Great place to live and fair on rent. Office staff is super nice and easy to get along with. Only complaint, it can take a bit to get maintenance. Emergency situations are an exception.

I lived there less than a year. Paid the fee to get out of my lease. Horrible place, the manager would be in the office but not answer her phone. I would walk there and see she was there. They treat the carpets with borax. Old AC units they try to put off replacing in the heat of Texas. Stay away.

I just moved to the area, this apartment are great for getting on your feet. Ive never had a problem with getting ANYTHING fix theyve always came the day of or next. The landlord mr.frank is the most understanding man I have met. The area is quiet everyone minds there business theres two park in the area. I would love to renew my lease, but I would like a upgrade. Ive been here 9months and only good things, just the maintenance man is so nosey lol.Thank mr.frank !

Called to pick up check stubs and I was told they were going on lunch and to call back afterward. Two hours later I call again and he said “I haven’t had the time to open the file. 2 hours in the office isn’t a long time”Didn’t realize it took more than two hours to open a recent file and pull a check stub you were supposed to have made copies of anyways and didn’t.

FYI: ALL CENTRAL TEXAS RESIDENTSDo not rent from the duplexes called Golden Properties... they have duplexes in belton and temple and we have been moved out for over 3 months and they refuse to give us our deposit back. I asked for the owners name and the manager named Frank kept giving me the run around hoping that I would go away until he finally lied and said Steve (The Owner) didnt want us to have his number (which I bet Frank didnt tell Steve anything). Do not I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Here they are..... The owners name is Steve and he lives in Florida. My lawyer is working on tracking him down to get a phone number...I know his last name so that it is public for those who need it. Dont go through Frank got through Steve...

We lived at 3110 A trenton dont I mean dont rent at this duplexe .these people are terrible this duplexe has rats in rats roachs bugs in air conditioner dont work write the roof about to cave in in there is snakes bad landlords .

Due to a family emergency, we were unable to move in when we were supposed to. The manager, Joy, was not only disrespectful, but totally un-sympathetic to my familys crisis, and refused to even consider allowing us to get our deposit back. The office staff are totally heartless and un-sympathetic to others needs, when they CLAIM to really care for their residents. I have to temporarily move in order to care for my mother, but, upon moving back, would have considered moving there before all of this. They really showed their true colors on this instance, and I wouldnt mover there now if they were FREE. I went by the complex this morning to see if they were on site, however they were not there. Two of the current residents told me that I was lucky I hadnt rented from them because of their faulty wiring, no a/c, high bills, and the lack of getting them to make needed repairs. lt may have been a blessing in disguise of a tragedy !!
