Needed a new service “go to” after moving to Temecula. Everything from the greeting all the way to the pickup was outstanding. Great customer service, kept me informed and updated throughout the maintenance process. Definitely coming back for my next scheduled maintenance.
Alex is Awesome. I had a few issues with my car and he took great care of me. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while in shop. He also made sure I understood the issues and importance of preventive care. Highly recommended and will continue bring my car in.
Wish I could leave no stars!I saw a car online and called in to make sure that would be the price. I was told the price and the additional percent I would have to pay. I decided to go in and the incompetent young man inside comes out saying “yes?”I asked to speak to the young lady I had spoken to over the phone and he asked which vehicle I was looking at. I responded and mentioned that I was confused on the price because it didn’t show what I was told over the phone, therefore he looks at me with a blank stare and said “the only place you’re going to find a car with no markups is a place with no vehicles”. I don’t like to waste time because I will never get it back, unfortunately this is something that this dealership doesn’t value.
I was not at all pleased with the customer service I received. When I walked into the office, there were four service techs and two other customers. After the second customer was waited on, I waited several more minutes for at least an acknowledgement of my presence and a someone will be right with you, from any one of the four techs there. I finally asked if someone was going to check in my vehicle and immediately one of the techs said, yes one moment and gestured to the technician whose desk I was standing directly in front of. I understand that the techs were doing paperwork, however, as I mentioned, a simple acknowledgement of my presence would go a long way as far as customer service is concerned.
Came to purchase a BMW that showed as available online. Asked the sales associate for help and he said hed go see where the car was. 30mins go by where my family and I waited, I walk inside to see what was going on and the sales associate said he told somebody else to go help me. That other person said he sent another person to go help. Nobody came to help at all. I ask again if they can pull up the BMW so I can see it and they say, oh a sales manager is driving it so its not here on the lot at all. Wouldve been nice to have been told this 30-40 prior.Peoples TIME are valuable. The associates here do not value your time. Go buy elsewhere.
False online advertising and horrible customer service. Went to look at a car that was advertised online only to find theyre actual price was MORE THAN 30% HIGHER than advertised. Also, first time I have walked a dealer lot for over 20 minutes with nobody coming to help. Had to walk inside, waited around some more. Had to stand in front of the desk and stare at the 3 salesmen standing around talking in the back room. Multiple counters up front, none of them manned. Once I told the salesman about the price difference he simply said theres a disclaimer on the ad without even asking which website I saw. I told him the disclaimer says there could be errors, this is not an error, its deliberate, its false advertisements.. To which he simply said yeah, Im not in charge of online ads. HORRIBLE all around.
Worst service ever! Ive had my nissan since 2012 and have had the same experience EVERY SINGLE time! They all lie and give you wrong information. My husband went in and they said I must have been mistaking and confused. They belittle women here and Im fed up. They never acknowledge your presence when you walk in the door and have very bad customer service. The issues Ive had are too many and too long to list but please take your vehicle somewhere else where you are appreciated as a customer because you wont find it here. Especially if you are a woman. They take advantage because they think we dont know anything and well just agree. My last visit was with Alex who was by far the worst. Theres also another review that says he was great, but notice that its from a man. I never usually think about genders being treated differently but my experiences here have been so overwhelming that it needs to be said. I spoke with 3 other women last time I was in and they all told me the same thing so I know theres been more. Nissan please get your service department together because it does not have great SERVICE AT ALL!
I have an ongoing case with Nissan customer relations and was very sure that my unpleasant experience with them would deter me from ever buying a Nissan again. Then I received amazing service at Temecula Nissan. Alex and Christian from the service department went out of their way to help me. Before they got involved, customer relations would not even call me back, leaving me in an awful situation. Im not sure how they did it, but they helped to resolve my issue and the outcome was 100% better than I was expecting. Because of Christian and Alex with your service team I plan to buy my next vehical from Temecula Nissan.
Everyone was so nice & helpful. No one tried to pressure me into anything. Mike was the person I worked with and I appreciated his help and information.
BEWARE... Dont waste your time driving there if you find something online you like. Saw a vehicle online with special pricing for $39,796 get down there and told the actual price they are selling it for is $57,963.00. This is the same vehicle they are advertising, Vin numbers are the same on the online price and window sticker price. They give it a $10,000 mark up.
