First time getting my nails done walked in with pressed on nails. Guy took those off and I let him know I’ve never got acrylic nails done, only reason is when I paint my real nails(they are strong and grow long) I chip them within 5 mins. For 55+ dollars plus 10 dollar tip let’s be honest, don’t go there wish I would had looked at their reviews.This is the nails they did. Not only will I not go back but I’ll stick with my real nails. I’m getting these taken off waste of money.

My daughter and I go get pedicures together as a new tradition now that she’s Grown and out of the house. We have NEVER had such a horrible experience!! We were not greeted when we came in right away. There was a sign to wash out hands and then sign in. The hand sanitizer machine was broken so we just started looking at nails. We were then yelled at by Shawn to go wash our hands in the back. I got called back fairly quickly while my daughter waited by herself. We have always been seated together as a curiosity even if they can’t get us both at the same time. I had a new lady who had no idea what she was doing. I was there for 2 hours and she didn’t even have my old gel paint completely off my nails when they called my daughter back. We just decided to leave and go somewhere else because of the horrible service and that Shawn yelling at everyone!! I was charged a full price for my horrible pedicure that had I to get completely redone later that day. Unfortunately I was forced to go to a bridal shower with extremely ugly nails!! We will never be back!!!!

They look like a 5 year old did them. Uneven, lumpy, bumpy, half not filed and some to much filed off. Asked for coffin (extra $5.00) and got square, asked for the length (extra $5.00). The tech cracked the acrylic and then just painted over it like there was no crack. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and Disgusted by the rush job. Check out the photos for your judgment. We will never return and $100.00 wasted.

Costs too much $! I understand prices go up over time but 59.00 for a gel pedicure is a bit excessive. I should be able to buy a whole new foot for those prices. Not to mention, I was just there last month and I was charged 47.00 still pricey, at this point they are just charging whatever they want! Ridiculous. And charging to remove the previous polish is ridiculous!

They use mma and not EMA there. MMA is illegal. It was a horrible, gooey mess and my nails are in bad shape from it. When I called and talked to them about it the guy just screamed at me. I will be following up with the better business bureau as well. DO NOT GO THERE

The deluxe pedicure was well worth the price.

Love this place! I was going to another nail salon. There, I would make an appointment, and I would show up and still have to sit and wait for over an hour! With JJ’s, every time I call to make an appointment, I walk right in and get to have my nails started on right away! I love my nails! They are so nice there! I have no need to go to another nail salon now!

Worst place to get nails done ever, came in with my mom and my sister and sat there for over an hour. They took my mom and sister back and started there nails and then began to take other customers didn’t call me back until after my mom and sisters nails were done and so I said no thanks.

I love this place I have moved from FL back to Ohio and I told this salon if u do my nails the way I wear them I will be back and Im back they do a great job check them out

Literally the worst nails ive ever had done. The manager did them and he left my nails SO thick. Like each each nail weighed 5 lbs. Also, the nails were not even paimted completely.

Honestly so disappointed in my experiences here. I’ve tried them several different times over the last couple years but EVERY time my nails only last about 5/6 days before they start to chip or come off completely. I don’t do artificial nails, but I use gel polish. The one positive I can give you is that they got new massage chairs about a year ago and they are amazing. Unfortunately I’ve had it with this salon and I won’t be going back.

I’ve gone two times and the first time was horrible and i decided to give them a second chance but never again !!! so disappointed and they are very pricey even for a fill costed me $39. And i got them done today and a nail is already broke

I enjoyed my visit. I didnt feel uncomfortable, as I had been at my last nail salon. JJNails treated me with kindness, answered all my questions about their business. My nail tech Ume, sorry if misspelled, she was wonderful. Pleased to say I found a new nail salon. Prices are the best around. Thank you JJ Nails.

Have been going here since last fall, Gel polish was lasting 2-3 weeks, but last 2 times both mine, my daughters and her friends polish all started to peel within a couple days, didn’t even last a week! Not sure why, but too much money to spend to not get a few weeks! Kind of bummed.

I got charged $30 for just gel polish to be put in my nails and they look terrible. He painted over my cuticles and it just looks plain trashy. My 5 year niece could have done a much better job. He didnt stand behind his work either because he said it looked fine. I will not be going back.

Ive been coming here for years Jade is amazing! I work very hard job for keeping pretty nails! I love seeing Jeanie there now I missed her ! This is the only place I go for my nails and the only place I recommend !

They do a great job on jails but tend to move people ahead of you if they bring children with them. Im sure so the children dont get restless. I have seen this happen twice and once to me. Wont go again

I got a $35 gel manicure and my nails only lasted for 4 days. Gel nails are supposed to last 2 weeks. The edges are all wavy and the tips are peeling up. I do not recommend.

I have been a client of the owners for at least 15years. I have enjoyed going to any of their salons. JJ nails is a nice place but their salon Square nails has a very luxurious atmosphere and feeling.

He did good on the acrylic, but didnt ask what I wanted. The girl beside got to show him a design and then the guy who did mine didnt even ask. So Im going somewhere else to get them fixed. Im not reccomending and Im not not reccomending.

I called to see if Jjs was busy, the lady that answered responded no I asked the prices of a regular pedicure and a fill, I hung up and I drove from Fridays in Ontario to Jjs. I walked in and the same lady asked what they could help me with, I responded with a regular pedicure and fill. She asked if I had just called and I said yes. I then picked out my color and the man working told me to have a seat at the pedicure chair. I said you guys arent busy tonight.. he said no I already mopped we were going to close early (there was another lady getting gel nails done. I said you guys are open until 7:30 correct? And he responded yes but if we are slow we close early.. but I guess not tonight before taking my shoes off and sitting down I said if its a problem I can go somewhere else, i called and she didnt say anything.. he said no no its fine I proceeded to take my shoes and socks off & said at least its more money for today.. As I sat down the lady getting her gel nails done even made a face like wow... I have came here for years and never had such poor customer service or felt like leaving. As I sit here and write this review Im not even sure if Ill get my nails done tonight by this man, I may wait until tomorrow to come in and have Tom do them. The man doing my pedicure has not said 1 word since I sat down other then what he has to say like.. take your foot out he is usually very hyper like last time I was here. The other lady left at 7:09 and I left at 7:40. While I was drying my nails and toes neither one of the 2 employees (Shawn and I dont know the ladies name) did anything to get ready to close they were just playing on their phones, so for people who wanted to close early they didnt seem very eager to leave.

Horrible job, bubbles in my nails and areas where he didnt get the gel polish smooth. Stay away!!!

My sister and I went in to get a deluxe pedicure. There was one other person getting a pedicure, and two people getting their nails done when we got there.. I ended up being the only one of us who got a pedi because they didnt tell us that we couldnt get it done at the same time. I ended up only getting the basic pedi even though I asked for the deluxe.. From the time we got there to the time we left it was literally less than 30 minutes.. And the girl who was there getting her pedi when we got there was still being worked on when we left. I felt like it was a rushed pedi and it wasnt even done properly. I will never go back here. Very disappointed.

That man did a horrible job. From the fill to the paint it was bad all of it he had to fix one nail and it didnt even look like the rest my 12 year old can paint battery than he did. Not worth my money. Ill post pictures look for people nails. The flower and gem on my ring finger was already there and he CHOOSE to leave it and work around it.
