I had a tire flat on the express about 45 minutes away from this store headed to Chicago. I called these guys to find out they were the only ones able to get my tire with in a hundred miles to fit my vehicle! They said they didnt have it in stock but there other location did. So while I waited on a tow truck to get my car there they sent a driver to get the tire. By the time I got to there store they had the tire and within another hour I was back on the road. This place offers phenomenal customer service and they excellent prices ! Highly recommended! Im not even local but I recommend for all needs!

Went to get a slow leak in one of my tires fixed. They were efficient and professional, and they got it done in about half an hour. The price was great, and my tire is fixed, so I’d say they did a good job.

Don was amazing. I had a bad value in my AC unit. I knew it was a timely job however they took on the issue no problem. They understand my concerns and answered every question I had. I will most definitely come to these guys again in the future.

Great people. I got a car from a family friend and things started going wrong immediately. After replacing 4 tires and one twice, the brakes needed work. Not gonna pretend I know a lot about cars and as a woman, some of us feel like we need a man with us when dealing with shops so that we arent taken advantage of. Ive not felt that way with them. I needed new brake pads and apparently the rotors too which was just more than I can afford as a single mom with no help right now. They put the pads on for me so that wed be a lot safer if we hadnt and when I have the money for the rotors, I was told I would not be charged for putting the pads on again. I imagine that should save a bit of money lol. They are always extremely polite and professional and really want to do right by their customers. Im not sure if theyre the cheapest shop around but the feeling of safety with my 2 daughters in the car with me is worth everything. If anyone wants to donate to a single mom in need let them know Whitney with the metal on metal brakes that came in would be super appreciative of any help 😂😂 Im kidding but not. Help me Im poor. 😭

They are always very good to me. I only purchase my tires from them. Im in a new to me vehicle and the tires on it are not from them. The tires were low and I thought they were leaking. They allowed me to bring the car to them to check my tires. It was almost time for them to close by the time I was able to get there. Turns out there wasnt any leaks, so they aired up the tires and did not even charge for their time spent checking the tires and airing them up for me. I highly recommend these guys. Theyre always professional and honest.

I called Ron at Discount Wheel and Tire because of a blow out in their city. They sent someone out right away and helped to change the tire and then put two new tires to replace damaged tires. Excellent work by Ron and Erick. Great guys and great service.

We’ve been doing business with Discount Wheel & Tire on Highway 67 for number of years. I’ve always gotten excellent service and very affordable rates for tires which we’ve purchased from them. Additionally as well as affordable rates on any mechanical work that they’ve done on our four vehicles.When I make an appointment they’re always ready for me to drop my car off and it has always been ready when they said it would be finished for me to pick up. They have never left greasy footprints on our floor mats or the control surfaces in any of our cars following their repair work.I would never hesitate to recommend them for tires and or mechanical work to be done and have recommended them over the years. Called at 3 pm to get a set of 4 on our Edge. By 6 pm, I was home. This includes driving across town, waiting my turn, and a thunder storm making shuttling vehicle miserable. Very comfortable waiting area, spacious and the whole place was Covid-19 friendly.I had been many times for work, so my experience told me that this is where I wanted to go.

These guys are professional and courteous. They called me to let me know every separate issue they encountered, were able to give me a quote on the phone and waited for my approval to complete the work. Went early. Not many individuals(customers or employees)had on masks even with signs on the door. If youre supposed to wear a mask, the business should make you wear a mask. Service was good but the enforcement of wearing the mask was absent. I have a immune deficiency and wearing a mask is a must for me and others around me as well.

They do a very good job in telling you what is wrong with your ride but they give me a estimate on fixing my car and I believe the prices are a little high for parts to fix it. The whole rear end is falling out if my car. Needs new control arms sway bar links and the rod ends. 3600.00 is the price they gave me to fix it. It can be fixed for less. But they did very good on telling me what was wrong with it. Just cant use them to fix it they are a tire shop not a mechanic shop.

Was told after a quick inspection that I would need rotors and brakes front and back. They did my front brakes(rotors and brake pads) a few months back. I came back yesterday to do the same for the back. Upon further and closer review by the mechanic, I only needed pads replaced. Saved me roughly 177 dollars!

Super nice honest people. We are from TN, had a cut tire on the interstate on our F350 dually. They not only had the tire in stock but had us in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely use their service again whenever we are in the area.
