my membership about 3 maybe 4 months ago and signed the cancellation paperwork and they continue to charge me a monthly fee. I have called and asked to speak with a manager multiple times, yet they never call me back and I am still getting charged. I ask why and they say they have a 30 day notice policy, but it has been three months at least.

So many locations. I work in a different part of town every day but theres always one close by so I can work out on my lunch break

Not sure How they expect to gain new business this is the second Saturday in a row I’ve been there after 10 supposed “staffing” hours door is locked no one is there to let you in.

Exactly what I need! Treadmills, machines, free weights, barbells, kettle bells, jump ropes, etc etc I could go on and on. Always very clean, friendly staff, and for the sports fanatics, the game is always on! Go see them!
