Dont show up looking to buy or just buy new. 1 year in on a car that if it had been in great condition we paid $3k too much for we have had to pay $1400 for an AC system and $1100 for an exhaust manifold with not much over 100k miles on a 16. We also just found out the drivers door is clearly a different color than the rest of the car. I dont know how it took us this long to notice other than the fact that when we look at it we have been disgusted since day one. The answer I got is thats buying a used car pretty much. So, show up demanding a deal, look them over real good, and make sure they give you an extended warranty, or be like us and pay $12.5k for a car worth maybe $7k and put $2500 into it in the first year. Be on your toes folks.

Its pretty good place to go to buy a vehicle I wont say its the best but at least the people are fairly decent I do have a problem with Nissan particularly they approved me for a vehicle back a while ago and then when I went in about it I will send that wasnt approved I dont get that but anyway have a lot of nice vehicles they seem to be a fairly good place better than the or dealerships that are located in Texarkana seems like they have a little more pride in the vehicles that they sell

Brought my car in for a recall 2015 Altima. They took my car in at the appointment time. When finished I was told there were two more recalls on my car and they took care of them. I didnt have to make another appointment. That is what I call heads up service.

The only issue I have is I cannot afford their work.. paid $78 for oil change [ OUCH!! ] my bad for not asking before I drove 65 minutes to their dealership.. Mathews Nissan of Paris is almost half of their price for same exact service. Its 15 minute more driving but hey money is money. I even brought this up and showed service desk and was just told oh well . Paid too much but wont pay again so no I will not be a returning customer. 2019 Nissan Frontier Full synthetic oil at both places. Ive done my homework and pricing at both places are correct. PS receipt shows courtesy wash and vac [ fell out of chair laughing so hard lol ]

I have been waiting on a radio now for over 2 weeks. Smith Mankins Nissan has been hit or miss for me. Mind you I bought a brand new 2019 Nissan Titan Black Edition with 0 miles. I traded in a 2018 Charger RT that had been wrecked, mysteriously nobody could tell except for me. The new manager took good care of me I cant lie about that, but Ive been having minor issues out of a brand new truck from day one.
The employees where very nice and knowledgable about my car and knew what was needed right away to get my car fixed. It was a simple fix so they had me out of the shop in no time.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, as well as the fast and outstanding service. I called on a Monday morning and was told it would be a week and a half before they could make an appointment to diagnose my car, but if I dropped it off, they would work it in. I dropped it off on Monday evening, and by Tuesday afternoon, they had diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. So grateful for their help, as I am the family taxi and didnt know what I was going to do without my car for a week! They were so friendly and worked hard to make sure I had my car back in a timely fashion. Outstanding!
Incredible customer service by all staff who I encountered.
They are fast and efficient when it comes to service! Just this time I was informed that all my brakes needed to be changed on my next service. I was iffy about that since my car only has 28,000 miles. Maybe one set but not both. I called a local vehicle repair shop and they looked at it and I only need front brakes, not all the way around. That could have cost me quite a bit and for something that did not need fixing.
I went in to look at a car only. David Stanley, my customer service rep showed me the car I was interested inexplained in detail all the car had and did, then After Matthew showed me the financing and that I would pay $80 a month less. I couldnt refuse. This is my 4th Nissan and each one was bought From Smith-Mankins. And I could not be happier with the service here

We bought a car in July from this dealer. We were told our Kia 2017 Forte was not covered under the factory warranty 5 years for 60,00 miles. The finance guy sold us a warranty through Preferred Protection. Today, I needed warranty service. After numerous calls to Pete Mankin, local dealership, KIA. Still waiting on a tow. The car is COVERED by KIA, but Pete Mankins stated very clearly it was not. Verify any information they give you. I did try to contact the dealership multiple times for help. Spoke to Kyle today. No one wants to help or take ownership to help.*Edit*I see that the car dealership left a message to call, but did not leave a name on whom to call.
This is the shadiest maintenance center I have ever seen. The first time we took a car they they broke part of the undercarriage and refused to fix it. Had to find a real mechanic. Second time, it took them the better part of a month to do a 2 day job. Prices are insane as well.Ive driven Nissans for years. My wife drives a Nissan, as does her mother. Ill never be inside this place again. If I need a Nissan, Ill drive somewhere else for it.

Online purchase however, Kelvin and the dealership took great care to handle the transaction and picked up my mother and brought her the car we purchased for her needs. She then drove the Nissan Kick home after the paperwork was processed.
