The new owners/management had the duplex my daughter moved into updated its very nice for the price!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE. Rent is quite a lot for how poorly they run this place. Maintenance is horrible and the manager doesn’t care about their residence. And to pay for a dog to live there is quite a lot for how their quality of the place is. Would honestly live here when their is better and nicer people managing and running this place. They need to work on things more and finish their jobs to keep the residence happy.

This is the best complex ever!!!

Air conditioning was old and didnt cool well, neighbors harrassed my dogs by throwing cigarette butts at them, management did nothing. Neighbors argue of unmarked parking spots. Grounds are dirty and pool is full of leaves.

I went to check this place out to maybe rent and i stopped and talked to residents and all said the landlords/mgmt were slum by 4 residents. Was told that they take forever to fix and fix it half a** . Beautiful place nice area but you dont get a better feel for a area until you talk to existing residents.

Very affordable and nice my apartment was fully re done new floors and appliances all brand new and an amazing manager my favorite place so far
