Talk about a real hole in the wall gem. Then here it is. Definitely worth the stop in, the work out, and also the membership once I move to AZ.

A classic weightlifting club! It is like working out in a museum! All the equipment you need is here and it has machines and workout tools you didnt know existed! I love this place! Its fantastic.

Every person that I have ever taken to this gym said it was the coolest gym theyd ever been to. This gym is hardcore! Its like getting into a time machine back to the 1970s.

This is the place to be. Old school lifting at its best. Small but more efficient than most large fitness centers.