Our experience today at Nissan was the best one weve had in a long time the salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and did everything in his power to get us into a family vehicle and by Gods grace and his hard work we were able to I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car his name is Chris. Thanks everyone at Nissan for everything
*Buyer Beware*We found a truck online that we were interested in, so we made the drive to look at it. We looked at it, liked it and spoke to the salesperson, he then told us that there was an additional fee of $3,800 for things the dealership had already added to the vehicle. This was IN ADDITION to the price posted online. If it was already added and they planned to charge the additional amount, why was a lower price posted online?False advertising - do yourself a favor and find a quality, honest dealership to buy from, Temecula Nissan is not a good choice.
I don’t record this place, customer service is bad some sales reps are just wasting people’s time, tell you they will help u out fooling you and they don’t, was in the dealer for some ours on Monday, supposably getting helped . 2 reps where helping with a car I wanted . I left late night that day next day I was expecting a call from the sales person and nothing, I called ask to talk to talk to or call me back and nothing, I call this morning and tell me the car was sold !!! Wow I’ve never been to a dealer this irresponsible with, why tell people you will help if you’re not … waste of time do not recommend
Lol these dudes really charging 500 for the air in tires of new vehicles. Times are wild, man.
I was there for an oil change and it only took an hour from the time I checked in until work was done.
Tim was great. Had my oil change and tire rotation done in the time frame expected.
My 79 year old mother pulled in yesterday because she knew something was wrong with her car. She had a flat tire . She just needed help. The salesman greeted her with a sales pitch about putting her in a brand new car. I know it’s not his job to diagnose cars. But a little compassion would’ve been nice. Could be anyone’s elderly mom.
Got my oil changed quickly, thank you Alex Campagna for the stellar service as always!
They have false internet advertising. I called and asked for a car that they had on cars.com and I was told it was still available and the price was correct(called 2 times and when I was 15 minutes away). When I got there the car no longer existed and they tried selling me other cars at a higher price . THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. I WOULD 100% NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. (THE SALES LIER NAME WAS CLAUDIA)
My appointment was at 7am. The check-in for service was quick and I was told the wait time about 1 hour or more. My car was finished within the hour. I paid and checked out quickly. Leo was friendly and professional. Thank you! :)
My Nissan was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation on May 24, 2021. Mike Marcoux was my service advisor who offered exceptional service, very informative, kind and friendly. Mike is very professional and explained everything thorough of my needs to maintain my Nissan. I am very thankful for his service.
Stay far away from this place! They con you in the service department. They said I had wires chewed by a rodent but upon a closer look. The wires had been clearly cut! They wanted to charge me $800 to splice the wires back together and said it would take 4.5 hours when splicing wires is an easy 15 minute job. They are scammers and do not care about you or the work they do! They only care about their commission!!
Paid more than quoted.. also our service agent went on vacation the day after taking in our car and did not tell us. So they kept it for a week, because it was pushed to the back of the queue for another agents workload. Good thing we had another car.
I have worked with Alex and Tim almost exclusively on the maintenance of this vehicle. I have had no issues. Previously, I needed some maintenance I don’t remember what right now, and they alerted me of a recall that I was unaware of, ordered the parts and had them shipped in so it would all be done at one time. Excellent service
I was impressed that I was not pressured to approve more repairs. And, my car is running smoother.
Fast and friendly Service Providers. Got the job done right and provided feedback for future services.
The quality of service was fine. I had an appointment and the Service Rep was able to get me in on time. Parts and labor prices are extremely high and I would be relucted to recommend Temecula Nissan to family and friends. Oil change price was reasonable but $180 for a battery replacement was not reasonable. My vehicle only had 26,000 miles, but for whatever reason, there was no longer a warranty on the factory installed Nissan Battery.
Making appointment on line was difficult. I called to confirm my appointment and was told it was not in there system even though I received the confirmation email.Tim, was able to get me in the next day. Thank you Tim. Because of you I will be back.
