What can I say when I tell you I am so greatful for White Properties I started a new job and they have worked with me on my rent I dont care who else has problem they really have been a great help to me and my family when something messes up the maintenance team comes and fix what I need done Casey is such a joy to talk to on the phone and in person she has really been a big help to me and my family she will work with you on your problem so I am so very greatful for this family of good people from the office to the maintenance are great people 💜

Had to share this, ...I live in a duplex owned by White properties. No complaints for over a year, today was no exception. Woke up to no AC this morning, ...on a Sunday of all days! Was sure my pets and I were gonna roast till late Monday. Couldn’t believe Mr White had his repair man come out and fix it. Can’t express my appreciation and gratitude enough. Thoroughly impressed with Mr Mike White, Mason White, and the office manager Kasey ( hope that spelling is correct). Professional,friendly, and helpful always. Doubt that can be said by most people about their property managers.

Kasey helped us get into a place from 4 1/2 hours away! She did a video and helped us with everything and it went a lot smoother than any other place weve rented through. I would highly recommend.

This is my 5th year renting from White Properties. I have stayed this long because of the awesome staff. Any time I have ever had a problem the office and maintenance staff have went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They are always nice and professional. I will continue to rent from them and recommend them to anyone who may be looking!
