If you are looking for a staff with the make it happen attitude, this is the place to go. Kirby and Hope were absolutely wonderful people to both me and my kids. Both were very flexible and attentive; crushing any obstacles presented. They did everything and more to ensure my family found a home here.Thank you to everyone at Encore Landing for such a beautiful, painless experience.

My husband and I are from out of state, and found out that we had 2.5 weeks to move to Temple. I called Encore based on good reviews, and Hope was very professional and helpful. She was quick to respond via email, and sent us our lease to sign in a timely manner. I thought that finding an apartment in a different state with so little time would be stressful, but she made this whole process so easy! Michele was also helpful as well, and great at communication. Overall, the complex is clean, well kept, and true to their advertising. Their maintenance guy (I forget his name, sorry! ) was welcoming and helpful! All in all, it was a great experience- thank you everyone at Encore for your help!

The pool with a hot tub is wonderful. The gas grills are great too. They have a wonderful dog park and gym. The apartments are spacious, come with washer and dryer, a fridge with a freezer that makes ice, garbage disposal...the price is worth the amenities!

Thank you Hope for an easy transition. I am moving in from out of state, all the way from American Samoa, and she made the process easy for me. I already love it and am arriving to my new place in May. I cant wait!

Ive moved a lot in my career and lived in several different apartment complexes. Very few are as good as this one for comfort and community. I highly recommend living here.

I cannot express my gratitude to the maintenance and office staff at Encore Landing during the Texas winter storms. The office staff responded to all concerns in a timely manner, even though they were all stranded in their homes and some possibly didn’t even have electricity! When my heater went out during the worst part of the storms, maintenance was there almost instantly to fix it. I even saw maintenance helping people dig their vehicles out.This has been a fantastic place to live and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

This place is a joke. The staff totally abandoned its residents during the 2021 ice storm. Did nothing to remedy ice buildup in common areas. Had no communication with residents by way of text blasts to keep them informed during ice. They also let the trash bags back up in collection sites. This place does not care about you. All they want is your money

We are a military family and are grateful for our stay at Encore Landing. Our first encounter was with Rebecca when we relocated from San Antonio to Temple, and she did a great job with ensuring we were taken care of. We had a few concerns when we moved in but they were addressed and corrected quickly, which we were thankful for. Unfortunately we needed to relocate closer to Ft. Hood as the drive back and forth was not ideal for us. We send our sincerest appreciation and gratitude for all the Encore Landing property team and recommend as a great community for military & families.

Staff is the best thing about this complex and beautiful buildings for a great price point come second. I’ve never met a more responsive and friendly management group anywhere else! Facilities are dog friendly and location is ideal!

Giving Credit when Credit is Due... to Ms Rebecca Cornett, Asst. Manager of this property.We are US seniors, retired overseas for over a decade, but wanted to relocate back to Temple, TX to be close to VA facilities and US family. Did our research, and from her reply to our first inquiry, she showed professionalism, pride loyalty to her property, flexibility and willingness to work with us all the way! She was patient with us, aware of our limitations as elderly and help us navigate with all the requirements as we have been out of the loop for awhile. In short, she went over and above her call of duty and deserve to be commended!Unfortunately, COVID 19 disrupted our relocation but that should not hinder us from acknowledging all the help she extended to us and giving her the credit when and where credit is due. An outstanding property is judged by its outstanding people! Encore is indeed the BEST!

I lived here for a year during my residency program, and had a wonderful experience. The management staff is very friendly, organized, helpful, and responsive. The apartments are in great condition, and the entire complex is very well maintained. I loved the pool area and the gym facility as well. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

The entire experience from the first phone call to the last service request has been amazing! Very responsive and courteous staff. Buildings are very well maintained.

Soon to be new tenants. So far the experience has been lovely, warm and inviting. They answered all of my questions and if they didnt have the answers soon as staff found out they immediately emailed me back. The place looks lovely even though its an apartment it feels like a resort. Its well maintained and words cant discribe how wondeful and patient the staff is. Will update again about the living experience.Update....... 07/03/21 Still having a wonderful experience. They respond in a timely manner with any maintenance issues. The staff is still friendly and informative. They also are great on keeping the complex clean and un working conditions such as pool, gym, etc... a beautiful apartment community.

I cannot say enough great things about the Encore Landing staff and homes!I found the Encore Landing Apartments while frantically searching for a place to live for my year-long mobilization (Army) to Fort Hood. We had only a few weeks notice, so my anxiety was high and I was very apprehensive about living somewhere for a year that I never had the chance to see/visit.I am delighted beyond what I imagined possible! From the very first email, the staff--especially Hannah--have gone above and beyond to find solutions to what was originally a very stressful and challenging situation for me. All responses to emails and phone calls were easily within 12 hours of them being sent (during their own personal time)!In addition to the smiles and wonderful hospitality of the staff, the complex as a whole operates at an elite level I have never experienced before. On the 4th of July, I had a small maintenance issue in my apartment, and the staff was there within the hour to fix it--on a holiday! The maintenance staff also came to fix my ice machine on a Sunday (within an hour of me submitting the maintenance request) and all are friendly and very knowledgeable. This level of customer service has been maintained and exemplified by Encore Landing from before my move-in and has made all the difference in my time here at Fort Hood away from my family and friends. As the soldiers around me tell stories of their struggles with non-responsive, rude and unhelpful staff at their homes in Killeen and the surrounding area, I count my blessings and am so thankful that I live where I do and am surrounded by the wonderful, diligent people employed here.Again--I cannot say enough great things about the Encore Landing staff and homes!