I recently bought a new Sentra from this dealership, which has since been nothing but bad experiences dealing with them. Upon purchasing the vehicle, the Finance manager gave me a USB drive, which contained the contract of the purchase, however when opening the USB drive on my computer nothing was on it. I called twice and left the equivalent amount of voice mails: no response. I preceded to go there to obtain the contract and was told the finance manger lives at 5pm and no one can help me till the next day. I again, went to the dealership, and this time was told the manger doesn’t get in till 11am-12pm. I still have not be able to obtain my contract. They also stated when buying the car, that car washes are a derivative of taking the car in for service. However, when taking the car for a service appointment they say they don’t do that. They have very little ethics at this dealership and can not return phone calls. The car is great, I would go to a different dealership to finance and obtain service
Fantastic job! Amanda always helps out. The team was quick and kept me informed!
After reading horrible reviews on this place, I still decided to get serviced here and they were very nice and attentive. They saved me money and give me discounts I didn’t even ask for. Definitely choose to get your car serviced her instead of a third party shop.
To call amazing the customer service at this dealer is an under statement. I normally hate buying cars from a dealer, but they made my wife and I feel like a loyal customer and not another sale. Chris, Brandon, and Cierra were the best to work with. They made everything in their power to make sure we got the best deal on the car and we did. They made us feel like we matter and we were not just another sale. I would highly recommend this dealer
Mike is always very pleasant and is always honest about what the wait time will be and the progress of the repair. He is always a pleasure to work with.
My service advisor, Amanda, did an excellent job explaining everything to me. She was of great help.
Worst car dealership experience in my life. Spoke with internet sales about seeing a vehicle that was at another location and was told they would have the vehicle for my appt as well as the answers to my questions about the lift brand and height. I showed up and the internet sales person never came outside, the salesperson said they only set people up with other salesmen. They DID NOT have the vehicle I was scheduled to look at! The salesman was clueless in regard to any questions I had and told me I could always research it….. I had gotten a babysitter to go look at this vehicle and hey had no customer service and no knowledge. I will NOT ever go there again.
These guys are always very professional and get the job done in a timely manner. Mike in the service department has always been great and never tries BS me when it comes to the maintenance of my car. If you own a Nissan this place is highly recommended.
Leo at the service department was excellent. Educated and a complete gentleman.
I always take my car to this dealer for service....Alex Campagna always is very nice and polite, smiling and respectful....I love that!!!!The only thing is that they take so long time for oil change...(almost 2 hours)....beside that, everything is ok including the amenities like coffee, tea and water.Thank you Temecula Nissan!!!!
False advertising.. this dealership does not stand behind their vehicle pricing. The old bait & switch routine to get you in the door. After you drive several hours for a vehicle even having 100% financing they will up-price the car. Horrible business practices I will be reporting to BBB for false advertising
I have been going to Temecula Nissan for years, Alex is my usual service advisor and I have always had a good experience with him. Always keeps me up to date with issues that may arise. Top notch.
I just want to THANK YOU SO MUCH! to Tim. Hes is very knowledgeable about his work and always professional to work with. He is so focus on my vehicle needs just to make sure that my vehicle will get the best work for a discounted price.
( Oil change ) fortunately I had the forethought to bring breakfast, I did forget to bring a book. ( oil change ) with an appointment .
Went for an oil change and everything went smooth
The service technician made it so easy
$500 for nitrogen fill tires? Absolutely ridiculous.
Great dealership! I am a first time buyer with below credit and they were able to get me a deal and drive off the lot. Everyone I talked with was friendly and kind. My son was being fussy and everyone was so friendly and kind making sure I had everything I needed. I walked away feeling like I got a good car at a good price. Jose, Riley and all the other people that helped me THANK YOU!
I was in tight situation when I called last minute cuz my sister from out of state had to fly back home San Diego when my car warning máintenance. I was very thankful ánd to get hold of Amandá with help of Tim treated us like VIP s . Great people, did not know what to sáy ! Super treatment !
Terrible customer service! My mom is elderly and I paid for her to have alignment and new tires, she waited there for 5 hours! The service advisor Amanda supposedly made her an appt but wasn’t even there that day that my mom went in. Initially never said they were busy, if they had, I would have had my mom come another day. These people take advantage of older people and for some reason my mom is loyal to them. I refuse to pay for service here anymore, this is not the first issue.
Love the people that worked with me.
Do not go here they do not honor the negotiations they say they do. They add to the price from the online asking. If paying cash they add 1,500 to the actual price doesn’t make any sense. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Also the internet sales rep didn’t even show his face to help on what he had told me. Wasted my time and drove an hour to look at the car.
As usual, the entire team was AMAZING and helpful.
