We would like to give a shout out Thank You for Deon in maintenance at Apts on Gibson Lane - because of him we won’t move! He goes above and beyond his duties to help in any need that comes. Love the Staff, gated community and most of all location. We have that country feel, but convenience of being close to freeways and town. We have it all. We’re retired and loving it. This is a great place to live, as it is quiet, & safe. It does offer full garages, & is a gated community. The manager runs the place well, & the surrounding staff & maintenance crew are helpful & respond quickly to requests. We have lived here for about a year & a half.

Take pictures when you move out. They charged us for things that were not broken.

This apartment complex isn’t even worth one star. From the time we moved in a year ago to the time we moved out we had an AWFUL experience. Everything is cheap inside the apartment. It was completely different than what we were showed. They charged us for things we didn’t even break that were broken when we moved in. Carpet was torn in places with stains that were blamed on us when we moved out even though we put them on our move in sheet of problems in the apartment at move in. Management is a joke. Needless to say go find a more affordable apartment that isn’t as expensive and won’t RIP YOU OFF.

The staff here is pretty awesome. Theyve always been extremely helpful. The units are also very nice.

What a hot mess of an apartment complex! The staff messes up your paperwork, and you get the shaft! Do not trust anything management says. This place is a huge RIP OFF! There are several other complexes in the area that have better management and better amenities. Look elsewhere!

Worst management ever! I dont know what it is, but the manager Victoria Ellifritz never seemed to like me and loved my husband until I moved here as his wife instead of gf. Long story short, they lied when we moved out to keep our deposit and nickel & dime. The walls are paper thin but they swear this is the best place since sliced bread, and residents are rude and as snooty as the property manager. Horrible experience for me personally. My vehicle got burglarized and I informed office just as a heads up, yet she spoke to me condescending. I tried to avoid the office as much as possible. The assistant was always pleasant but idk whether it was genuine seeing she lied on me in the end about a walk through I was denied in an effort to save herself. The stairs are also shaky and you can always feel when someone was walking up or downstairs and hear every slight sound or conversation. I could even hear a dog barking way across the ditch. The infrastructure was poorly and cheaply built. Beautiful generally quiet community thats gated and strict. I just hate that I was treated so poorly all in all during my stay.

Shanay... Youre spot on with your review. Victoria is rude and unprofessional at best. For some reason she acted put off or botherd if I ever had a question when I lived there.It is Texarkana so by default I guess there is no one else to chose from for management position.

Everything looks nice due to the location being fairly new, but the prices could be lower. Almost the price range of Dallas locations.
