This apartment complex is a very clean place. There is a lot of parking for residents. The property has lots of trees and other shrubs that are well maintained.The manager is definitely a people person as she politely tells an inquiring person answers to questions without hesitation. She also gives her contact modes for assistance, if needed.This area is off 31st street but its very quiet. This is a pet friendly business and living here would be very comfortable.

Great pool and club area as well as nice outdoor studying areas. Definitely should be one of your first picks when looking for housing in Provo.

I love my apartment! I have been here since 2014. Never have had an issue. The management and staff are wonderful. The apartments are affordable and clean.

I have lived at Raintree for over a year and I love it. Quiet neighborhood and very nice apartment. Staff is friendly. You are not going to find a better place to live.

I love my apartment it is reasonably priced for the size and amenities offered. The manager is very nice and easy to talk to. I see why there is a waiting list to get into these apartments. If you can wait, this is the place to move.
