Weve had no issues so far. Love both Celicia & Jackie, theyre both super helpful. We dont have any issues with hearing neighbors. So much closet space!!!! Built in shelving is awesome as well. Good water pressure & nice hot water.

Very easy process. Christy was really helpful in making it as easy as possible.

Jackie and all of the office staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Very happy and satisfied staying here. Only reason we left, is a move out of state. Highly recommend Arbors of Temple.

This place spends more time and money getting the lawn mowed 5 times a week than it does accommodating and fixing issues with the actual apartment itself. Waiting several months at a time to get any maintenance work done. Who by the way have no idea what they’re doing and have insulted me in front of other residents before. Only thing good about this place is the pricing but I’m not entirely sure it’s worth the hassle.

We are moving to Temple, Texas. We have been looking at apartments. This community was very nice, but not what I wanted. The community was clean and well maintained

Great environment. Clean. Quiet. Staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate their tenants. No cockroaches or bugs noted since I’ve been a resident here.

For starters, Jackie is the BOMB! I love her and her entire staff! I could probably marry this woman...shes just that AWESOME!I was forced to leave her rental property...due to my employer, but had that not occurred, I would still be residing in The Arbors Apartments!Clean, quiet, and very reasonably priced. A real home atmosphere, a place where I could live for the rest of my days!Thank you Jackie, for EVERYTHING! You will be missed very much, I appreciate YOU sincerely. I hate that I had to leave.

Why did nobody mention that you can CLEARLY hear your neighbors through the walls? I could hear the couple living across me talking all the time. No privacy its very irritating. Also had some cockroaches pop out and from pantries in kitchen. Neighborhood is clean and well maintained, mostly quiet.

Roaches everywhere, not safe for inhabitation. Inadequite pest control, really a public health concern.
