I LOVE the Portico 👌The apartments are really nice and spacious (even the one bedrooms!)All of the appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher) are all new and kept well.The management company is super helpful and quickly responsive. I really don’t have any complaints about them. They’re always friendly whether it’s over the phone or if you stop in the office.The complex is kept clean. It’s very quiet and neighbors mostly keep to themselves beyond a friendly hello. Parking has never been a big issue (at least near my building). The pool and gym are AWESOME!I think the location is great because it’s super close to a lot of places, but also it’s kind of tucked into its own little corner and there’s not a lot of traffic or anything.

Living at Portico at Friars Creek for the past 3 odd years has been completely satisfying in ever possible way! Even with the usual change of staff that occurs with every complex, the staff are always friendly and engaging and you can always count on the management team to handle your needs and concerns with the best professionalism. I’ve never had a problem here, and the maintenance staff are always polite, friendly, timely, and efficient. Grounds are well kept, even though one can’t control dog poop happening from other residents anywhere, and though one can’t mitigate a freak blizzard and state wide power outages. I felt the staff did the best they could to keep people informed and got as much supplies as they were able to with the resources Temple afforded during the blackout over February ‘21. They could be rude or dysfunctional, but they always have a pleasant tone and keep me informed no matter the situation. Phone is always answered during business hours too, which can be a headache at other places where they don’t. Well maintained grounds, friendly and engaging and helpful staff. I’m happy to live here, and my fur baby loves calling Portico home too!

Workers were very polite. Work order was completed very quickly even though I put a low priority on it. Fixed it in no time at all.

I have been living at Portico Friars Creek for 2 months, and I have had a great experience! Before moving in I had seen the property and fell in love with how great and well taken the property is! The staff and management are great and always willing to help with anything! I recomend the property for anyone of any age.

Lived at portico at Friars creek. And for my experience it is a great place to stay. I had no problem with maintenance staff or anything in that apartment complex. the apartment still smell fresh and new. Good Landscaping, good aera to live in. I will look for Case Management Properties in different cities to live in. Wish they had them in San Antonio thats the only problem I got with the company is they dont have a property in San Antonio Tx.

Ashlyn and Alex were awesome and so welcoming and friendly! Very accommodating and explained everything well at check in! Beautiful apartments and love the safety of the gate and courtesy officer.

Been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. Besides having some neighbor issues the front office always does their best to help. A clean place well kept and maintenance in friendly and helpful. Julie is the property manager or something similar and she is always nice and ready to help

I had the BEST experience living here. Everyone in the office was always friendly and responsive to any of my questions. Definitely made moving in and out a breeze. My apartment balcony had the courtyard/pool view and the it was so beautiful! The grounds are well kept and quiet. I always felt safe, everything is well lit at night. The apartment itself was modern but cozy, no issues with appliances, heat/cooling, electric or plumbing. Utilities game is on point! The only hiccup was the gate code wouldnt always work and sometimes I would have to walk out to the office to meet my food delivery driver, or my friend would have to park out front and walk back to my building. Overall, I would totally rent from Portico again!

Heather did a great job of showing my partner and I floor plans! She explained everything in details and the models gave us a good idea of what we wanted in an apartment. She also gave me a cookie. 😇 Despite the amazing experience she gave us we love the amenities Portico has to offer and every floor plan had a lot of space as well as the gym. The property management office was very welcoming. We will definitely consider Portico for our first apartment in the future!

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had moving into a new place. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Julianna is amazing and answers any and all questions you could possibly have. I’m so grateful for all they did to get me into the apartment I wanted at the time I wanted and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening.

The property is beautiful. It is really close to everything you need (grocery, food, gym, trails, shopping, downtown access). Had no trouble with uber or grub hub finding the place. Management staff was very friendly and I only had one issue with an upstairs neighbor noise (they fixed it immediately and no issue after that). Ample parking in front of my apartment, which was so nice with the rain. If you want a beautifully kept property with great amenities, you cant go wrong living here. One of the best properties I have lived in! I moved in and out during COVID and the staff was so great from getting our keys, documents to sign, and the move out. Great job team!!!!

I had moved here from out of state during the height of Covid. The office staff was amazing at keeping me posted on the process and had everything ready to go upon my arrival. Maintenance staff was so quick with any request needed. The grounds are always clean! If looking for a great place to call home in Temple, Portico is a must see.

Great apartments and staff. Walls are very thin and neighbors seem to forget that. Other than all the fees that were added to my move out bill my experience was peaceful. the manager Shiloh was very friendly and made my process moving out and in easy.

The apartments are nice, the common areas/accommodations are great and clean. The staff is helpful and prompt when you have an issue or need something to be resolved. I would recommend living at these apartments.

Just moved in on August 1st. Everything from the application process to move-in is very organized and streamlined, almost to a science working with Juliana and Shilo. The property grounds overall is clean and well-kept. Quality of stainless updated appliances in my apartment is above expectations and made the decision to select Portico for a new home that much easier. You really dont get amenities like this anywhere else for the price. I also enjoy my open floorplan and natural light from the generous amount of windows in my apartment. Community life is good so far with the dog parks and pool. Socializing is very nice so far. Time will tell but life is good here after the first week.

New tenant and so far so good with maintenance. Professional and worked fast. Made my first year in Texas a very good one. If I wasn’t working in Austin I would have stayed.

Enjoyed living here for the year that we did. Some staff could be friendlier, but overall it was a good experience. It was the best bang for our buck we could find in the area.

Management is great and my apartment is very nice.