As every time I am at the service department, employees are always waiting for me and for all customers in line, in order to admit the vehicles shown to be serviced as soon as possible
Staff is always so friendly and courteous. Always a pleasure to go and get my car serviced.
Service department made us feel at home. Friendly, professional, very helpful.
Made my appointment for 30k service. Someone was out to greet me on time and took less time to get serviced than i expected. good work all around
Do not come here. I was scammed. They made me pay for every insurance possible. Basically they added all their insurance to the contract I signed and stole my down payment. Everyone there is a loser! Their source of income is stealing from you. Go prepared if you buy a car from there. I would highly suggest you don’t go there. Bad business. Unprofessional people. Simply a bunch of broke losers trying to make quick money.
3k fees on any vehicle and wont budge what a waste of time. Sigh, I just want to buy a car, finance a good deal with a 800+ ficco and 18k down. Feels bad.
Alex is the best customer service representative that I have ever met. He exceeded my expectations with his level of knowledge and professionalism. I firmly believe that he should be promoted to a supervisory service department position as his energy and enthusiasm will elevate Temecula Nissan to higher levels.
Service advisor was great, alerted me to what needed to be done on the car without being pushy, communicated with me about process, got me my car back in great time
Shadiest dealership Ive been to so far. Came down to purchase a car outright had everything ready based on the price that was on the website. Call just to verify that that was the actual accurate price and the salesman Raul confirm that yes that was the price and that he can get me into it with great financing and all this stuff which I didnt even need cuz I had financing already. So when I did get there he tacks on 2,800 on to the sticker price and tells me that theres incentives needed to be qualified for to reduce it even more. So ask them why doesnt it explain all of this in their ads they put on auto trader or Auto list and they said well those sites dont show everything you have to go to our website. Again, just another shady car dealer and they have some super shady salesmen in there even the sales manager came out and justified everything through his means and refuse to listen to anything that was actually being said. The salesman Raul himself was just super rude and said Hey listen man if you want to deal you got to be patient and understanding and in reality Im the customer, and youre falsely advertising something and youre totally okay with that so just shows me the ethics of this place are not up to par with what real customer service should be. Shady dealing all around highly dont recommend.
The advisors are always polite and efficient. The sales staff always greets me and even the finance lady, Cierra, says Hi, even though Im not currently shopping for a new car...their positive atmosphere to current and past customers is great!! Always amazing!! This is my 4th car from them and I will continue to return and to refer family and friends!!
My experience with Nissan was great! I booked my appointment the online the night before & when I got there the next morning, Michael who was also my advisor met me at my car, greeted me and took great care of me!
Great place great service.
Very good, right on time.
Traded my 17 maxima in Nov. Feb started to get notices of late payments and repossessions. Reached out to Nissan Temecula and spoke with Finance, contracts and parties involved. As of today no one is returning my calls, no response from emails from Paula Esquer, Alicia Pinaglia, Oscar Guerro and others, no follow ups, nothing. It is now May and Ive reached out 10 times and no one is responding for a resolution. Customer service is horrendous. I am of course now getting an attorney. I just want this to be done with. I will never ever recommend nor do business with Nissan Temecula ever.
It was very pleasant and timely.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all matters dealing with my vehicle. Hands down the best Service Staff in Temecula.
The service completed ahead of time.
This place is bad business. I am not sure how they are 4 stars on Google. Go to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and you will see the real schemes and horrible customer service of this dealership. They sold me a vehicle that smells like a morgue on wheels, masked the smell with deodorizer, will not take fault for and replace a windshield that has 3 nicks that were sealed. Save your headache and find the vehicle of your dreams at another lot. Even if you think you found a good deal, it really is not.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Feel very secure getting my car repaired here.
My remote was broken, so I thought. I bought batteries at an auto parts store. Still didnt work. I went to nissan for a new remote and to have it respond to my car. Should have been $400. The employee told me the parts store batteries were infirior and dont work well. He replaced the batteries and I was on my way. Could have taken me for 400. Thanks Tim!!!!!!
They’re always so cool, friendly and very helpful whenever I go!
Great customer service and knowledgeable technician!
Very helpful and friendly.
Service advisor surpassed every expectation I had from the moment I greeted him upon entry into the dealership
My experience at Temecula Nissan has always been great and this one was not an exception. Tim at the service desk was very helpful, professional and informative. The duration of my service was as mentioned. I will defiantly recommend Temecula Nissan to my friends and family.
