Im blindly moving to the area for a new job and Ive been in contact with the office for almost a month now. Moving is stressful on me, but the ladies in this office have made everything super easy from assisting me with utilities, getting my paperwork signed, paying my rent and deposit, and all of the necessary work that comes with getting a new place. Ive called them a million times and they never act bothered or too busy to help me. Always professional and really great service! Highly recommend!

We resided in this apartment for 4 years. When we vacated they reported only one issue. At the time of paying the deposit they took90% of my deposit . Their customer service is very poor. They dont have full resident manager to address any issues. Please be careful with the management.

Needed temporary housing for field work installation at Red River Army Depot. Arista accommodated Myself & Co-Worker with beautiful 2 bedroom with a loft apartment upstairs & down.Very nice landscape on property & leasing office even assisted with not only administrative paperwork back-and-forth to work emails & faxes but also for my son school In Ohio. They definitely took care of us what love to live here if I stayed in the state

Great apartments nice and clean friendly staff

Visited the apartment complex while in Texarkana as I plan on relocating in the fall. Great complex with great amenities. Office staff was very friendly, courteous and answered all if my questions about the apartments and the city. I would recommend these apartments to anyone in the market. ttttthe,tbmarket.for.an apartment.

Friendly staff, nice pool area. Just hard to get past the trailer park next door. Talk about scenic, you had a lovely view of it from your windows😕

I lived in an Arista apartment for 3 years while working in the Texarkana area. The apartment was very nice. And though I was on the bottom floor, it was quiet. I never heard anything from the floors above me. The grounds are well kept and there was never any trouble with other tenants. Management was always helpful and courteous and on the rare occasion that I had a small issue in the apartment they promptly fixed it. I recently moved out due to a change in my career but if I had continued to work in the area I would still choose to live at Arista. Another plus is that it is conveniently located near a Neighborhood Wal-Mart and numerous restaurants and shops along Richmond road. Management is great and was very fair with me and helpful in my transition.

Beautiful Place!!! You will feel safe and its always quite. The staff is very friendly and they are always on top of things.

Uh disappointed to say to say the least. For 1300 a month you would expect to have screens in your windows and no mold. On top of that theres a great veiw out my window of the trailer park. Rent a house for cheaper!

I did some work with theise people primarilay the owner Mr Davis. He did not pay any labor charge $8000. He would not pay his sales tax $3500. And he stole a peice of equipment worth over $8000. If you do anything for him even working on his lawnmower give him $100. To just go away

Cool neighborhood, nice and clean with lots of options to shop and eat.

$1300 is far too much to pay in rent, after you move in and realize that the owner does not have the grounds adequately mainatained even though he’s there everyday. The whole time I lived there, there were at least 5 construction vechicles/equipment in addition to the construction trash (e.g. pipes, sheets of steel, roofing material, broken appliances) stored on the grounds out in the open (big eye sore), I have to mention the shipping container when you drive in that hides mounds of garbage around it. These things never moved or went away, they only grow and multiply. The owner uses the Arista’s parking lot and area as his personal storage area storing his vehicles and equipment for you to look at. The front office is also messy, dirty, and nasty with junk everywhere. The office staff are generally nice enough but there’s a new person in there every time you turn around, no one stays, so there is poor follow up when issues arise.In addition, lawn maintenance was not done weekly, resulting in unsightly over growth. After the lawn is mowed, the cut grass is left scattered on the lawn and walk ways. Also beware, the windows have NO screens, unless YOU buy them. There are cheap blinds in most windows, but not all, such as non-bedroom windows.If you plan to hang up pictures, they do not allow you to use nails, so be prepared to spend a fortune in 3M stickers. Cut corners on workmanship and amenities. Also, the pool area is not secured well enough for the residents, so all sorts of non-residents use the pool, especially during evenings and weekends. The gym is undersized with 3 machines, no free weights or universal gym...far less than competing luxury apartments.It was embarrassing to have company or colleagues over due to the poorly maintained grounds and eye sore equipment. While Arista appears to be a luxury apartment at first glance, it does not live up to the expectation once you start living here. There are other luxury apartments near by that offer so much more for less $. But no need to take my word for it, drive through the grounds and you will see all that I have described.I write this in hopes that you are informed and learn from my mistake of living here.