I put in a work order because my ac wasn’t working. Management called me after only minutes of putting the request in and said someone would be out. The maintenance person was professional and polite. I appreciate the speedy service and the phone calls. It made me feel like they care about their residents.

My cars have been broken into twice, so that’s something to think about.ParkingThe good - plenty available and there’s also garages available.The bad - none really.Overall - the place is nice, apartments are quite new and affordable, maintenance does a really good job, the only bad thing is that there is no fence between clubhouse and 2 gates so is not 100% gated community.

Just moved in to the new place! Everyone that’s helped us from the office has been super kind and patient in assisting us! And the apartment is BEAUTIFUL!

The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding the best apartment for me. The apartments were built very recently and I am the first tenant in mine.The amenities are great and there is a ~5 mile trail that runs past the complex and is easily accessible. The price is exceptional; I was looking at 30+ year-old apartments that were going for the same price before I was pointed in the direction of The Portico.I highly recommend checking this complex out.

Ive only lived here a week but Im loving it. Its quiet. Spacious. Office ladies are fabulous and make you feel at home. The details even in the doors are beautiful.

We moved here less than a month ago and absolutely love it. The staff made our move so easy and they were so understanding due to us being a military family. Only about 33 minutes away from fort hood but definitely worth the drive!

Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance was quick to address a few minor issues on move in. Complex is quiet and lovely- apartments are great. Great size for a two bedroom with all updated appliances. Just a few days in but So far so good!

We love living at .Portico. We are going on 3 years. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful and courteous. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and completes requests without any problems.

Excellent place to live! All the staff at Portico are great! They go above and beyond to help you. It’s nice to live in a brand new apartment that no one else has lived there before you. Quiet place too.

Have to say that this is a great appartment complex. Had the opportunity to see this complex being built. They took the time to make things right. Prices are very competitive and is well worth your time to go see. I liked it for several reasons. Security! Close to an array of main shopping area. Out an away from the heavy traffic. And of course the expediancy of their maintenance repair.

I have to say that for my first apartment, there will never be another that can match up to Portico! We are the first people in our apartment and it’s super nice. Staff is super friendly and maintenance definitely gets to your problems rather quickly. I wouldn’t change my decision for anything!

Hannah West is a great leasing agent, courteous and very professional. Would greatly recommend this place, and if you do need a tour of the place, I would definitely recommend to make an appointment with her and shell accommodate and listen to your priorities and keep you inform along the way which will ease your search for your new place.

Quiet peaceful complex. Moved here last November. My 2 fur babies love thier walks around the grounds. Cant wait for that beautiful pool to open! This is our 3rd Case property since moving to Texas..we couldnt have chosen better.

We just moved to Portico early October and we are so glad we picked this place! We are a military family so for one, the drive to Ft. Hood is not too bad/far at all. It takes me 30-33 mins to get to the Ft. Hood Main Gate. Next, Portico offers modern style living with stainless steel appliances and many amenities like a dog park. Most importantly, the neighborhood is quiet and so safe that my grade school kid can bike around the complexes with no problems. Julie was the person we spoke with at Portico and she made the move very easy and enjoyable for us :-)

I love living here. There’s a dog park, pool with grill and a great gym! The staff is always available and very friendly! I am so glad that me and my daughter found this place!

Moving here in November !I don’t remember the ladies name who gave us a tour but definitely one of the coolest ones yet she gave us detail about every little piece of the complex ! And also the other ladies there welcomed us as if we lived there already ! Super relaxed quiet place, very worth the price of living as well! I normally don’t write reviews but this one was definitely worth it if I could give 10 stars I would but I could only do 5:( but anyways if anyone is looking for a modern, luxury, safe place to live come check these guys out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Just moved out recently after living in a townhouse here for 2 years the experience was very pleasant I only had minor issues which were typically fixed right away. Highly recommend this apartment.

Place was very clean and ready to move in. Girls in office were very helpful and very kind.

Summer was pretty chill, Super quiet during winter Ill update as my lease comes up for grabs in June.

I love my apartment, I just wish I had more time to be there. I am always on the go but when I’m home I really enjoy being there.

I am one of the first to sign lease with Portico. Luxury, well maintained, peaceful and smiling faces in leasing office are the words enough to explain about this property.

Maintenance is vary quick when there is a problem

I was here doing some technical work in the office and thought I could really see myself living there. I will pay for quality and a peace of mind any day.

I thought this apartment was amazing at first until about a month or so in. We were told our security camera would be no problem and that others have them as well. We installed it then we get complaints to take it down that our neighbor thinks we’re watching his whereabouts. I don’t care where he goes in or out I’ve never seen it on the camera and the camera is for safety. Now we were threatened to remove it after one reason we signed was because they said we could have it. After all of that we had neighbors make remarks such as “nice legs” while coming up and down the stairs. Now even though we were told our dogs could use the balcony the neighbors below complained they urinated and it got on their furniture which by the way is not true we were gone most of the day and I watered the plants and some water leaked. Now they’re saying right after I released that my dogs can’t be on the balcony which is obsurd as I pay for it. To tie everything together we watched someone fighting and yelling where we walk our dogs and nothing was done which made me uncomfortable and people keep using the bathroom in the pool causing it to close. They make look nice but we’ve had nothing but trouble since moving in. Lastly I asked to release on the 28th of June to not be overcharged and I was told there was only 30 minutes left come back another day, after going back 3 times my lease was not ready to be signed until about 3 days or so ago and it’s almosy the end of July. I almost forgot someone also crashed into the gate by our house and now our safety is an issue because random cars can now come in and out.