Not go there.if they have negative star I can give negative 5. they show u the car and they sell the car much high price. They do not care about the customer. test drive they show u low price car but when u ready to buy they charge u lots of extra money with car. And they not show u the final car price until end.very care full. And after sale the car u go next day they not care about u. Very mean customer support and do not buy any extended warranty from them. Very careful. Riley smith and Brandon maya is the one of the bed customer service representative. Do not go there please better go to other location.
Mike and Alex in the Service department are awesome! They are always honest, kind, friendly, and they let me know exactly what my car needs. I will keep coming back because Mike and Alex are great and I trust them!
They have good customer service to do a sale but when you run into problems after a sale and need their help - they lack. I purchased 4 vehicles from them and get treated as another sale and not as a good customer. I have been trying for three weeks to resolve an issue and still have issue pending. I have left message to sale staff, sent email to finance manager and even the general manager and no response as of yet. You might want think twice before doing business in case you run into an issue and need their help on resolving it, you might struggle on resolving it
I want to share my experience with Temecula Nissan In Hopes no one else has to go through all the trouble I have.We bought our 2018 Ford Expedition Max on January 24, 2021. I’ll start off by saying the car is great! I did notice some small things needed to be fixed after we left that evening but our sales guy Kenny said he would speak to someone about getting them repaired. When we bought it it was later in the evening, we only had a babysitter for the night and needed to get out as quickly as possible so when signing all the paperwork didn’t notice they added an extended warranty we didn’t want, the add on package the force you to buy (close to 3k) and they charged us for 3 years of oil changes which they said they were including for FREE! I take full responsibility for these charges being added because we didn’t look over the paperwork well enough!!The issue came in where I emailed Riley Smith who was our finance guy to ask why all these charges were added and to ask about the repairs needed on the car. He was very nice on the phone and stated he couldn’t do anything about the charges added but he would get all of the repairs taken care of! I said ok that’s fine.I had also spoken to Cierra McCandless about everything and she said she would get all the parts ordered and schedule us for a full detail on the vehicle. These conversations all happened in the first week after purchasing the vehicle.Of course no one contacted me so I had to call/text/email almost daily to find out status of the parts and when we could bring it in only to be told on multiple occasions that it’s been ordered, then it’s on back order, then they’re ordering it from Amazon, and finally that they would get it from Ford directly. This back and forth lasted for 2 months and All of these were lies they didn’t even know the specific part to be ordered! I had to stop by the dealership and speak to Riley in person since he was basically ghosting me and finally he got the ball rolling. He finally did try to order the part and Ford tells him The part I need can’t be ordered on its own and they have to order the entire base to the trunk which cost about $1300. Now Riley Smith is saying the dealership will not cover it and will not replace the parts that were promised to be fixed on my car.I know this post is long but I promise you this is only a fraction of the drama I have had to deal with them.I have tried to contact Oscar Guerrero (finance manager) with no resolution, Jacob Little(General Manager) never responded to my multiple emails and calls, Larry Smith (CEO and Riley’s father) I emailed with no response, and even Dave Pedder (owner) whom I’ve emailed multiple times with no response! I have honestly never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. I urge you to please read all reviews on this dealership before giving them any of your business. Also wanted to add the repairs needed on the car in case anyone was wondering they are very minor repairs!Rear power seat doesn’t foldFlap on the back of the 3rd row seat was missing (this is the part they won’t order due to price)A wire is hanging off the rear window for the heating element and needs to be solderedLast, The reason they were scheduling it for a full detail is because they charged us $500 for some type of detail they did on the car prior to purchase! I don’t know what type of detail cost $500 but we got the car and it was dirty which would have been fine if we didn’t have to pay $500 for a detail so I asked them to redo it.
OMG! It was a bumpy experience at first. But when I reached out to a supervisor they responded quickly and very attentive . I was very happy when I didnt hear any excuses but several options to resolve anything I was confused or upset about. Claudia called me right away. We went back and talked to Andreas the supervisor who spoke with us and walked us through what we wanted. We worked with Elisha who worked with us from the start until after we purchased our new Altima. I would fefinately recommend if you are going to buy a Nissan go see Elisha. He was very well versed on every question we had. He sat with us and set up all the things our new car has to offer. Even after we finished our purchase invited us to call or come see him if we have any more questions or need help. He listened to what we wanted and he helped us a lot!
Earlier today my boyfriend and I went to the Nissan dealership in Temecula to buy a Challenger with 25k down. Our sales rep Achilles was great, however his Sales Manager Andres Moreno was absolutely condescending and rude. The car was listed at 42k and we told Achilles we’ll take the car for 40k with 25k down payment. Andres came and asked up how we came up with that number and stated “these cars go for 62k brand NEW.” My boyfriend and I both looked at each other and told him what car is he referring to that is new. To our knowledge the Challenger we looked at was listed at 42k and USED. He would not let us speak and continued to state how the challengers go for 62k new. Andres was extremely rude and refused to negotiate. Therefore we would never go to a Nissan dealership in the future. On the other hand, we thank Achilles for his customer service and it was a pleasure meeting him.
Customer service is always on point. Plenty of seating while waiting for vehicle service.
It was an air bag safety recall, the second one. The first recall left my airbag light on for over two years. This was fixed once the actual parts came in. I don’t blame the dealership for this but waiting 2 years for a part for a car manufacturers in 2003?Yes 2003 almost seems like the business end of the organization was hoping to recoup losses by being reimbursed for faulty airbags that they would never have to actually replace. Hmmm profit by attrition? I must have missed that lecture when I was working on my mba., A very Philip- Morris move. Showing the altruistic values of the company for fixing the airbags for free while being paid by the manufacturer for vehicles that have since been scrapped. All the while risking your customers safety. I’m sure some people missed the point here and were happy that someone cared enough to fix the air bag issue on vehicles near 20 years old.Of course the faulty radios, radiators, and alternator fell on deaf ears. The takeaway here is the angry red light on my dashboard is finally off after over two years of being on and my car is now safe to have passengers again. I’d play a happy song if the radio didn’t cut out every few minutes...Please utilize my response.
Amanda took good care of me from start to finish.
Love the dealership! Treated me very well!
I needed an oil change and it was the day before Thanksgiving. I was able to get my basic car services done and a timely way and with a lovely experience. Alex was most helpful.
Friendly and professional staff that did the work in the time estimated at the cost estimated with no upsell
Not a fan of bait and switch pricing. They list prices on car gurus which are much lower than theyre asking at dealership.
This place is terrible. They lost the paper work for my trade-in. They said they found a bank to finance the deal however i kept getting alerts from my credit monitoring service that my credit was being ran. Long story short i returned the car and went to another dealership.
I went in for an oil change on 10/3/20. I was told my wait would be 2 hours so I proceeded to waiting room. 4 hours later my car was not ready. 4 plus hours for an oil change, really? When I asked the guy at the register in waiting room for an update, its like nobody wants to get involved. They push/ direct you back to the person that checked you in. In my case my Rep. wasnt available, therefore, I had to wait until he got back to get an update. Its like everyone plays hot potato with customers. They all have this its not my job mentality. Poor customer service, all around. Unacceptable! My rating less than 1 star (but you cant post without selecting a star.
My sales representative was Kham, he was great. Got my wife in a vehicle she wanted and coordinated for the recovery of our old vehicle that we werent able to trade in. Explained the impact this could have. Kham was very good and extremely helpful. Also his supervisor fits right in that same category excellent customer service. Ive never purchased GAP before, I did this time (well see in 12 months, if it was a good decision). Great experience Kham Thanks to All.
Alex is extremely customer service oriented, as he makes me feel very valued as an individual. He has an extremely extensive and specialized knowledge of the various auto service needs for my vehicle and makes every effort to provide me with exactly what I need so that I am a satisfied customer. Perhaps, most significantly, Alex communicates extremely well about any and all issues related to my car. He is able to communicate in very clear language technical issues or problems and the various options for their solution. This communication skill is highly unusual but is very much appreciated. Temecula Nissan deserves credit for creating an auto service culture that allows someone as capable as Alex to do his job so well. Thank you again.
Wait time was 1 1/2 longer then told. Only to find out the price on the services have risen. No car wash . Worker was standoffish. So I don’t think I will be returning anymore.
Michael Marcoux was an excellent help very attentive and very clear, thanks to his help and the rest of the service team i feel safe and in good hands
My service advisor Amanda Jackson is outstanding. She was very helpful and kept me updated on my vehicles progress.
